Cecile took a plane for Tokyo in order to attend the ceremony of the International Manga Award. She met the other finalists who come from different countries: Colombia, Ukraine and Taiwan. It’s great to spend time talking about what it means to make comics in our countries.
"Viva Eve!", the comic book by Nataliia Rerekina, is so beautiful! And it's self-published! It's so great to have a self-published book from Ukraine awarded in such a big international competition.
But of course, in Japan, the most important is, as always, FOOD! Look at the photo doesn’t it look delicious?
