Oscar has a lot of larger than life characters inspiring him! Right fron the start, I knew I would draw inspiration from Chidi to make Oscar well-meaning, but with the fear of impostor syndrome (hence the name) found in the Wiz. He's a technical genius like Dr. Light and Aura, though his plans tend to get a little hairbrained like Dr. Doof, though not of his own fault. He's too curious for his own good like Shinra, but he never stops believing in the quality of his work, just like Oscar Proud (but with more success.) I had a lot of fun creating and designing this guy over the last few weeks, I couldn't be happier with the inspirations I chose or the end result.
