Osteospermum hiding daintly behind a leaf. You'd be hiding behind a leaf if you were caught by a photographer while stark raving naked.

Not gonna lie, but I’ve been in an OC mood for a couple weeks. I’m drawing some other stuff, yea, but I’ve really been wanting to draw some character designs. So that’s exactly wat I did.
Take a gander at some concept art I’ve come up with. These characters have existed for over a year, however it’s my first time really thinking through their designs. They existed in my head for awhile without a definite form (if that even makes sense)
Of course some stuff might change about them in the future. This is concept art as I said. A color palette change here, some added details there. Everyone knows how it goes.
Let me know wat you think of them all! And if you’re curious about any of them, you can always send an ask!

Osteospermum (African daisy)
Before I started this flower-blog, I thought Osteospermum was a type of arthritis that only men could get!

Kingdom of the Osteospermums was a middle of the teen century empire just west of the Euphrates and East of the Tigris that felt that flowers were more valuable than gold or weapons. Indeed, they traded their entire weapons supply to their neighbors for flowers. The neighbors promptly invaded, and wiped the K of the O off the map, which is why you've never heard of it before.
There may be a moral in there somewhere.
