Lloyd: Ugh, fine it’s not like we’re in the deepest, darkest, most shadowy corner in a city of all time, so I'll go back to pretending to be fully human….

Kai: Lloyd Montgomery Garmadon Spinjitzu-

Lloyd: *Sighs and shifts to human form* There. Happy? Wu: Lloyd, you have to be careful, especially in the city.

Lloyd: Yes, uncle!

Everyone: Wu:

Wu: Cole….Jay….Kai….And Zane.

Wu: Well, you’re the ones who taught Lloyd the basics… at least that’s what you said you were doing.

All four: uh….. Wu:

Wu: When I said you could teach Lloyd how to drive, I didn't mean you could teach him how to drift.

Skylor, holding on for dear life: Do any of you even have car licenses??? Zane, Kai, Cole, Jay, Nya, and Lloyd in perfect unison: NOPE!

Skylor: THEN WHY ARE WE HIJACKING A FREAKING PLANE?!?!?!?!

Jay: Just because we don’t have licenses doesn’t mean we don’t know how!

Jay: *smirking* Oh, really?Or do you want a visit from the tickle monster?

Lloyd: *Nervous* Okay, okay! I’ll tell you!

Nya: Good.

Wu: I saw an explosion and recalled something about ‘Jumping Yōkai Hunters’.

Zane, looking under the bed with a flashlight: Lloyd, are you ready to come out and interact with people?

Kid!Lloyd, under bed: *growls* HISSSSSSSS! Zane: understandable, have a nice day.

Jay:

Jay: At this rate, he’l never come out from under there. It been two days. Cole: should i jst pull him out? Kai: yeah, he hasn't been eating.

Lloyd: I can't believe we're doing this.

Kai: Look on the bright side, at least this time we're not crashing a vehicle into Sensei's tea shop.

Cole: Yeah, this time we're just evading the police while riding stolen motorcycles.

Nya: Oh, joy.

Jay: So, who's up for a game of hide and seek?

Lloyd: Not it!

Cole: Not it!

Kai: Not it!

Jay: ...Seriously?

Nya: It's okay, i'll be it.

Cole: So, who's up for a game of hide and seek in the dark?

Kai: Uh, Cole, we're already hiding from society. I think we've mastered that game. Cole: Lloyd: Nya:

Skylor:

Cole: So are we playing? Jay: Heck yeah.

Misako: Why do I always get dragged into your crazy plans?

Jay: Because you're one of only our friends with a driver's license.

Misako: I regret ever getting that license.

Kai: We need to get to the middle of the city, but we can’t without the police seeing us!

Jay: Hang on, lemme cause a blackout!

Zane: Ok, we need to get to the other side of the cliff……. ICE SLIDE!

Nya: I'll help make it slippery, too!

Zane, Kai, Cole, Jay, Nya, and Lloyd: Are we in trouble?

Wu: take a guess.

Kai: No?

Wu:

Wu: take another guess.

Sensei Garmadon: Lloyd, back when our uncle was younger, he’d sneak off when me and your grandfather weren’t looking and get into a lot of trouble. Sometimes I joined him.

Lloyd: really?

Sensei Garmadon: Yes, and it started up with the other Elementals too. And I see that your generation has inherited it, especially you.

Cole: Well if the way out of this is the sewers…

Zane: Come on, we can see in the dark!

Jay: What I'm worried about is the POLICE ARE TRYING TO SEND US TO AN ORPHANAGE BECAUSE THEY THINK WE’RE A BUNCH OF ORPHAN STREET KIDS.

Nya: That isn’t too far from the truth, though.

Cole: How did we end up on top of a moving train again?

Zane: It seemed like the quickest way to get to the other side of the city without being seen.

Kai: Plus, it's a great view from up here!

Lloyd: Okay, we need a plan. Who's got one?

Jay: raises hand

Kai: Jay, your last plan involved us getting stuck in a tree for three hours.

Jay: But we got away, didn't we?

Lloyd: Why do I always have to be the distraction?

Cole: Because you're the youngest and most innocent-looking.

Lloyd: Why do we always end up in these crazy situations?

Cole: Because we're the ninja, Lloyd. It's practically in the job description.If being a ninja has a job description….

Kai: Yeah, but I don't remember "evading the police while riding a stolen rickshaw" being listed anywhere.

Elemental Dragons were a mistake and I'm glad they were removed. Genuinely the ability to conjure a fucking dragon anywhere gives essentially no point to the vehicles people make for the Ninja. Like, why ever use the cool asf Ultra Sonic Raider again when they could just summon 4 DRAGONS to go anywhere and fight anything? Or how the Destiny's Bounty got such a little amount of use during seasons 5-7 (Bounty wasn't even rebuilt until season 5) when, once again, why use their hella cool flying pirate ship, when insta dragon? They're also way more fucking boring. The first 4 dragons for example had their own names (Rocky Shard Wisp Flame), they had to be taken care of, they set up stables for them under the monastery (which is now being used again in Dragons Rising because Dragons Rising is perfect). With the elemental Dragons you forget about them as soon as they disappear, no names, no attachment between them and the ninja, no personality. What I'm getting at is Hunted was essentially a renaissance for Ninjago dragons. Thank you for reading.

AU Lloyd Explained!

1. He was 10 at the start of the series. 16 after his rapid aging (was not caused by a type of tea). 26 by the start of dragons rising.

2. His main weapon is the Staff of Creation ( AU version of the mega weapon) it was found in the temple of light and belonged to the FSM. All of golden weapons channel the user’s existing powers.

3. Has permanent horns and fangs after realizing his true Oni-Dragon form.

4. The mark of the Oni is mark only pure Oni people have. The Omega (shortly before his death) used his power to bestow the mark on Lloyd. He views this as a curse but slowly learns to accept that part of him.

5. He is the elemental master of life (I choose this mainly cuz I like the film’s explanation for what he and his powers represents).

6. The dragon band is bestowed upon ninja who successfully tame and befriend an elemental dragon.

7. He lost his arm to a possessed Garmadon in the AU equivalent of the Oni trilogy. He doesn’t balm his dad, but Garmadon blames himself.

8. Prosthetic was made by Pixel and Cyrus Borg.

9. He chose to also take Montgomery (Misako’s last name) and hyphenate it with Garmadon to honor his mother as well as his father.

10. While no specific ethnicities from our world exist in Ninjago (seeing as it is a completely separate reality), the FSM, Wu, The Oni, and Garmadon are the equivalent to Japanese. Misako is mixed (hence the Japanese first name and French sir name) and takes more after her French side. So long story short, Lloyd is mixed.

11. He is 5’9

12. His dragon, named Juniper, was the guardian of the temple of light.

13. Harumi died in crystalized. She apologized and made right by Lloyd before sacrificing her self. Tho he forgave her, Lloyd would have never gone back to her.

14. He and Akita had found ways to send each other letters before the merge. Now he is looking for her in hopes to reunite.

15. He has a HUGE inferiority complex.

16. Feels like he is solely responsible for protecting Ninjago

17. Pushed his issues inside and pretends they don’t exist.

18. Is afraid of being abandoned.

I know this book was in 2017, so some of the stuff probably isn't canon anymore, but it is funny how Wu writes that his father created dragons, when in fact it was that dragons created him.

Ninjago Headcanons 30-34

30:

When Lloyd was little, he’d hide a LOT.

Like, 24-7.

In the most impossible spaces.

Like, Jay would be walking into the living and randomly look up to see Lloyd in the rafters.

Wu was the only being in literal existence with the ability to coax him out.

31:

Once all six were bored enough to start playing hide-and-seek. It lasted the whole day because of their stealth skills, the tracking they’d learned, and the fact that they knew each other too well.

Wu finally joined the game and found everyone in less than an hour.

32: As a kid, with his instincts and past, Lloyd would bite if he needed to. If he was scared and someone’s threatening hand got too close, he’d bite.

You’d bet that Wu was practically immune to any attempts Lloyd made when he was still….. Adjusting to living on the Bounty and with the ninja.

He doesn’t do it that much nowadays, but with the right circumstances….. Watch out.

33:

Jay sometimes feels the urge to go outside in thunderstorms. According to Wu, this is normal for Lightning Elementals, but Wu still locks the doors and windows when a thunderstorm occurs.

Wu also says that Jay has the worst “Element Trances” of any Lightning Elemental he’s seen for a while.

34:

Likewise, other Elementals have trances of their own Elements.

Kai has this trance with Fire, if fire is nearby he knows it and he may just get into a trance.

Zane feels Ice the same way.

Nya’s trances are more like Jay’s, but they don’t happen very often and she won’t wander off as much.

Cole’s are in between, sometimes his trances are like Kai and Zane’s trances, other times they’re like Jay and Nya’s. He just feels the Earth.

Lloyd’s are more like Cole’s, he just feels the Energy of everything.

Civilian memes post-merge YET AGAIN

So far we have 3 confirmed realms that house sentient anthropomorphic animals. The Serpentine are the only ones who have been semi-confirmed to have a chance to be related to Chima. So I think it'd be really funny if most of Chima ends up vibing with people from the Wyldness WAYYY better than the Serpentine. Just to be annoying

I got a new lego set! Zane’s ice dragon creature. My mom told me she had secrets in her car and oh boy! They were good secrets!

I have nicknamed him Big Man (he is a very, very big man) and I love him. He's so fucking cool look at this guy

I wanted to put him on my main lego shelf with the rest of the dragon but he is simply too big a man. Instead I had to put him on the shelf above my bed and honestly he looks pretty good up there. Needed some reorganizing and modifications to the other set up there but good thing I hoard all my leftover tiny pieces. Look at him chilling up there. Magestic. Plus he's visible from the hallway :D
