Pretty sure that makes 3 consecutive years with Against Me!, Halsey, and Polyphia in top 5 spots. It was a big year for FLETCHER and I've been on a Kim Petras kick since I saw her at Gov Ball this summer. Other honorable mentions in tags.

Scotty Scotty - Moray Pringle: Very short, very sweet, hype af.
Be nice to me - The Front Bottoms: Whiney passionate noughties angry man with great instrumentals.
Breathe - Akintoye: Hip hop with disgustingly good flow. So glad I found this guy.
I know the end - Phoebe Bridgers: This song is special to me and one of Phoebe's greatest. Big love no description needed cause you should all know Phoebe and if you don't go educate yourself.
Nasty - Polyphia: Favourite band hands down. Almost exclusively instrumental band focusing on complex technical guitar bass and drum music with metal rock and jazz elements. This is one of their weirder songs but shows them off well.
