to be honest, i think killing off applegate in creature feature was the best decision for the timeline. she's a very funny character, but her character had sort of been all used up by k2. she hit her breaking point, was fully willing to quit teaching, and "breaking sad" felt like a good conclusion to her 'arc', so to speak. we don't want the writing to get repetitive, y'know? also bob could do so much better lol

If you’re unfamiliar #christinaapplegate she grew to fame as a ‘hot dumb blonde’ on #marriedwithchildren so her body was her trademark along with her comedy. She later broke through with #samanthawho (hulu) and #deadtome (netflix) both excellent.

In the last season of dead to me she fell ill with what turned out to be #multiplesclerosis or #ms . She finished the season gaining 40lbs and said it was hard to get through such sudden changes.
