I made a little...ref sketch for one of my BNHA self inserts.
This is Hastur! He uses they/them and he/him pronouns.
Their Quirk is Cognitohazard and it functions via direct eye contact. It causes a frenzy to take hold of the person on the receiving end's mind, and trends towards making them relive an exaggerated version of their worst experience or experience something borderline apocalyptic that leaves them absolutely hysterical. At higher levels, it's contagious.
Alternatively he can deliberately project something into someone's mind. Like a really annoying meme.
Their base suit is modeled after a wetsuit, but it's extra-durable and made of a dark material that messes with light, making it hard to perceive their shape beneath their cloak.
Over top of the wetsuit-like base are several bundles of binding cloth. They can manipulate it with the subtlest shifts, giving the appearance of telekinesis. This helps hide the true nature of their quirk, which they prefer not to use on people they don't think deserve it.
The iconic cloak and hood are made of the same material of the binding cloth, and the split ends of the cloak are used to cause confusion and as a means of travel.
The binding cloths are all dyed an old-looking yellow to match the tarnished gold appearance of the cloak.
Hastur's less durable than they look, relying on speed and tools and wits. I want him to go head to head with Eraser I just KNOW it would end in Eraser tying himself to Hastur so he can't get away.
I was not trying to hijack Eraser's binding cloth + eye-centered quirk combo it just kind of happened while I was trying to figure out the best way to do a King in Yellow sona for this. If Aizawa's mad he should kiss me about it. <3
