Shaved Ice the Sheep

After my last con, I needed a quick little palette cleanser personal project - I love making things for other people, but sometimes you need to make something for yourself! I decided that what I wanted was a little friend to sit up on top of the Color Machine, and the sheep from the logo design felt like a perfect choice. She’s accompanied by dye bottles and a couple little balls of wool, and has a magnet in her base to help her stay steady up on top.

This was a personal piece and is not for sale, but my commissions are currently open and I’d love to talk ideas with anyone who wants to add a felted friend to their world!

Guys I’m trying to get a proper Needles design out but I cannot get them to look how he does in my head😭 I did this one in like an hour bcs i wasn’t sure if my design could strike a balance of “trying to hard” and “could genuinely be unsettling” but like the other two sketches I’ve done look like this so:

a hesitant needles design!! keeping my design pretty vague and ambiguous for now, waiting until we get more description cuz i feel like we're def going to soon enough. I imagine the needles are usually under the skin and then poke out as needed (i just drew them as brows and beard to get the Needles Thing across) (no i did NOT mean to give him a goatee it just happened)

HELLO!!!!! ive been very busy with a lot of projects at the moment, both academic + personal. recently as a way to cool down from all that heavier stuff, i revived an old story of mine and decided to turn it into something more casual and fun! its now called quick thrills at plainville (qtapv for short) and its been really enjoyable to work on this in the background of my larger projects. it probably wont manifest in something Super Big as again its just for fun, but even if its just a bunch of tidbits and silly antics its still a blast! theres more info on it and a basic summary of its premise + more character info and refs over on my toyhouse over here. i heavily recommend checking it out, as theres already way too much material for it than i can put in one singular post LOL

Meowrimo

These tiny mossball kitties come from the same ponds and streams as koi dogs, and are often found rolling around with baby guppies. They may be small, but each one packs a big personality!

Most of these meowrimos are sold, but I’ll have a fresh batch at Midwest FurFest in Chicago, December 1st through 3rd! Find me in the dealer’s den!
