Thanks to a certain person I spent some time investigating the mystery of Why is Eeyore grey in books and original drawings but blue in all crochet patterns and fan art? “Physically, Eeyore is described as an "old grey donkey" by the Author but along comes the one thing that changes everything - MONEY! Mr. Cranky_Tracy was the one who found the answer for me. When Disney started merchandising the lovely #eeyore They changed him to blue to make him more appealing. Well my current #WIP is grey.
