"Prince Marine: The Dandy Robot stars the eponymous main character, Marine, who is on a quest to save his kingdom (and subsequently the world) from a dangerous robot known only as "Top Hat." Tagging along is a sullen vagabond named Prima and pet alligator, Iolite. Together, the trio must travel from planet-to-planet across the Chromia System to collect pieces of the Core, a mysterious artifact of unknown origin. Along the way, Marine will find out what and the why of Top Hat's goals, learn a lot about himself away from his privileged lifestyle, and stumble upon skeletons in his family's closet.
Prince Marine: The Dandy Robot is a space fantasy and is recommended for folks who enjoy collect-a-thon plots, fanciful adventures, pulp fiction aesthetic, a dash of fashion, oceanic and sky visuals, and queer romance.
The comic is suited for a teen and up audience. There are (or will be) some violent and sexual themes, but largely can be read safely. Still, please be advised. "

I really enjoyed this one!! The art style is super fun (traditional media??? IN THIS ECONOMY????) and it feels a lot like the old school passion project webcomics I love so much. The archive is the perfect size to get invested without panicking so I highly recommend jumping on now, really looking forward to more!

Well, I'm finally entering the DannyMay ring! And what better day than this for something I'm finally ready to share!
This is a mini fic that I've been working on for quite some time now (but I've been nervous posting it due to it being the first fic I've shipped Danny and Nyreena together in a long, long time. (Please don't throw me to the flames 😅))

You know, it's about time I did this sort of concept where Nyreena had been swept up in Freakshow's power and his latest controlled performer. And what better way then to use it for today's Chaos prompt? XD
And finally dress her as ballerina, something that seriously needed to be done for quite a while XD

FIRST POST OF 2022!!!! LET'S GOOOO!!!!
Oh man, I am so, so, so, so happy at how this turned out!!! It has been a long time since I worked on this so I definitely had to make it a goal of this year to get it done as one of the first projects of the year. And to get it done in just two separate days of working on it I'm very proud that it came out better than I expected.

okay @riinlai‘s post reminded of something from the ye olde DP phandom days.
you see at one point in time (and by that i mean like 2007) some people in the DP phandom got into gankutsuou -mostly around neoyi’s and busoni’s neck of the woods- which led to fanart fanfic and DP/gankutsuou AUs.
now i had to have been at least 11 or 12 when this became A Thing. and while i was into anime at the time no one really talked about gankutsuou for whatever reason so i had no idea wtf that was.
so whenever i saw DP/gankutsuou stuff i just. assumed that gankutsuou was someone’s DP AU thing because i thought the count looked like vlad (or at least in the fanart DP fans made of him) and that albert was danny.
it wasn’t until years later when i was a teenager that i came across some official gankutsuou art and screencaps that i went “wait so that WASN’T an AU? it was an anime all along??”

Ok I know that post is several days old by now but I need you to know that seeing the words “Chess Piece” on your blog brought back so many memories—I used to love it, and neoyi’s art in general, and I swear I didn’t think anybody else remembered!
