Speaking of hatchery birds Baby bird is still alive and kicking. What's weird though is she has a serious feather problem with no known cause. Honestly I thought it was cancer but she is still happy and healthy so maybe not? It's something I have only seen with orpintons before. She doesn't have any parasites and was seen by the same vet I take my birds to. This pic was from a few months ago.

Baby birds sister Sweet pea passed away from a heart attack when she was under a year old so it's not like these are best birds genetically. I just wanted to show another example of hatchery fuckery when it comes to genetics. Oh she also has split wing.
