I read something a while back that being in love actively makes you stupid. That being said, whenever I ask my boyfriend a question and he answers as if it's the most simple thing in the entire world (most of the time it is) I feel so dumb and my anxiety doesn't help with the situation because if he answer in a slightly different tone, I automatically think he's angry or annoyed with me.

BUT I also read something else that said that men are more likely to just solve problems while women on the other hand are more prone to wanting to just talk about their problems and figure it out later.

I have no reason for writing this other than to just spill my thoughts but if anyone has a similar experience and just so happens to stumble on this trash pile of a textpost, lemme know what you think.

Buddy you underestimate the amount of kids who will latch onto niche old things that was made decades before they were even born + the amount of parents who introduce things they liked to their kids. Why do you think people still know about rankin bass despite it becoming defunct in the 80s. Hell, as an example I watched the last unicorn one day as a kid and it changed how I viewed unicorns forever to the point I deliberately design my unicorns to have that iconic lion tail no matter what and why a part of me becomes irrationally frustrated whenever a unicorn is just depicted as a horse with horn on head.

and uhhh, side note but my wrist is kinda fucked. I’ve been holding that info in for a while now hoping it would go away but it seems like I really need to rest it and hope for the best.

I won’t stop drawing, but it’s going to continue to be simple things and posting less often than I used to until this blows over.

and second side note but the hostility within the fandom really gets to me sometimes and as much as I want to rant about it here I tend to just walk away for a little while. probably healthier. I’m an older fan and truth be told I just don’t fully understand why fandom as a whole has become… Like This. it’s really exhausting lol.
