Rick and Morty season 7 opener:
Ext. Shot of the garage. Bright summer day.
Cut to garage int. No one's home. Hum of fluorescent lights.
New angle. A pickle on rick's bench. It's dried out and wrinkled.
Close up pickle. Detail shot of ants slowly breaking down the pickle. Sound fx exaggerated violent squelching and general insect noises as the ants cut pieces off the pickle with their mandibles. The pickle rolls slightly, and we get the barest hint of a face as we cut.
Cut to kitchen. Total mess. Rotting food, broken glass, and smashed plates litter the floor. More insects. Sound fx intensify.
Detail shot of smashed wine bottle. Red liquid drips slowly from a sharp corner. Image focuses on reflection of the living room as we cut.
Cut to living room. Insects are even more busy here. Flickering of TV, screen smashed in a few places.
Detail shot of carpet. We see insects swarming over what we soon find out is a dead body. Through the insect sfx we hear a voice from the TV say something about "*crshch* ustin *crshchshrch* oilan *crch* ead at age fort *CRCHSHRCH*" as it sparks, scattering light over the scene.

favorite color: Also green! Sage and emerald are the two specific top tier greens. A close second colour is blue. Fun fact: at 11 I decided green and blue were my favourite colours because of Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi’s lightsabers in The Phantom Menace. The nerdery runs deep. (the colours never changed because turns out green and blue slap)

Why Is My Audi Leaking Oil? Should I Call a Mechanic?
Getting out of problems caused by an engine oil leak in a vehicle can be costly. It is, therefore, necessary to know exactly what causes a motor oil leak in a car and more importantly what you can do to avoid such an issue from happening.
This blog post will examine some of the most common reasons why vehicles leak oil and what you can do if this happens to you. But, before moving on, let's find out why motor oil is important to an engine.
A Short Note on Engine Oil
An internal combustion engine, as most of you probably know, is one of the most complex machines ever built by man. If you split it in half, you will find thousands of closely fitted metal components. Through the combustion of gasoline, these components produce mechanical torque.
And, while doing so, these close-fitting parts generate friction and release a lot of heat. That's where motor oil comes in handy. In addition to reducing friction between tightly fitted engine parts, this helps to regulate the engine's temperature. Now you can imagine the consequences you will face if your vehicle has an oil leak.
What Problems Can An Oil Leak Cause In A Car?
Motor oil, as you may have read earlier, is necessary for smooth engine operation. Unique physicochemical properties make it possible for motor oil to lubricate engine components, neutralize acids, remove sludge, and prevent corrosion and oxidation—so that the engine can run smoothly and efficiently.
Dropping oil level due to a leak in the system can cause several issues with the engine. Some of them are listed below, have a look;
Broken components
Damaged seal and gasket
Failing valve-train system
Declining performance
Engine overheating
A sharp rise in the rate of fuel consumption
Engine seizure
What Can Cause Oil Leak in A Car?
Oil filter- It’s probably damaged
An oil filter is a cylindrical object that cleans impurities like dust, grime, metal particles, carbon residue, unburned fuel, and several other contaminants off the motor oil. A properly functioning oil filter is essential for the long life of a car's engine oil. Now, if there is a leak or crack in the filter, the motor oil level will automatically go down. A sharp drop in oil levels will lead to many problems - which can cost you thousands of dollars.
Gasket and seal- Possibly leaky
An internal combustion engine has multiple gaskets and seals of varying shapes and sizes. Essentially, they maintain optimal compression within the engine by sealing the gap between two or more engine components. Also, they play an important role in preventing dust and other foreign elements from entering the engine. Moreover, they prevent engine fluids from intermixing. Your car will lose oil internally and externally if one of these gaskets or seals wears out.
Oil pan gasket- It’s likely cracked
The oil pan is an important part of a vehicle's lubrication system. As long as the motor oil isn't circulating around the engine, it is stored here. So, you can think of it as a storage container for motor oil. If this container gets damaged, the oil will leak out. And, if you don't do anything about the leaking pan gasket in time, your car's engine performance will be affected.
Another thing that we think should be added here is that a damaged oil drain plug can also result in oil leaking in the car. So, if you notice that oil is dripping from under your vehicle, the first thing you should do is check its oil drain plug.
The Big Question- What Can Be Done About ‘The Leak’?
An oil leak is not something that should be ignored. Because, if you don't do anything about the leak, your engine will struggle to operate. Having said that, if you notice an oil leak in your Audi, take it to a trusted car repair shop in your locality so that the root cause of this issue can be identified and repaired on time.
Bottom Line
Oil leaks, if left unaddressed, can cause irreparable damage to the engine. So if your Audi is leaking oil, don't take it lightly. The crack or damaged component responsible for the drainage of motor oil has to be identified and repaired at the earliest possible time.

Home Remedies for an Itchy Scalp
Scalp pruritus, known as itchy scalp, is a common condition. There’s a wide range of causes. Dandruff (caused by dry, oily skin) and an inflammatory skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis are the most common causes of an itchy scalp.

Home remedies to treat an itchy scalp:1. Apple cider vinegarApple cider vinegar is an anti-inflammatory and has antibacterial and antifungal properties. It can help reduce itching caused by dry skin. Try diluting apple cider vinegar in warm water and using it as a rinse after shampooing to alleviate dandruff and an itchy scalp.2. Organic coconut oilOrganic coconut oil is extracted from mature coconuts. It contains lauric acid, a saturated fat that has antimicrobial properties. Lauric acid is also a soothing treatment for an itchy scalp.3. Peppermint oilPeppermint oil may be effective at reducing dandruff and soothing the scalp, settling the itch. Try diluting it with another oil, such as olive oil, and massaging it into the scalp before shampooing. You can also use peppermint tea as a rinse after shampooing.4. Tea tree oilAn essential oil available at health food stores, tea tree oil has antimicrobial, antifungal, and antiseptic properties. It also has anti-inflammatory effects. Tea tree oil can be irritating to the skin, so it’s important to use it sparingly or dilute it prior to use.
Try adding 10 to 20 drops of tea tree oil to a gentle shampoo or mix it with olive oil and massage it directly into your scalp.5. MeditationIt may not surprise you that activities which reduce stress, such as meditation, may be effective at eliminating itchy scalps caused by anxiety. It may also help reduce itching due to eczema. Meditation can be tried alone or in conjunction with other itchy-scalp remedies. ☕️ Digital va Traditional art
I think both require a high level of skill and patience, and a lot of the skill involved is transferable. While they’re different forms of art, they’re both just as valid as each other and I have mad respect for anyone who does either and/or both!
Personally, as I’m still getting to grips with digital, I think I prefer (slash am better at) traditional art? But at the same time I’m enjoying learning to paint digitally so that will probably change.

How do you do this magic? Do you have a basic pattern or do you invent as you go along?
It’s a mix! I do have some basic features I repeat, although I’m terrible about writing them down for myself somewhere permanent and so I’m always losing them...
This pattern I’m doing right now is based pretty closely on this “medieval fantasy maiden” (i.e. Sansa Stark) pattern. I changed the skirt shape and the sleeves, obviously, but the basic body shape is from there. I like how that pattern writer does feet and legs a lot. But when I do her hair and hat, that’s going to be totally from scratch. Trial and error!
Here are two dolls I made a few years ago following that pattern more closely (but still with a few modifications and lots of added details):

If you could live anywhere in the world (no limitations of job, money, etc) where would you live?
Honestly, I really do like the Twin Cities. It’s just about the right level of urbanization for my tastes (cultural attractions and diversity without the INTENSITY of somewhere like Chicago or NYC), I get all 4 seasons, it’s near most of my family, and goodness knows that I waited for years before I could move back and get a decent job here.
If I moved someplace else though, it might be Colorado. I liked Colorado for the 2 weeks I was there, and I have missed the mountain west. I also like the Pacific Northwest, but I’m not sure how my brain weasels would do with the weather there.
