Sandara pulled off her jewelry making skills again to prepare these magical sandy rings for every sandrocker who wishes to propose to their soulmate ! So without further and just like the boys here’s a little story behind each design ;)

Nia - In a heartfelt request asked for a ring crafted in the essence of her dearest bloom, a symbol of love shared with her cherished one. Adorned with pink diamonds and fashioned from rose gold, it mirrors the sentiment embodied in the exquisite "Heart Blossom."

Grace - With a desire profound to gift her beloved a symbol of her unwavering support and sought to give them a keepsake to bear her essence wherever destiny may lead. Entrusting Sandara with the task, she envisioned a ring of pure white gold, cradling a gem akin to the one gracing her ears, a tangible testament to the boundless love she holds for her soulmate.

Catori - This ring was made with the very gold from the Golden Goose tokens at Catori's request so she could share a part of her passion with her promised one !

Venti - Came by with this special raw mineral she extracted herself asking Sandara to make the most unbreakable ring ever !

Amirah - Wanted a special ring to crystallize her emotions into a tangible treasure. She tenderly sought a ring that echoed the ethereal beauty of the Mountain Rose for her beloved.

Heidi - The architect of her own ring's design crafted a plan infused with finesse and elegant details, each element meticulously chosen to hold the strong bond she share with her soulmate.

Elsie - Envisioned for her loved one a ring that seamlessly blended elegance and practicality, a pretty jewel in shiny silver ornate with a deep blue gem that would also speak volumes about her journey with her beloved.

Jane - Wished for a jewel that could eloquently express her deep attachment to her most cherished one. The delicate butterflies adorning the piece carry a special message, symbol of their love and heralding a new beginning filled with boundless happiness and joyful moments yet to unfold !

Mi-An - Driven by a wish for her lover's prosperity and a testament to her diligent efforts in revitalizing Sandrock, commissioned a ring with a distinctive touch. In response, Sandara crafted a four-leaf clover adorned with enchanting green gems, a radiant embodiment of Mi-An's sincere emotions and her dedication to transforming their shared world into a flourishing oasis.

The idea for Nix started as a Nixxi AU, and then she became her own person and (don't tell the other 3) prolly my fav. She's quite friendly to everyone in town and shows up in Sandrock ready to do her best for the people there.

Nix, saved by Pen spending 0 time paying attention to his classmates as the mirror is better looking. Her panic quickly became astonishment followed by amusement, followed by worry. Why was a Duvos Knight here in Sandrock? Her confusion only grew when later she realized she knew the face on the wanted posters she'd been handed and told to hang up... he was the one who had refused to let her die. A bandit? No way.... What is happening in this town?!

Lil break and enter to try and find some answers, to heck with the law

And now Nix is the law. Her loyal steed is Sunni (Sue-knee) and is a very good horse <3 When Nix and the Corps chase Rambo and Justice insisted that Nix take one of the Corps horses, Sunni followed along behind. (Like actually in game, Sunni followed Nix as we chased the goat. Cracked me up.) Nix will never let anyone talk her into riding a horse that isn't Sunni again. She will fight Justice about it.

Nix is a FERAL fighter. Scared the lights outta Justice the first time he saw her go full in, as noted in the character sheet, she is physically IMPOSSIBLE. Her swords are usually taller then she is and weigh half as much or more then she does, and she is very very good with them. Fighting is her top skill, and she's a chart topping builder. There was a rumor among Duvosians that Bloodbird was born with pure white hair, the red tint it now had was from being stained with blood so often. She prefers to avoid violence in Sandrock, as it brings up memories of her worst self, and only fights for the sake of the town (and to make a good showing at High Noon with Wifie but that's all in good sport. We came in #1.) She fought every invading Duvosian she could, and will do it again if they mess with her town.

Our gals eloped in the middle of the Duvos chaos on the last day of Nix's first year in Sandrock. Nix: "I know I will have regret if I should fall in conflict before we are wed. And I want to start the new year as your wife, and you as mine! Please, marry me? Here and Now? Then no matter what is done, where I should end up, it will be written and remembered that I am forever yours and yours alone."

School just opened in town, there's still adventure ahead for Nix. Including the adventure of parenthood!

So I wasn’t really into Logan all that much because I didn’t love his voice and that was sort of a turn-off for me but I was still flirting with him because I’m a shameless whore. Anyways I’m dating Qi now and he’s cute and I had planned to marry him but Logan finally made his move and jesus mary and joseph if that kiss scene didn’t make me swoon. Now I’m conflicted as hell, Logan’s not my type at all but damn it he’s one smooth motherfucker. Meanwhile Qi is more my type but he’s kinda meh in the dating department. Either way I’m about to find out the hard way if this game allows you to date multiple people lmao

ok first thing i have. actual screenies of the lads in game to base drawings off of but man. man oh man. the game’s style is simply much more chibi than my own so i treat the ingame models like they’re more collectible dolls than refs

actually drawing out Sonia’s cat eyes makes her a lot scarier than originally intended but tbh? me like me like lmao, something something cat and bird idk i’ll write it later

also. fang hard to draw. don’t know why, because out of all the Actual characters here i have most experience with him so lmao??

logan is. very hard to draw. i struggled pretty hard but at least i could cheat most of the face cause Mask but. man the character designers kinda snapped with the bandit boy

is the thing under juno’s eyes blood? paint? tattooed? who knows. i sure don’t. i know it makes him look whacky tho. also the color similarities between logan and juno are a lot less pronounced than i thought they would be so... win??

I finally settled on a design for Lily! Unfortunately the character customization has a lot to be desired for any hair that is not straight texture, so I’m kinda cheating with the poofy buns for now but lowkey hoping there will be a style in the full release that’s closer to her style than... what’s there rn

mi-an goggles are really rough to draw when you don’t feel like drawing actual shapes

i have a really thirsty doodle of owen in a dress somewhere that i did the last time brainrot kicked in, if i find it i’ll post it. anyway owen’s facial design is really “trust the process” territory because it never looks quite right in sketch (also the in game model and 2d art feel like COMPLETELY different ages but that’s besides the point)

what can i say about armarose. they’re the type of character i usually end up with oc wise in every fandom i participate in (ex. self indulgent angst)

My Time at Sandrock: Pokemon Team (Bachelorette Edition)

And finally a follow-up to the previous post, here's what the bachelorettes Pokemon team would be:

With Amirah I think about going with the similar theme of her profession as a pottery artist; so her team would be Polteageist, Minum, and Cufant. Since he doesn't like to fight Amirah wouldn't have an ace Pokemon like Arvio but she does have a Minum to match his Plusle, she would also have an authentic Polteageist that she didn't know about until she caught a glimpse of the mark under the kettle, and the Cufant she took in during the first month of living in Sandrock; it would remind her of her pottery.

Catori not only runs a museum but also a gaming center picking Pokemon that would blend both her occupations was interesting; so I think her team would be an Aegislash, Archaeops, and Dedenne. Aegislash, her ace, is one of the perfect Pokemon since not only it looks like it came from the Old World but Catori's main weapon is the sword, Archaeops would be one of the Pokemon that accidentally gets revived and manages to tame... but it still causes mayhem when she's not looking, and Dedenne is her little mascot over at the Golden Goose; who doesn't like cute mascots?

Elsie's team would definitely be the Pokemon from her ranch; that being Kantonian Tauros, Mudsdale, her top ace, and Dubwool, but she does end up befriending a Watchog (based on the meerkat from her questline).

Grace is also interesting since she's also into combat but still loves to cook, so I think her team would be Liepard, Lopunny, her top ace, and a Mienshao; however she is also has a Munchlax that she ended up taking in much to Owen's dismay.

Heidi I thought was pretty simple given her work; so I feel like her team would be Duraludon, Conkeldurr, and Tinkaton. Duraludon was from during her time at Atara and immediately caught it when it reminded her of buildings, with Conkeldurr being her muscle and her ace Tinkaton being her assistant.

I haven't seen Jane yet, but from what I read about her I think small Pokemon to assist in her teachings and, like Amirah, she doesn't have an ace. Her team would be Indeedee, Herdier, and an Eevee she would have as an emotional support Pokemon for her students.

For Mi-an a hardworking builder deserves some hard-working Pokemon; Those Pokemon being Ambipom, Boltund, and Dunsparce. Ambipom, her ace, would be extra pair of hands, while Dunsparce she caught during one of her relic diving aids with breaking rocks, and Boltund walks with Mi-an while the two search around the outskirts.

Nia's love and profession for botany made me think of her having a flowery Pokemon theme; that being Bellossom, Sunflora, and Lilligant. No ace Pokemon, but will act as the support if needed.

And finally as a miner Venti would have ground-type Pokemon and isn't afraid to get a little dirt on her jeans; that being Excadrill, her ace, Kantonian Sandslash, and Dugtrio.
