The worst thing when trying to fix at least my sleep schedule is that no matter the amount of amount of sleep I get I always feel tired so like. Getting healthy sleep doesn't change much for and doesn't seem worth. Not to mention that when you have a good nightb of sleep for first time in awhile you won't feel different bc body isn't used to it.
