Summertime, NY

i was gone for a while, but while i was, it was summer! this was, strictly speaking, my first time experiencing summer as myself---our syscovery was Nov. 2022.

every year, we've gone back to our hometown to spend the summer with our dad. most of our friends were informed that we're a system at that point, and i got to meet a few of them personally, which is a big deal because i haven't had the chance to interact with many people.

i'm not exactly the best at socializing, what with fronting on a very undefined rotating schedule where certain headmates exist for months and others (like me) as little as a week every three months. sadly it can be a bit overwhelming for me to front, so that doesn't help =[

but anyway! apparently the instant i first fronted around our friend jaxx the "vibe changed" (he said), which makes sense because i'm pretty sure the switch was me and jude?

so we just hung out because it was the middle of the night but we talked about his cool electronic related hobby and hatsune miku then the next day we went to meet dory. i don't think they ever showed but jaxx and i splashed in puddles and ran around barefoot and laid on a picnic table in the rain. that was my first time doing all of these things and also i slipped running on wet grass and fell over, which was very fun.

i have decided that i like gravity.

i also got to walk around in the woods when it was raining one day and pick up worms from the sidewalk the next (picking up worms is my no.1 best activity so far) and i made up a little story that i was a fugitive android running from the government and i had to hide from humans in the woods.

making up stories like that is really fun. i don't think i've done much else fun since then. i made a cd mixtape! it's called REmix. oh and i tried whiskey and really did not like it 0/10 i felt like dying for several minutes.

i have soooo much of their story fleshed out im just embarrassed. in the most concise way possible june thinks of may as a little sister (took care of her when she was younger) but may has unrequited feelings for june Which She Is Going To Make June's Problem. may thinks she's living in a romcom. june thinks she's living in a psychological thriller. june is mostly correct. actually i just needed an outlet for [redacted] and then i started planning a webtoon <- delusional, never going to ever happen ever but i have SO MUCH of their lore (™) thought out . unfortunately there is like 400million versions of this story out there probably except with pathetic men but i believe in #girlpower 💗💙

ignore the parts that don't look right i had to draw them extremely quickly or else they were gonna start turning my brain into a paste from being in there too long !!!!

i need nbc Hannibal to please not sue me for the guys down below (from my #mniac tag aka "my neighbour is a cannibal" AJDJAJ)

these guys are a tad older (202..0? 2021?) but THEIR story is like if hannibal nbc was a highschool romcom. i have a half-finished animal cannibal animatic/pmv thing for them 🤔

ruxing and adam live next door to each other in a seedy part of town (adam is emancipated; ruxing killed and ate his parents when he was young and has been bounced around family until he ran off to live alone). under the false impression that ruxing is a fellow emancipated teen adam decides that they are best friends and starts hanging around with them a lot, which is extremely inconvenient because ruxing is a serial-killing cannibal . adam doesn't find out until a fair bit later cause he is a little oblivious (bless his heart); ruxing is wondering how they managed to pick up a stray, but keeps him around as both alibi and emergency food.

bad end: adam finds out, freaks out, ruxing kills him. neutral end: adam never finds out, ruxing never tells him, they exist in perpetuity and the story never ends (wow this is just like orv). good end: adam finds out, shrugs and goes "well that explains a lot", makes a powerpoint on why ruxing should date him, they live happily ever after.

true end: ruxing almost kills adam, decides not to go through with it, adam thinks that thats probably the most romantic thing anyone's ever done for him and sticks around. i have a vague fantasy au of mniac where ruxing brings adam back to life via necromancy after killing him and then changing their mind, and we all know necromancy is deeply romantic ❤️💜

nothing evil about these guys they're fun ^^💜

^ i was extremely drunk when i came up with xiao bai and then xiao hei was like "i want to exist with xiao bai :(!!!!" so i had to draw him also very quickly. not much to say about them other than they're in love . xiao bai came to earth cause she was burning up in space and xiao hei followed her because he missed her!! 🖤💛

i had a lot of fun designing xiao bai ajdjajdj

BONUS ROUND

my sona and my genshin-ified sona!! guy on the left (starcharts) has been around since early 2020. i love making ocs that are just variants on him (like ruxing) it's like my favourite pastime to put him in Scenarios

Этим летом у меня появилась новая традиция: я покупала полезные пирожки в Аникс, начинка часто с курицей, вкусный кофе, латте или капучино, иногда шоколадку и дышала тишиной в старом дворике. Неизвестность отступала на эти полчаса, приходил покой. Соки без сахара вместо кофе или вместе, вода. Кадры здесь получались особенные! Я думала много. Совсем недавно я начала спокойно засыпать ночами. Фактурное место, где я отдыхала.
