Polres Pesisir Barat melaksanakan pengamanan kedatangan logistik pemilu, berupa sampul dan formulir Berbentuk Plano yang merupakan bagian dari persiapan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) menjelang pemilihan umum di gudang logistik KPU Pekon Kampung Jawa Kec. Logistik pemilu 2024 berupa sampul dan formulir Berbentuk Plano tersebut di Terima Oleh Ketua KPU Kab.Peisisr Barat Marlini S.Hi.,MA dan di dampingi oleh, Anggota KPU Kab.Pesisir Barat Zairi Opani, Sekretaris KPU Kab.Pesissir Barat Doni Zulkarnen, S.Pd ,Ketua Bawaslu Kab.Pesisir Barat Abd Kodrat, SH.,MH, Kabag Sumda polres. Pesisir Barat AKP Ono Karyono ,SH.,MH,Kaposko OMB Polres Pesisir Barat IPDA Hermanto, dan Ps Kanit Politik Sat Intelkam Polres Pesisir Barat Aipda Firdiansyah, A.Md, SH.,MH. Kapolres Pesisir Barat AKBP Alsyahendra S.I.K, M.H., melalui Kasihumas Polres Pesisir Barat Ipda Kasiyono S.E., M.H. mengatakan bahwa kegiatan pengamanan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya Polres Pesisir Barat untuk menjamin keamanan dan ketertiban selama jelang pemilu 2024. Logistik berupa sampul dan formulir berbentuk pleno tersebut saat ini sudah disimpan di gudang logistik KPU dan dalam pengamanan ketat aparat kepolisian.
