Touhou style myths, both being from the Caribbean because I have been meaning to make some from that area for a while.

First is a Moongazer/Phantome, from Trinidad. They walk at night on roads during full moons, so tall their legs long they appear to be street lights. They gaze at the moon, having no real other goals. But, to walk between their scissor like legs will cause them to snap shut, killing whatever was walking instantly. The only real way to avoid them is to just not go out at night of full moons, or listen for their whistling when walking.

Second is Chickcharney, from the Bahamas. Described as a 3 foot tall owl like creature, the way you treat it is how they treat you, either rewarding behavior or attacking and cursing the person. They build their nests by pulling the tops of pine trees together. It’s theorized these are really ancient barn owls who went extinct about 20,000 years ago.

Well I was gonna watch labyrinth but they took it off Netflix so like a good girl I went to watch free online bc fuck that.

But I was letting my tablet charge a little while so I wasn't tethered to my cord. I picked up a book I found while trying to decide what to donate.

It's a romance novel called Moongazer by Marianne Mancusi. I'm 50 paged in...it is poorly written and cheesy and the main character is fucking annoying.

But I'm surprised that I remember the plot and ending and certain scenes. I read this book ONCE! I'm sure of that bc I rarely reread books. I'm seeing why I haven't donated it until now (read it when I was 13, now I'm 29). I guess nostalgia but the writing isn't even appealing enough for me to look at it with fondness despite the bad writing.

Idk I might read the whole thing and donate it lol old times sake as I pass it on.

Some Erlang Shen Ships!

I looked it up and it turns out I'm super unoriginal & specifically the chinese fandoms for LMK/JTTW are big yang jian (erlang) fans, im sorry if my design or storytelling offends any longtime fans, or if i gave the impression that i owned the idea to begin with (i hope that never happened, because i stated my inspiration multiple times, but i just want to be sure!)
