I adore #nikitagill -- somuch of what she writes resonates deep af for me. 🖤 This one is something I need to remember, often. Everything in life is temporary. Life itself is temporary. You build a life around your children but the better you do the job, the more easily they fly away from the nest. You fall in love with every bit of your heart and soul but most of those loves throughout life won't last. Our babies become adults, our parents won't live forever, the seasons change, fashion styles change, "kids these days will never understand," and yet still ---- We keep on, keepin' on. We get up.
