Waiting for your Met Gala comments like:

My met gala comment is that it was a boring theme bc Lagerfelt was a prolific bigot which means this was just an excuse for most people to wear archive Chanel, Fendi and Chloe with little to no effort shown in the stylism department and that is exactly what happened meaning yay pretty dresses but also zero zest bc this man was all suits, black, white, pastel pink and pearls and that is exactly what I got. Also a lot of references to his cat (Doja in cat prosthetics wasn't in my bingo card but oh well).

Lil Nas was an amazing glitter alien and we love him. It's got nothing to do w Lagerfelt. I don't even mind. It's cunt.

Anne Hathaway in Versace was absolutely perfect.

Jared Leto, as usual, did something insane and basically went as a .. sport event mascot?

The people dresses in Thom Browne I do think did great bc it was all suits but they were all very different and fitting and personal (except Olivia Rodrigo, I think that was poorly styled too)

I love Miu Miu but Emma Chamberlain's blue suit should be burned

CLOVER. This is a clover stan blog first and a drag race blog second. She's a migrant afrocaribbean woman and I would die for her.

Visa being Mexican drag excellence.

María Edilia is 1) from Madrid and 2) from my home country. Did I know anything about her before the MtQ vids? No. Not a thing. I am curious to learn more about her.

I also don't know anything about Vania Vainilla but I loved her from the MtQ vid and I'm excited to get to know her too. She looks great.

Chanel is a baby (just like Clover), she's been doing drag for very little, but she's incredibly beautiful. I've been following her for a while but never seen her perform so that's exciting as well

I WANT TO SEE KELLY SKATE. Also she mentioned Torremolinos a lot in the MtQ vids, it's basically the Palm Springs of gay people here. It's a seaside town known for their LGBT community, every single drag queen that makes it big spends the summer there doing shows and retires to live there.

Bestiah is 🥰 I live for a punk girlie okay (Sandra rooting for the Madrid girls, what else is new lol)

Pink Chadora is a friend of a friend so I am contractually obliged to root for her. She's incredibly funny and I can't wait for more people to know of her now too

I'm also contractually obliged to say Chuchi is fucking amazing bc Canarian drag is the hall of Fame of Spanish drag

Pitita looks like the fashion girl for this season so I'm excited for what she might have brought to the runway

Hornella reminds me a lot of Venedita. They're both from Alicante and their style is very cabaret, of course I am excited to see her

Pakita is very Carmen coded. She's just got winner written all over her so that's !!!

“I’m gonna have a nap.”

It was nonchalant, something that didn’t even really need acknowledging - it was more a mere fact that Gigi had thrown into the universe on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

“Don’t let me get in your way,” Jackie hums, not looking up from her laptop, “see you in an hour.” It was Gigi’s routine - afternoon naps on a cold, lazy Sunday. Grizzly weather had always lulled her into a state of weariness, while Jackie found herself to be her most productive during hours of soft rainfall.

“Come cuddle? You haven’t stopped since breakfast.” For the first time in hours, Jackie tore her eyes away from the bright light of her computer screen. She nods wordlessly, closing the laptop and pushing herself up from the couch amongst soft cushions and her favourite blanket. Gigi’s arm is outstretched, hand held out and ready for Jackie to intertwine their fingers and accompany her to their bedroom.

They move in a way that is indicative of their entire relationship - comfortable silence, easy flow, soft touches. Jackie sits with her back against the headboard, soft upholstery moulding around her. It’s not long after she decides she’s comfortable that Gigi’s head migrates to her lap. She’s laying across the width of the bed, facing away from Jackie and under her favourite fluffy blanket. Ginger hair is sprawled across Jackie’s lap, and although she’s no longer as comfortable, there’s nowhere else she’d rather be.

“You good?” Jackie asks, watching Gigi shuffle around until she’s found her sweet spot, “you’re so needy today.” There’s a small huff from Gigi, who reaches around and grabs Jackie’s hand and places it on her head. Jackie laughs, waiting for further instruction despite knowing exactly what Gigi’s playing at. It isn’t long before Gigi turns her head to look back at Jackie,

“Are you gonna play with my hair or.. what?” Jackie is looking down at Gigi, soft smile on her lips, “Jackie, what?”

“I - nothing. It’s just, you’re so pretty.” Jackie mumbles, leaning forward to press a kiss onto Gigi’s forehead.

“You’re a fucking sook,” Gigi grunts, turning back over, “love you.”

It’s when Jackie starts braiding her hair that Gigi knows she loves her too.
