I don't remember if I posted my version of Grace before. If I have, I'm not gonna bother finding it lol.
Anyway Grace( XY mom)! I feel like if Gamefreak weren't cowards they would have given Grace actual muscles and scars bc of her old job as a rhyhorn racer( couldn't give her much with the picrew sadly. I imagine most of them would be around her hands, arms, legs. Nothing serious, but I don't think rhyhorn racing is a super safe sport) . I also thought an undercut for her fits her more, I can't explain why.
She's the type to laugh at dumb jokes and slap your back too hard.

Do you have headcanons about Kalos in your AU, that affect Jude, Dante, and the rivals? Familar and new ones alike!
Yeah! I have a few hc's that I hopefully remember -
I know that Kalos has a classism problem, if Team Flare is to show off anything. And also this weird beauty problem, whether or not someone is stylish enough is allowed to enter certain stores. That in particular reaaaally bothers Jude n Shauna lol.
I think the rivals sans Dante and Jude ( kinda) aren't suuuuuuper wealthy. Not exactly poor either, but they don't exactly have the same luxury that Dante has. Shauna was always aware of this really - it's why she's so quick to point out the faults of rich folk in my au. Trevor is aware of this too, but was more focused on making his dead beat parents proud.
I think this focus on beauty in Kalos effected them too. I generally go by the principal that the pokemon world is sooooo much better to live in compared to the real world, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have it's issues. I can see Trevor being used for his smarts like Clemont is- something that he doesn't exactly mind, but I can imagine it's kinda taxing. Shauna is also very smart and her parents are often pushing her to "maximize her potential" but. It isn't her passion. She likes puzzles as a hobby, but nothing worth being a career. It doesn't help that it's not just her parents trying to push her in this direction. It's frustrating, being told to uphold a certain standard that you don't want. And Shauna is a bit of a romantic. She likes all the romantic stuff of Kalos, but having to obtain that is frustrating sometimes. Tierno, I feel, is often overlooked in that regard. He doesn't exactly have exceptional abilities like Trevor or Shauna or Dante. He just likes to dance and dreams of making a dance team. Which. Might not even be considered something worth going into by some. Not all, of course, but the few that do kinda always stuck with Tierno. It didn't help that he didn't exactly come from a rich family so. I think these things played a role in Tierno's self worth really. He doesn't feel like he offers much, or has anything to stand out. His dancing is just dancing- it's not as useful as Trevor's smarts, or Shauna's charm or Dante's battle prowess. So what can he really offer?
Jude is kinda funny in all of this bc Jude is an outsider here. She's from Kanto. She's not used to whatever Kalos is about. So there's always a level of slight annoyance with how things operate in Kalos. Though she's also in a position where she does get the perks of "beauty", so it's. Weird. Dante, on the other hand, has always thrived in Kalos' standards, and never had a problem with it because of that. In a way he kinda isolated his friends out because he never really saw the problem. It's only when his ego got hurt was when he started to really see things for how it is- and even then that took a while bc Lysandre got to him first and kinda warped Dante's ego into working for him( though I should stress Dante didn't know Lysandre was part of team flare, let alone leading it. His job was just to collect mega stones and help Lysandre with some data- but Lysandre did present himself as someone who understood Dante at the time, and that's what Dante really wanted )
Aaaaand yeah. I think that's all I want to say. It was fun to compare how the culture around kalos effects the kiddos!

For any of your OCs you want to explore! What do they think about how Leon became Chosen in Legendsverse if they are in the know?
At some point everyone ends up knowing about Leon being a Chosen, but the first ones are obviously Naomi and Carol. They're still new to the whole thing, and are not entirely sure how things work, so once they learn Leon was Chosen by Eternatus of all things they're like " Okay????? Cool?????? Are you okay?????????????".
......Alexis and Elliot on the other hand. Are confused as fuck. They weren't entirely aware that Eternatus could choose??? Especially from what they learned about it, they assumed it was a deoxys situation ( Deoxys can't Choose btw) but apparently not????? And they're just. So worried for Leon's health, like the guy got possessed, they can't imagine being Chosen by eternatus is going well. Elliot makes sure to text Jude about it and ooooooh boy. Poor Jude. Yet another new Chosen to look after. But it's Leon, someone they kinda met before, so it should be fine? They're just. Very concerned about Eternatus. Cause what the actual fuck. A chosen is only unchosen when the legendary unChooses them and from the looks of it, Eternatus is very attached to Leon so. Leon kinda became the number one concern for a while.

......never once have I ever thought about Jude's birth parents. At all. Because why would I? His story is about him no longer being an asshole and becoming a person who he can be proud of. While yes, he's an orphan, a lot of his trauma comes from the orphanage itself, not his birth parents. So there's really no need to introduce a parent.

So. Uh. Concept for Jude's bio dad? Maybe???? Can't decide if I want his eyes to be brown or green like Jude's. Or maybe a different color I dunno.
He's. Not great. I think. Never intended to have a kid, never wanted a kid, but ended up fucking up with that. Between his disinterest and his job, he just put said kid to the nearest orphanage and called it a day. He may or may not show up years later for........reasons.
As for his job I'm not sure? I'm thinking bounty hunter or mercenary, anything that justify his scars.
Oh and he's an aura user too. Fun!

Since everyone's got Kalos on the brain, why not talk about Legendverse!Kalos?
Maybe about the rivals? Or maybe if Lysandre knew anything about chosens (considering him messing around with the legendaries)

Okay so I'm a bit rusty with my Kalos stuff but I can share some silly facts.
Shauna is arguably the most..... important? In terms of Legendverse stuff. She and Dante are basically Jude's right and left hands, especially as she's the Chosen of Zygarde ( which will be very interesting for plza). I haven't exactly pinned down what she goes post XY, but I think she does a little bit of everything, as well as scouting for Jude. I know 100% she ends up in Alola with Sena and Dexio in SM. Given how she's a Zygarde's Chosen, she has an easier time locating z-cells!
Tierno - Tierno was a character I always felt unsure about, on what to do with. I think I got him down a decent amount but I still worry if he can stand on his own sometimes. I always imagined him to be an older brother figure to the group, and in my version of him, he cares a lot, but also knows when to not care - as in not really dealing with Jude's bullshit. He's a lovable guy, if not a bit insecure about himself and where he stands with everyone. Post XY I think he would get along AMAZING with Korrina. He's not into roller derby like she is, but they both like to go skating together ( they bring Jude along)! He also likes taking his friends to concerts when they all have the time- he's the reason they all like Miku lol. He's VERY proud of himself for that. Also I'm considering him actually being an older brother- maybe two younger siblings that he has to rangle lol.
Trevor - TREVOR!!! I've grown to appreciate him a lot as I did my nuzlocke a while back. I've realized that he's not the shy, anxious boy I thought he was. He is shy, but not in the Wally way. He's honestly pretty confident in his areas of expertise, and isn't the wimp I somehow imagined him to be ( before playing XY again). Post XY he starts studying under Sycamore, and I think he gradually becomes a pokemon professor himself. He also has an arc with Diancie that I haven't fully fleshed out. He's not a Chosen, I just think it would be cool if he was besties with Diancie ( that probably evolved from a carbink)
Lysandre - I don't think Lysandre was aware of Chosens with a capital C. I think he knew of stories of people who were close to legendary pokemon or the like, but nothing of actual Chosens. It did fuel his whole " people who were chosen for greatness and people who weren't" views though.

Thinking about Dante and Jude's romance. I'm thinking of Dante falling first ( something he is utterly devastated by) and Jude falling second ( surprisingly not as devastated. Annoyed, but not devastated)
Like for Dante even when things between him and Jude start getting better, they still butt heads. A lot. Dante is more often than not thinking he hates Jude ( he doesn't, not anymore, but hate is an easier emotion to pinpoint ) and thinks about him constantly. And eventually this "hatred" goes over a point where he's just going " stupid Jude with his stupid pretty eyes and his stupid pretty face-" without really clocking in that he's already fallen until either he actually hears his thoughts or someone ( probably Shauna) points it out. And when he realizes it, he's just devastated lmao. Of all the people in the world, why the one he hates the most ( again, he doesn't. ). And like. It's not that he goes into a deep denial of it. Rather when he realizes his feelings he first takes a step back to ask " okay is this real" and when he figures out it is he's accepts it as fact. It's a fact he hates, but it's something that he accepts. I think after that things go back to normal between him and Jude, with the added flavor of " I'm actually down pretty bad so I know things you do will have an Effect on me and I hate it"
Jude falling second wasn't originally the plan- I think I wanted her to fall first only to show off her softer side. But I think I can still accomplish that and have them realize their feelings a little later. Besides, Jude is like. Busy™, romance isn't exactly on their mind unless it's Shauna rambling about a new crush. But bc they are actively trying to be better towards the people they care about, Jude is a tad bit softer around them,and particularly so with Dante ( bc of everything that went down between them) When Jude finally is able to relax and gather his thoughts, they would realize she has feeling for Dante. They're annoyed about it. But outside of that they're like " welp another thing to stress over I guess".
These two don't get together for a while I think. Again, Jude is busy as is Dante and they both are pretty work oriented,so they would rather focus on stuff they gotta do first. Which is fine, the rest of the Kalos gang makes sure they don't overwork themselves to death ( ESPECIALLY JUDE),but. They still have their little moments. Jude is very adamant on not using their aura to get a sense of how Dante feels about her; it feels wrong. So to them they're just waiting for a hint that doesn't make them constantly overthink.
And....yeah. That's all lol.

The timeline might get an update but I gotta say. There's something very funny about Jude, Kenji and Alexis being the same age.
Jude (27) - stressed leader (?) and strategist for the Chosens, desperately needs a vacation
Kenji (27) - hero complex resulted in getting mind controlled by a group that wants to hunt legendaries. Fun.
Alexis (27) - used to be super depressed and self loathing but is now on his meds and taking therapy + a service Pokemon and is genuinely feeling better and is just vibing. The most stress he has is his date life, and he's at a point where he's just happy how he is.

Death Scythe
Summary: Jude goes out to handle some TLH grunts on his own. It's harder than expected.
Notes: 1) Not sure if the robots are canon to TLH but I needed something for Jude to use a scythe on something that wasn't human and 2) The italics scenes that happened in the past! So Jude's pronouns change with each scene( reminder that Jude uses they/she/he pronouns and is genderfluid)! And 3) This probably takes place before Jude and Dante get together, but it can be ready ambiguously I guess.
TW: For blood! Nothing graphic, just a heads up.

The most interesting things happen at night. Why wouldn't it? The darkness hides bodies, the quietness silences voices. All under the comfort- or mocking- of the moon.
The most interesting things happen at night. Jude is no exception.
She was done before she knew it, her body already sore from the match. Aiko towers over her, with a cheeky smile on her face. Jude doesn't have the energy to wipe it off.
" I win! Again," she teases, knowing it hurts Jude's pride. Jude rolls her eyes, still too tired to get up.
" You're supposed to be helping me here." she mutters, " Not boasting your victory,"
" I am helping!" Aiko huffs, coaching down to meet Jude's level, " You just suck at welding a staff,"
"Very helpful," Jude says dryly, causing Aiko to chuckle.
Jude Bellrose doesn't consider himself a vigilante. That's more so Dante and Emma. Jude doesn’t consider themself a hero either, though many would disagree with them. Jude is a Champion. This is just part of the job. And 'the job' just so happens to be TLH. Joy.
Jude watches from above, watching some grunts wander about. He has to thank Shauna for giving him the location of these guys as soon as she scouted them out. He left without another thought, even without his coat. Being mildly cold is a small con to what if greater stealth. Either the grunts know he's there and haven't done anything- which is dumb- or they haven't noticed him yet. Also dumb, but who is he to complain on free stealth.
Jude focuses on the grunts below, calling his aura to sense them. His heart sinks when he does. He only senses two auras of the entire group. The rest do not have any. They are not human. They are robots. TLH has robots. Fuck.
"Okay, okay, actual advice time," Aiko says after another day of sparring. Another day of Jude getting their ass beat. She sets herself into position, holding her bo staff with both of her hands.
" I was trained by the kimono girls in movement. To be graceful and precise," She twirls her bo staff, moving along with it, as if she was dancing with it, " Uncle Chuck taught her about strength, durability. Knowing how to dominate and overpower" just as quickly as she dances, Aiko slams her staff on the ground. There's a dent where it lands. Jude is grateful that they weren't at the end of it.
" So….."
"Hold on, I'm getting to it!" She sighs, setting her staff straight, " From both experiences, I learned two things! Number one! Balance is key!" Aiko slams her staff on the ground, which probably makes her feel like some sagely monk.
" Figuring out and maintaining the balance of the two styles I've been taught has helped me a lot! And even outside of that, when wielding a staff, it's not as linear as swinging a sword. Your whole body has to play in your movement!"
Jude nods their head, starting to understand Aiko’s words. Looking back, Jude never tried wielding the staff Aiko lent them with their body in mind. They always assumed the staff went for hitting, and used it as such. Though, in their defense, they’ve never seen Aiko use it another way either.
“ Number two!” Aiko yells, causing Jude snap out of their thoughts and wince at how loud Aiko is, “ Your weapon isn’t just something you wave around to look cool!” Jude gives Aiko a raised brow, but it seems like AIko just ignores it.
“ Your weapon is an extension of yourself! This may sound silly, but you have to work in sync with it to truly bring out your strength! Think of it like pokemon battling, without the pokemon! Or-”
“ Like using aura,” Jude says before they realize it. AIko blinks, before giving Jude a huge grin.
“ Yeah. Like using aura,”
Not only are these things robots, but they’re superpowered too. Jude doesn’t dare think of the implications. Not now.
Jude dodges out of the way of another attack, slashing down a robot when another one lunges at him, its hands turning into claws, ready to tear into Jude’s skin. Jude barely manages to dodge it, its claws grazing his side, causing Jude to hiss. It’s only now that Jude wishes he told someone about going out to confront these “ grunts”. Jude huffs, as he uses his scythe to block another attack, now getting a better look at the robot grunts he’s facing. They have no face. At least, none considering what would be their face seemed to be completely covered with a mask. Specks of color come through the otherwise ink black mask- a nod to Necrozma. Again, Jude does not want to think about the implications.
….He hopes Kenji is okay.
Realizing he can’t be at a stalemate forever, Jude twirls his scythe, effectively shaking the robot off him. He then slashes down, but the robot is just too quick. Way too quick. Jude doesn’t get to react when another robot attacks him from his side. It draws blood. A lot more blood than Jude was expecting.
Jude has improved. Aiko told him as such. He feels it too, even being able to move up to his scythe when sparring with Aiko. Though despite his efforts, Jude was never able to best her. And while it hurts his pride, he isn’t too mad about it. He’s been using his scythe more frequently because of her anyhow. Now the two simply relax on the floor, resting after another sparring match which Aiko won. Again.
“ Do you think he’s okay?” Aiko asks suddenly, her voice quieter than it was before. Jude swallow’s , not needing any clarification to who “he” is.
“ I don’t know,” he says truthfully, “ I lost connection with him. I don’t know how he’s holding up,” . Jude feels a sudden, but not unfamiliar, wave of guilt wash over him.
“I’m sorry,” he mutters. And he is. He should have stopped Kenji when he had the chance. He shouldn’t have given him the go to act as double agent. Now they don’t even know if he’s alive. Especially after the last confrontation.
The silence was painful. Jude’s guilt was no longer a wave, but a storm, constantly crashing into him to the point where it makes him feel sick. He opens his mouth again, to apologize once more, to get this sick feeling off of him-
“ When we find their base,” Aiko starts, her voice deep and written with rage, “ I am going to kick every single TLH ass there is. I’m going to get Kenji back,” Anger and determination. A dangerous combination. Jude should know. They’ve experienced it for years.
“ You have my full support,” Jude says, still feeling sick. He gives Aiko a small smile anyway. Aiko laughs, etched in sadness and anger.
“ Thanks,” she gets up, now a small spark in her eye, “ Care for another match?”
Jude has mixed feelings about his powers. Having the power over death when he has witnessed his own pokemon die feels like the universe is playing a cruel joke on him. He doesn’t feel great about draining the energy of living things to his own benefit. But he would be lying if the power of it all wasn’t useful. Like now. As his scythe sends a slicing wave of energy that cuts through the bodies of the robots before him. He tries to ignore the pain on his side as he focuses on the remaining robots- fuck why is there so many-twirling his scythe defensively as numerous claws come slashing at him.
Pride be damned, he'd be the first to admit he's not the most skilled fighter compared to the rest. He much prefers being the guy in the chair, making sure everything stays a float. But Jude knows he would hate himself more if he just stood back and did nothing. He's not making that mistake again.
Dodge, slash, and weave- this fight has finally found its rhythm. If he didn't have his powers, he most likely would have been dead now, his wound being too serious to ignore. It's still a pain in the ass though, having to move so much with it.
A dark thought enters his mind. He wishes the robots were human. He wishes, for one cruel second, that they were mere mortals that he can drain the life out of, and have this fight be over with. It scares him. It scares him beyond belief. For one cruel second, Jude don't see the robots as robots, but as humans. Humans with weapons that he's cutting down as if they were nothing. For one cruel second, Jude sees himself as a killer. It shakes him to his core.
For one cruel second, Jude's guard is down once more. More blood is drawn from the claws of the hu- robots. Jude suddenly starts to feel numb. Shit.
Jude swings again, sloppily,barely missing as the robots spread out. This is getting annoying. He really should have called for backup, Arceus.
Jude Bellrose, hardly able to keep standing, readies himself to attack. Wound be damned, he's going to finish what he started. He gets ready to lung and-
An arrow shoots directly through one of the robots head, and it drops to the ground without a hitch. Then another. And another. Jude takes the opportunity to slice the last one down himself, in the midst of the robot's confusion. He hates how he suddenly feels sick. He hopes it's just the bleeding getting to him.
When he looks up, he sees Dante in the position that he was in before dropping down with the ambush. A bow and arrow are in his hands, both of which clow a multicolored hue, much like the antlers of Xerneas herself. The colors of the bow and arrow along side the glow of the moon makes Dante's eyes shine greater, almost ethereal. It's beautiful really.
….The bleeding is getting to him. Now's not the time.
Dante jumps down from his marksman point, and quickly rushes to Jude's side. It's now that with Dante so close, Jude can properly see the heated glare that Dante was giving him. Ah. He's mad.
" You fucking idiot," his hisses, placing a hand over the wound on Jude's side, a faint glow coming from his. Jude feels a cool wave wash over him, the pain slowly subsiding.
" Hello to you too," Jude drawls, starting to get tired,as the adrenaline from before is fading away.
" Don't give me that. What were you thinking ?"
" I wasn't," Jude says honestly, too tired to start up their usual banter, " Shaunee said there was TLH grunts here and I just went for it. Didn't think about backup,".
" Clearly," Dante grumbled, moving his hand to another wound,his frown deepening, " We need to get you back home, stat,"
Jude winces as Dante brings his arm over his shoulder, making Jude lean on him. The tiredness almost takes over, Jude leaning into Dante's warmth.
"Don't fall asleep," Dante says pointedly, but the worry in his voice is overwhelming.
" Oh please, I'm the Chosen One of death. Yveltal gave a soft spot for me-"
" I mean it Jude," Dante looks at Jude with desperation, something Jude wasn't expecting to see. He hopes the darkness of the night helps hides his blush, as he looks away.
" Alright, alright….sorry,"
Dante sighs, shaking his head slightly.
" It's alright. Let's just get you out of here,"
Jude grunts in agreement, letting Dante carry him off back home. He tries not to fall asleep, for Dante's sake, letting his mind wander.
Before he knows it, he's home, bandaged up and given strict orders from Dante to stay in bed and rest. Too tired to argue, he agrees.

I actually find it very funny how Jude went from " the asshole one who cares a bunch about the group" to " somewhat leader/strategist of the group" which is wild bc Jude is part of the newer generation of Chosens in modern time.
I don't even know how this came to be tbh, but it definitely fits. In my canon, Jude is already trying to fix up Kalos, constantly busying themself with work. I feel like, despite their coldness, she is a really good leader, able to pinpoint one's strengths and weaknesses and able to work with both. Maybe it's an aura thing, but yeah. So it's not that much of a surprise to see Jude kinda fall into the strategist/leader role. Though maybe Red or Jin are more of a leader, and Jude is more of a strategist? Whatever the point is, people look to Jude for stuff. And I dunno, I just think that's really cool.
He's still an ass lol. But he's trying to be nicer, especially after a life changing journey in which she almost died. To the younger ones, they're much more softer ( kinda worry that they scare them- which they do). Jude and R.B haven't met officially but they would absolutely vibe with each other.

The Legendverse
The Legendverse is a Pokemon au featuring my ocs that follows the concept of Legendary Pokemon being slightly more involved with the main events of the pokemon games than they lead on. Before getting into the specifics of that, let's get into-
The Timeline
The Legendverse follows a semi linear timeline of events, and it's ever expanding with the new Pokemon games that are coming out. Here's what the timeline looks so far:
PLA: 1868 -1872
FRLG/Emerald: 2005
HGSS/Platinum: 2008
BW: 2012
B2W2: 2014
XY: 2015
SM: 2016
USUM: 2018
SWSH: 2020
SV: 2025
Some things to note: USUM is treated as a sequel in this au. I don't really have a clear idea of what the plot is going to be but it is going to involve the Ultra Recon Squad and Ultra Necrozma. Secondly, PLA and the time between SM and SWSH are connected. As in Ingo and an oc of mine gets isekaied to Hisui during SM and come back sometime after the main plot of SWSH. 4 years in Hisui years, 4 years in modern times. Finally, SV will be added, but given how the games haven't been released yet,I cannot make a fair judgment onto where in the timeline this takes place. For personal reasons I hope it would make sense for it to be some time after SwSh, but we will see.
With the timeline explained, now we can get into the meat of the Legendverse:
Legendaries and The Chosens
This will be a bit difficult to explain so let's start with the pure basics. In this au, Legendary Pokemon are essentially able to Choose a person as their Chosen, which more often than not, are my protagonists for this au. They are given the smallest fraction of the Legendaries power and are tasked to, from the Chosens understanding, protect the world from disaster, which usually mean defeating the evil teams. However, uh, the Chosens may not even know this. This is where things get messy. When it comes to the protagonists of this au, the common theme is that they are, well, the protagonist: young and off the mixed up in a thing that kids their age shouldn't be getting mixed into. Theres also a sense of fate involved: most Chosen where Chosen either at birth or at a young age. But, for some reason, it doesn't apply to all. What's more is that being Chosen is kinda permanent until the Legendary decided otherwise, so these protagonists are effectively growing up superpowered- okay, it's not as obvious as that. See when I said this is messy? It can get confusing really quickly, especially as the why it's all happening. Legendaries are fickle beings after all. Either you will get some vague answer, or none at all. Or the Legendary doesn't even know themself, which adds more confusion and frustration for any Chosen involved.
Now, amongst this mess, there's still some structure. For one, man made pokemon of any kind cannot Choose a Chosen. Arceus cannot as well, but purely for the fact that it is Arceus. Even the smallest fraction of power from them would not only be too much power from them, but too much power for the user to even comprehend. Bascically, it can overwhelming really fast and can end badly, really fast. So no Chosen One for Arceus.
There's also seem to be some sort of….. hierarchy. Arceus, of course, is the one at the top, being the Creator, followed by the Lake Trio and Creation Trio. If I were to get into it here, this post will be far too long, especially as I am still working it out as we speak. But please know there's something going on here and yes, some Legendaries do know each other.
Now we spoke a lot about the Legendaries and The Chosen Ones. But who exactly are the Chosen Ones? Well…..
The Protagonist Ocs
Truthfully, you should have seen this coming. Unless your new to this blog, then hi, names R, I like making pokemon ocs. Especially protagonist ocs. I have too many and I am going to make it your problem now.
Real talk,in former interactions of this I would simply have the names of the ocs and have them linked to what is their bio, but given my greatest enemy is myself, I tend to be very behind on that. And given my need to gush about them, it really harms and potential conversation I could have about them if you guys don't know about them. So here's the solution! Short descriptions. The long bio's will come at a later time, I assure you, but for you all to get some idea of who the people are that live in my head rent free, you will get short bios. Some context here: all the ages presented are how of they are by SwSh. The ages they were during their individual game event will be in the larger bios. Also there's a main a secondary ( and the mysterious third) protagonist. Okay? Okay. So without further ado~
PLA
Name: Sakura Ume
Age: Somewhere in her 20’s
Gender and pronouns: Nonbinary and she/her. Maybe he/him.
Chosen One of: No one.
Bio: Sakura is simply one of a kind. In an attempt to bridge the gap between humans and pokemon a bit faster, Arceus has the genius idea to create a human being for that role. However, Volo’s and Giratina’s tempering caused her to fall to Hisui, with no knowledge of who she is, only a single goal to her name ‘ catch all pokemon’. Despite this, Sakura is a kind and energetic soul, who’s always willing to help and put those before herself.
Fun Fact: She’s Kiran’s ancestor! They look nothing alike.
Name: Zero Yamamoto
Age: Somewhere is his 20’s
Gender and pronouns: Nonbinary and He/Him They/Them
Chosen One of: No one ( but is the cause for someone else down the line)
Bio: I will admit that Zero’s backstory needs some work, but here’s what I got so far: formerly was from lost The Platinum Clan, the clan that defected against the Celestica all those ages ago. He is one of the few surviving members. His knowledge comes from his parents who came from their parents and ect. They are all gone, and with nowhere else to turn, Zero found himself under the care of The Galaxy Team- Professor Laventon specifically. Despite his past, Zero is a mild mannered young man, simply wanting to help and not scare off people.
Fun fact: Zero has sharp teeth, which tend to put people off. To counter this, he always wears a red scarf. Also he’s a good cook and makes wonderful tea.
Emerald:
Name: Jin Amachi
Age: 27( swsh) 32( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Nonbinary and They/Them
Chosen One of: Rayquaza
Bio: One of the older protagonists, Jin has changed a lot from when they were a kid. From a rebellious and angry pre-teen to a much more calmer and confident adult. They're still angry, but for different reasons. They are very good at hiding it, however.
Fun fact: They have two hands and it's for Amber and Wally
Name: Kohaku Amber Birch
Age: 27 ( swsh) 32 ( SV )
Gender and Pronouns: Female and She/Her
Chosen One of: Undecided!
Bio:Jin's old rival and now girlfriend! She could have very easily became Champion but she was already set on being a Pokemon professor. Even then she is a strong trainers and a great rival to both Jin and Wally.
Fun fact: The ultimate clutz. How has she survived so long is a mystery.
HGSS/ Crystal
Name: Kenji Hino
Age: 22 ( swsh) 27 ( SV )
Gender and Pronouns: (Trans) Male and He/Him
Chosen One of: Ho-Oh
Bio: Once a boy with a golden heart, growing under the pressure of his own self doubts and fears. He still tries his best and almost never fails to give a smile to those who need it.
Fun fact: Kenji is a bit of an artist! Drawing helps him destress.
Name: Aiko Elm
Age: 22( swsh) 27( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Female and She/Her
Chosen One of: Lugia
Bio: An energetic girl who grew to love martial arts and waving her staff around. She’s Kenji’s childhood friend and considers herself his ultimate rival, though that might just be to annoy Silver. She doesn’t follow the same path as her dad, Prof. Elm, and while he is supportive, she can’t help but wonder what she’s doing with her life.
Fun fact: Aiko trained under both the Kimono girls and her Uncle Chuck! She will kick you ass.
Name: Beryl Jewel
Gender and pronouns: nonbinary and they/she
Age: 25 ( swsh) 30 ( SV )
Chosen one of: Suicune
Bio: A generally chill person, Beryl is a an aspiring pokemon professor and focuses their work on pokemon rescue and rehabilitation. Her family is generally supportive, despite all the drama that had come before. Beryl is very worried for their friends well being.

Name: Danica Yamamoto
Age: 23 ( swsh) 28 ( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Female and she/her
Chosen one of: Giratina
Bio: An eerily quite and kinda creepy girl with a knack for kinda just…..appearing. All she wishes is for her to have good battles, protect Sinnoh, and be with her friends, family and pokemon. Recent years have challenged that however.
Fun Fact: She's a baker and aims to own her own bakery.
Name: Kiran Plum
Age: 24 ( swsh) 29 ( SV )
Gender and Pronouns: Demi-boy/non-binary and He/They
Chosen One of: No one. Right now. I think.
Bio: This man has been through so much. To keep it short, he was Professor Rowans assistant, who then became obsessed with Arceus after a chance encounter, to which caused Arceus to send them back in time, where they spend 4 years of his life until he comes back home. He is a incredibly tired, sarcastic professor who desperately needs a nap.
Fun Fact: He has a crush on Barry and is trying so hard not to have one. He's failing.
Black and White and B2W2
Name: Alexis Jones
Age: 22 27
Gender and Pronouns: Male and he/him
Chosen on of: Zekrom
Bio: Another incredibly tired man who have both lost pokemon and an arm during his journey. Nowadays he's much more reclusive, avoiding any discussion of what has happened to both him and those around him. Despite this, he has a hero's heart….even if he doesn't believe it.
Fun Fact: He works( worked?) at a daycare and is incredibly good with baby pokemon.
Name: Elliot Jones
Age: 22( swsh) 27 ( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Female and she/her
Chosen One of: Reshiram
Bio: Alexis' brash and loud younger twin sister, Elliot has not lost pokemon like her brother did when they were kids. But she was there to see the affects of it. Not to mention losing a leg as her brother an arm. She wants to talk about it with her brother, but he makes it difficult. So what does one do? Drag him to Galar for an admittedly impromptu vacation.
Fun Fact: She works at the Gear Station and formed a close uncle- niece bond with the Submas Twins.
Name: Evangeline " Eva" Ortiz
Gender and Pronouns: Female( trans) and She/Her
Age: 21 ( swsh ) 26 ( SV)
Bio: Once a plucky kid aiming to be the very best that no one ever was, is now the champion ( co-champion??? Still working on it) of Unova. She's sporty, fashionable, and is constantly doing something. She tries her best to be there for people, but has a hard time letting people be there for her. Especially when it comes to the cold.
Fun Fact: She's a bit of a tinkerer! Er, engineer. She loves breaking down and building cool tech. It's common for people to not want her and Volkner to meet, less a gaint Mecha robot is to be built. Oh. Also she and Elliot are dating.
Name: Wayne Kukui
Age: 20 ( swsh ) 25 ( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Male( trans) and he/him
Bio: A former team plasma grunt later to be adopted by Clay, Wayne is the more….awkward one of the Unova gang. He genuinely cares about the well being of Pokemon,and while he is a trainer- a decent one at that- he doesn't do it often. He's a bit naive at times, mostly a side affect of being sheltered by Team Plasma, but he has a good heart and wants the best for everyone!
Fun Fact: He acts as a delivery boy for Clay. Really, Clay just wanted Wayne to interact with people more, but Wayne saw this as some sort of way to repay for his time at Team Plasma, and couldn't be stopped.
Pokemon XY
Jude Bellrose
Age: 22 ( swsh ) 27 ( sv )
Gender and Pronouns: Genderfluid and they/she/he
Chosen One of: Yveltal
Bio: Another nuzlocke protagonist. Jude can be harsh, their words can be cold and they can act like they don't care. However, his journey deeply affected him, causing him to reflect on themself and what they really want. She's getting better.
Fun Fact: They are multilingual! Also has heavy romantic tension with Dante. They need to work on themselves first, though.
Name: Dante LaCroix
Age: 22 ( swsh ) 27 ( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Male and he/him
Chosen One of: Xerneas
Bio: Jude's rival, and son of two veteran trainers. Prided himself in being a good trainer despite his parents, but Jude's talent and attitude caused a severe rivalry between then two. Said rivalry clouded Dante's judgement and made him to be manipulated by Lysandre, though he turned himself around when he realized what Lysandre's goals truly were.
Fun Fact: He works as an assistant detective to Emma!
Pokemon SM / Pokemon USUM
Name: Amsonia Mahina
Age: 15 ( swsh ) 20 ( SV )
Gender and Pronouns: Demigirl and she/they
Chosen One of: Lunala
Bio: Her and her mother moved to Alola -her mother's home region- after finally getting away from her abusive father. She's closed off and selectively mute, so she's not the most cheery of people. However, the more she stays in Alola, the more she begins to heal and begins living her life.
Fun fact: She's Kenji's half sister. They both share the same shitty dad.

Name: Ray
Gender and Pronouns: Nonbinary and he/him.
Chosen One of: Most likely Solgeleo
Bio: Is under works! At most he's associated with team skull and acts as the protagonist of USUM, not Amsonia ( which acts pretty different in this au) but I still need to figure things out.

Pokemon SwSh
Name: Naomi Einar
Age: 15 ( swsh ) 20 ( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Female (trans) and she/her
Chosen One of: Zacian
Bio:( oh boy there's a lot going on so I'm keeping this short). A shy country girl who promised her best friend Hop to go on the gym challenge with him. She fully believes she will fail easily and just slow him down, but can't say no to his face. Has…..foggy memory. Can't seem to remember much, even if it's right in front of her.
Fun fact: Alexis and Elliot are her cousins! She also loves dancing.
Name: Carol Fitzroy
Age: 16 ( Swsh ) 21 ( SV)
Gender and Pronouns: Agender and they/them
Chosen One of: Calyrex
Bio: A troubled teen that came from a not so great situation. Formerly a city kid in Wyndon, they moved to Wedgehurst with their mother, and made fast friends with Naomi and Hop, immediately becoming best friends. They would do anything to keep them safe. Have a deep hatred for their father, Chairman Rose ( they only found out recently).
Fun fact: Loves hugs, especially from Hop and Naomi.
The Johto Exclusive Elite 4!
Luca Valero
Age: 13-14
Gender and pronouns: genderqueer and he/any.
Chosen one of: Terapogos????? Maybe?????
Bio: An energetic boy that has a deep hidden trauma of the darkest day. He tries his best to be a help to anyone and everyone in his life in fear of becoming a burden. He tends to be too stubborn, not knowing when to take a no , but overall is a beacon of light to those around him.
Fun fact: Is a lover of anything pink!
Ramona Beatriz Luna
Age: 16
Gender and pronouns: female ( trans) and she/her.
Chosen one of: None.
Bio: A closed off girl who has been labeled as a bully and "The Calamity" due to her reputations in her old schools. No one knows of the harsh bullying and abuse that she has went through to gain such a closed heart, and because of that she has pretty much gave up on herself, Naranja Uva academy being her last hope. Despite her rough exterior she is pretty chill and level headed, and cares much more than she lets on.
Fun fact: She's childhood friends with Arven. It didn't end well.
And that's it! That's all of them! Well, that's a lie. These are just the protagonist/Chosen ocs I have. Truth be told, there's actually a lot of Pokemon ocs I have haha. But I won't be getting into them here, or else this will be way too long for comfort. But before this post is complete, I wanted to mention some miscellaneous things( at the top of my head)
The Indigo league go through a "split". One E4 and champion for Johto and one for Kanto
This is done by Kenji, who felt like Johto was often undermined by Kanto and other regions ( mostly Kanto). He wanted Johto to get a chance to shine on their own.
Still called the Indigo League all together,as a sign of peace and companionship
Kalos kinda sucks and Jude's trying to fix it.
When you have stores that deny people entry based on how " stylish" they are, you know there's a problem.
Especially when the mad man who tried to commit genocide wanted to preserve "beauty" ( which comes in the form of rich people with elist and socialist views).
And the stigma against " evil" types.
So yeah. There's a problem that needs fixing.
Canon characters!
Silver is Chosen by Celebi. An odd duo I know, but think of the comedic potential, okay.
N is vibing with a non Chosen/Protagonist oc and honestly he deserves it.
Ingo and Emmet do reunite don't worry.
Hugh's sister, Hana, ends up becoming the new dark type Elite 4 member in replacement of Grimsley. No I am not kidding.
Red and Blue are the ultimate slow burn. They are getting married, don't worry.
Also Green's here too! She's Blue's sister in this au
Lear's here and Cheren's bf. Dunno how but he is.

Okay yesterday I did the older protags so now for the newer ones! I consider B2W2 and XY as the bridge between the old and the new,so they're technically a mix of both!
Eva: Flighty city girl that's always wanted to travel across Unova. Has an interest in physical health, technology, and of course, pokemon! Was ecstatic when given the opportunity to get a starter. Only really did the gym challenge after Alder suggested it and to help Hugh achieve his goals ( or rather, to make sure he doesn't go overboard and too into his head). Rather quickly she found out she enjoyed battling a big deal! Wants to believe the best in everyone, but don't exactly favor dishonest people.
Wayne: An ex team plasma grunt that was taken in by Clay after the events of BW. Incredibly remorseful of what he's done ( he didn't do much as a grunt, but the guilt was still there), and thinks that the best way to make up for it is with work. Doesn't associate with the team plasma in driftviel city at all, wanting to cut all ties with his past. He's awkward, not having known much outside of Team Plasma and driftviel city, and is still getting used to the pokemon battling itself, but he ultimately has a good heart and wishes for a peaceful world.
Jude: Adopted child of Grace, Jude has hard cold walls around them with a knack for being rude. They don't desire friends, only really going with Sycamore's group cause there's a chance to be something greater. Has aura powers that they are desperately keeping down, thinking they already know the world and how cruel it already is. Has a soft spot for pokemon but it's hard to show it when they keep their emotions low. Despite it all, they have a strong sense of justice and care a lot, no matter how much they deny it.
Dante: The child of two veteran trainers,Dante is generally kind hearted, though he tends to have a bit of an ego,believing himself to be the most capable trainer of his friends. He simultaneously wants to live up to his parents legacy, while also moving away from their shadow, proving his own worth and skill. He holds himself at a high standard because of this, which makes it hard for him when his ego is bruised by Jude fairly quickly.
Amsonia: A selectively mute girl recently getting out of an abusive household with her mother, they always have their guard up. They are slow to trust no thanks to their past, only truly feeling comfortable around pokemon and her mom. She is fiercely protective at her young age, reluctant to even leave her mom alone to go on the gym challenge at first. Despite being so young, Amsonia had to grow up fast, though she slowly learns how to be a kid again.
Pua/Poppy/Ray/Sunny/????: ( Name still impending) An amnesiac that came from an ultra wormhole from a ruined Alola....not that they remember that. It was founded by Team Skull, specifically Guzma, and was under their care for a while....until Guzma sent him away to Kukui. He doesn't remember who he is, of why Guzma sent him away....but he's planning on making the most of it. Answers will come, eventually,so might as well go with the flow for now!
Naomi: A young girl in Curse-Chosen limbo thanks to an incident with her father, the original bearer. While the Curse caused him to be sick, it caused her to forget. Parts of her past are blurry, even when looking at them in present day. She's an incredibly shy and anxious girl, with low self esteem to boot, though she's much more lively around her friends. She only goes on the gym challenge for Hop, not even considering that she'll make it past the first gym. Despite everything, she has a good heart and wants to help out, even when she's scared.
Carol: Often seen as "the problem child", Carol is the bastard child of Chairman Rose, who only found out about their birth father recently. Mischievous, a schemer and very protective of those they care about, they would go to great lengths to not only protect their friends but get revenge. Does not view themself highly, however, convinced they just make others lives miserable, and tends to self sabotage when buckling under pressure.
Luca: An adventurous spirit, wanting to complete the gym challenge in Paldea the minute he heard about it from his Mom. Would have done it in Galar if it weren't for the darkest day having such an effect on him and his family ( his parents got divorced after their daughter was severely hurt during DD, which the father blames Luca for). Forever an optimist, and wanting to make friends wherever he goes, he's determined to help his friends and have an adventure he desperately wanted back in Galar.
R.B: A girl that's been through a lot, abusive parents, countless schools and countless bullies, Ramona has all but given up trying to be nice. Uva academy is her last chance, and she just wants to get it over with. She doesn't trust a lot of people, especially the school faculty, and prefers being alone, which is somewhat easier when she was given the title The Calamity in past schools. Though it's not all easy: her childhood friend no more is back in her life, much to her dismay and anger, the class president of the rival school is too nice to her, and even more so, a fellow new student is very eager to be her friend. Joy. Her plan to keep her head low and move along the school year is progressively getting harder to maintain

By Swsh, Jude and Dante have definitely reconciled about their past behavior towards each other during XY and can hang around each other without feeling super awkward about it. The problem. Is that they both have the deal with the romantic feelings they've gained over the years for each other. And this is Jude and Dante. They are both stubborn, insecure( is that the right word?) and stressed out as all hell. Jude in particular is not super great with words.
The most they can do is steal glances at each other, and use their rivalry as an excuse to see each other despite their busy lifestyles. Both of them think their feelings are one sided. Shauna is in hell.
