Molecajete

a mix of guacamole and traditional stone mortars known as molcajetes, guacamole is a well known dip sauce that uses avocado as its main ingredient but depending on the recipe and location it may contain other ingredients (tomato and onion being the most common ones), guacamole predates the arrival of the spanish and is nowadays popular in the entire american continent. in the past molcajetes where just concave spaces dug on volcanic and basalt rock to grind food, while those materials are still used for artisanal molcajetes it now has a similar shape to traditional european mortars but with 3 leg like supports around the bowl

MOLCAJETE NUCLEAR ¡Atención! Este JUEVES, tremendo lanzamiento del Molcajete Nuclear. Es correcto; el molcajete con vibras atómicas se presenta por primera vez en la Fonda San Francisco y viene rebosante de arrachera salteada con morrón verde, cebolla encurtida y enchilada con chile morita, papas con adobo norestense y cilantro y hongos estofados en una adobo de chile pasilla. Se acompaña de tortillas hechas al momento, salsa martajada de chile de árbol y, para completar el cuadro, una botella MAGNUM de vino tinto o una de Chardonnay (las dos jalan con madre). Diseñado para grupos grandes de familia, amigos, socios, colegas y tragones en general. El molcajete le da batería a 6 personas, sobrado. Aquí se arman los tacos de manera tremenda. Separe su lugar reservando con Chela al 8119577070 (también puede mandar mensaje de Whatsapp por ese mismo número) y especifique que va con un grupo grande (más o menos de entre 6 y 8 personas). Pero, no se angustie: si va con poca gente, le tengo el molcajete cuántico, que sirve de 2 a 4 personas.
