i don't believe in "defending" characters in general, just in discussing them objectively- bc imo characters don't have to be good flawless people in order for me to like them like why should I justify myself? they're all fake. but this goes double for male characters you will never catch me out here defending a man

#this was prompted by anders dragonage but it goes for sev and james and sirius too #i will defend lily and other women but #a) she did nothing wrong b) its always obvious what the Real Reason is #c) i fundamentally support womens wrongs #like people are MUCH more critical of any woman than they'd be of a man #i love snape but actively being a snape defender while claiming lily was a worse person than him... rethink ur choices #same goes for marauders stans. let those men be trash #its why theyre interesting anyway. sorry u like 2D boring flawless characters couldnt be me

Thought I would share a rp part I’m working on
