Regardless of the main idea we were going for.
We decided to make elements for the background, so we aren't lacking behind in certain elements, so I've been working on a waterfall for the scene, this just small progress in the waterfall.
It involves a panning shader as well as the Niagra system within Unreal Engine 5
This is the shader setup used.
It mainly involves a texture being panned in one direction, along with a dissolve on all 4 sides of the mesh to give the effect of transparency.
