ブージィに近い区画は南or東向き斜面。トクシエールの西にある区画は西向き、場合によっては北向きと多様。

森に囲まれており、耕作地が限られている。

ボランジェは15.7ヘクタールを所有し、グランダネにルーヴォワのPNをアッサンブラージュしている。

ブージィ

もっともパワフルなピノ・ノワールを生み出すグラン・クリュ。

ほぼ真南に向いた斜面→PN完熟

比較的厚い粘土に覆われた土壌

総栽培面積377.4ヘクタール：PN 89%、CH 11% ただし、この村のシャルドネはもったり気味のため、RMの中には近隣のトレパイユのシャルドネでバランスをとる造り手が多い。

耕作者数186軒。RMも多い。

赤ワインとして醸造しても芳醇なPNは、ロゼ・シャンパーニュのアッサンブラージュに好んで用いられる。この村の赤ワインを10〜15%加えることで、鮮やかなサーモンピンクの色調を得られる。

強さで圧倒する一方、繊細さにやや欠けるため過度の使用を慎む傾向がある。
