I wonder what it is about modding communities that so often lead people to make horror games out of everything. is it just that fear, disgust, and uneasiness are simple and powerful emotions to conjure up for an impact? does everyone just have a creepy monster they want to show off, living in their heads rent-free? is there a big trend of horror sweeping over media right now after Five Nights at Freddy's, Bendy and the Ink Machine, and Poppy Playtime dominated the YouTube landscape?
I guess the point of my question is why is Friday Night Funkin always getting new creepypasta mods

I'm bored and need something new to focus my energy on, so... like this and I'll make a room / location in the sims inspired by your muse(s) / blog !
this will be a continuation of this post from my old blog; I have everyone who liked that post noted down and definitely intend to make a room for everyone who did, but feel free to like this post anyway. ♡ may even revisit the builds I did previously, depends on how the inspiration strikes. also, if you have multiple blogs / muses you are more than welcome to like this post on them or comment and I can make a build for each !
anyway, I will be posting the rooms and tagging folks here, alongside a rundown of my thought process and tour of the build. most likely will be using mods, I'm happy to supply a list and will upload to the gallery on request ! owo if you're curious, here are builds I did for folks previously: boop beep bop bap bip

Tutorial - Your own character in Story Mode
Hello everyone ! I wanted to make this quick tutorial to show you how to actually insert and morph your Red Dead Online character in Story mode ! It's greatly inspired by Abigail Pinehaven and Chel's tutorial's, who I'm thanking today !

Prequisites
Rampage Trainer by RampageDev
OutfitChanger by LMS (Lenny)
ScripthookRDR2 by Alexander Blade
Installation
Place your unzipped rampage folder in the game root file, then add all other files into the game root file :
ex: C:/Azuresbazar/Programs/Rockstar Games/Red Dead Redemption 2
I recommend you to create a mod folder on your desktop, giving you a possibility to check which mods you have and how to delete them if you want, for example, to play Read Dead Online (you can be banned if you use mods on RDO).
To check if your mods are working fine, you should hear three "bips" when launching your game.
F2 - Opens Oufit Changer
F5 - Opens Rampage Trainer
Morphing your character
Now, let’s get started ! I will show you how you can morph your character using the generic presets of outfit changer. Our first example will be with a mp_female. This model is like a canvas, and the generic body model used in RDO for female players.
STEP 1 - Change your character for a female model
Open Rampage Trainer by pressing the keyboard command. Go to Player, then to Wardrobe, and click on Model Changer. You will need to type "mp_female" in the search bar, then press enter.
This is Arthur before we change his model to another one.
Your character will end up looking like a neckline and a pair of pants. Not really appalling, I’m afraid ! Changing the model will reset the player's presets and let you create a brand new entity. Your character won't have a voice.
STEP 2 - Head to Outift Changer
Now close Rampage Trainer and open Outfit Changer. Click on “Change Components MP Female”.
STEP 3 - Select a head (along with teeth and eyes)
Click on "Heads" and choose the head you want to pick. I advise you to note the feature references you would like to use ! Unfortunately, there is currently no way to add eyebrows.(EDIT - If you go through Rampage Trainer's Outfit Variation for mp_female, you will find characters with eyebrows or makeup to start with from variation 75 or later)).
Choosing mp_female and adding a mp_female face via Outfit Changer will not provide you any facial details (no scars, freckles, makeup). I’m on my way to check game files and find the correct face to edit and add eyebrows and will make a tutorial when I'll find anything about it. Otherwise, you’ll have to do this manually with Photoshop. :')
Here is our blank character ! Not appalling either.
STEP 4 - Create your outfit (hair, shirt, pants, hats... and so on !)
This process is long, seriously long, since hairstyles have no proper name, letting you navigate among them until you'll find a suitable one. I kindly recommend you to complete your character’s face with its eyes and teeth before moving forward to the outfit and hairstyle, so you won't be surprised if/when a cutscene triggers with your character looking like they came straight out of a horror movie !
And here is a finished outfit !
Most of the outfit components are named like in Red Dead Online. For instance, this is the outfit I crafted for my own character, Adelaide Andersson. You can edit the shirt attributes by pressing the right keyboard key to have the sleeves rolled up or an opened collar… or both ! Feel free to use your imagination !
STEP 5 - Save your creation
Once you're done with your character's creation, get back to Outfit Changer's main menu and save your current outfit. It will save you countless hours of searching for components again !
Play with your character
Your character will now appear in cutscenes (she does in my game !)... and will have Arthur's voice. However, NEVER SAVE your game while using your own character, as it might corrupt and break your save file. Reset your character back to Arthur before saving any story progress.
You're now able to play as your own character ! You won't be able to talk with other characters (I tried getting Arthur's voice back, it did not work), but should be able to play just fine !
Make your character follow Arthur !
If you want to play Arthur again but still want to keep your character around, here's a very easy trick !
STEP 6 - Clone your character
Open Rampage Trainer, click on Player, then go down and select "Clone Player". Your Character should duplicate. Then, click on Wardrobe/Model Changer and select Reset. Arthur should be back on your screen !
STEP 7 - Take control of your clone !
Now head back to the main menu of Rampage Trainer and select the following : Peds/Hijack Ped. Inside the input section, type "mp_female" and press enter. It will allow you to turn your cloned character into a ped.
To make sure your character has succesfully been hooked, head to Ped Database. Your mp_female should be added there !
STEP 8 : Turn your character into a companion
In order to make your character follow Arthur like a companion, select your character in the ped Database, and press enter on "Bodyguard". Your character will now follow Arthur ! Don't forget giving them weapons, in case of a sudden bandit attack !
You can also make your character mount Arthur's horse. To do such thing, double-click on Mount/Dismount my Horse. Your character should be sitting on Arthur's horse, behind him.
Final result :
If you want Arthur to interact with your character, you can go to General and select the option "Make Interactable". You can also set a voice for your character by clicking on Play Speech, then typing the name of the character you'd like to hear (if you want to hear Karen, simply type "Karen").
As of today, I've never heard my character respond with a selected voice, but Karen's slurs and frigtened shouts are triggered whenever I aim my gun at them !
NOTA BENE
Don't save your game while playing as your own character !
Your character will, just like in RDO, remain mute.
Save all your outfits with Outfit Changer, and take a note of every component you wish to use.

The Big CC Dump I'd Said I'd Do
Hey! Its me again. Hi.
Since I didn't understand all of the ins and outs and bips and bops of dropbox despite it being VERY very similar to Google Drive, I've decided to just make a Google Drive folder instead since i have an alt n'whatnot.
The Drive contains six folders and a changelog. Five of the folders are reserved for the characters above while the last one is more of a "miscellaneous" folder.
Contents of each folder include, but are not limited to Hair, Accessories, and little finger tints. all of which are of a somewhat decent quality. if not bad.
Most of these mods I've kept to myself for a bit, but haven't gotten around to sprucing up and such (most of these do NOT have a custom thumbnail yet), so as a result I might not remember where some of the accessories (namely for Sean) lie. So if, lets say, a hat is not in the hat category, check earrings instead. (i'll update this post in the future with more reliable instructions i swear.)
And you may note that there's JUUST a few idol related things within this bundle, and some may require the original mesh in order to use them. They'll be linked on this post too, so don't worry. (if I did the recoloring process wrong PLEASE let me know so I can quickly make that fix out of the respect of the original cc creators because I still don't know what i'm doing, tbh.)

And, although it isn't required i recommend downloading these eye modifers: Eye Size | Monoeye (Required if you care about your Murch Sim being accurate.)
I would also recommend the "no nose" modifier but tbh I don't think it does a good enough job to remove the nose, and make noseless characters look... off. as a result
NOTE: All Eyes that contain glowing (Spyke and Murch) Require the vampires pack to work. The "Aristotle's Lantern" Teeth may require Island Living in order to work.
All of these mods contain textures that are directly from, are inspired by, or are modified from their original textures from Splatoons 1-3. More will be added over time, and things will definitely be cleaned up in the future.
All eyebrow related mods are under face paint.
NONE OF THE HAIRS IN THIS BUNDLE ARE HAT FRIENDLY.

WILD how far stardew modding has come since the beginning! I remember when you would have to replace actual game files if you wanted to change a character sprite/portrait, and then even when content patcher came along, you sometimes had to configure the files in a text editor yourself! now there's a mod configuration menu you can download and bip bop boom! you're configuring things in-game babey!

Somewhere deep within the catacombs of the pizzaplex, a deep mechanical whirr could be heard. It was accompanied by a pained screeching as if metal was being crushed by a compactor. Then, in the darkness, a pair of eyes lit up the shadowed hall.
Distress. Panic. Confusion.
All paired with a side of a cold that seeped into your bones. It was dark and quiet, the only light source coming from somewhere on your body- you had yet to figure out where though. The memories of the past day were hazy and nothing seemed to fit together, like an elaborate puzzle with missing pieces.
You reached out into the hallway, you couldn’t feel anything. A slight scratching noise began as you rubbed against the wall, the noise grueling. You instinctively reached to cover your ears, and that’s when you realized.
This wasn’t your face. It was smooth and cool with some type of harsh veins or breaks in the skin that reached behind into your scalp. You followed them to your hair, as you pulled at it gently- you couldn’t feel it. You began to pull harder, panicking. Why? What was going on? You yanked at the strands until some came loose in your hand, and on further inspection you realized they were synthetic and a color you couldn’t recognize.
“What’s happening to me?” You shouted, the sound of your voice echoing through the barren hall- shocking you into silence.
It sounded like you but.. something was off. There was a static, a robotic hum behind the words.
You took a breath in, or at least you tried- there was no expansion of your lungs. You tried to pry your focus from that small detail, pushing forward through the hallway to find the nearest exit. The light of day would clear this all up.
This place was more than familiar, you could recognize the ambiance as the section of tunneling underneath the main atrium of the pizzaplex. The scent was stale, like a complex mixture of asbestos and pollen- unmistakable. Every step felt like it took forever, the heavy lull of your body swaying with every touch.
Your hands followed the wall closely, as to not stray from the path out. It was way too easy to get lost down here, especially in such a state. It took everything in you to stay focused on the task at hand. Your brain wondered from escape to the memories you couldn’t put together. How did you manage to end up down here? How long have you been here? The questions evoked emotions you couldn’t explain, an unequivocal sense of dread and a deep pit of sorrow that made you want to throw up and cry at the same time.
The dull red light drug you from your thoughts, bringing you to the exit of the catacombs. This door should be the one to lead you back to the main building of the pizzaplex, and as you pushed open the door it didn’t disappoint. A bright fluorescent light shined into your eyes, as you squinted to take in your surroundings you noticed children’s toys, broken equipment, and some empty cans.
The daycare.
Your stomach twisted and sudden flashes of the empty space in your memory filled your consciousness.
Moon. Sunny. Trevor…?
Oh my god.
The need to vomit had never been so present, you felt your insides churn- eyes burning with tears you couldn’t manage to cry. “Hello?” You called out, voice breaking with a robotic hum. “Moon?”
You felt your feet move on their own, the set of stairs in the corner having no chance of going unnoticed. Taking them two at a time, you make the platform in record time. As you try the door knob, you find the door is locked. The keycard slot glares at you with hatred you’d never felt before, you already knew your keycard wouldn’t be on you. This body wasn’t yours, why would your possessions be on it?
A sharp breath fell from your mouth as you pressed a hand to the card slot, keeping yourself from breaking the door down. The last thing you wanted to do was hurt someone or even yourself.
Before you could consider another option, the door clicked open with a slight flash of green from the key card slot. You pushed the door open, looking to your hand to find a small spot in the center that was almost identical to the one Moondrop had that let him into any locked area of the pizzaplex. It was concerning but the least of your issues. You raced into the daycare, met with the shine of the starry ceiling and the soft glow of lights from outside.
“Moon?” You called into the darkness, heart racing as you looked around- waiting for the familiar jingle of his outfit. “It’s me, it’s (y/n).”
The sound of harsh jingling filled your senses, easing your nerves. It was fast, and getting louder. All of a sudden, a rough hand landed on the metal that was your face. You stumbled back, terrified.
“M-moon?” You gasped lightly, bringing a hand to you face. “Why? Why did you do that?”
His face was angry, filled with an unbridled rage that can only be described as that of a man in despair. “Don’t you dare.” He hissed, eyes shining a brilliant red hue. Much darker than you’d ever seen before.
“Wha-,”
“How dare you? She’s only been gone two weeks. How fucking dare you?!” He laughed in disbelief, hands clenched into fists. “Who even are you? Where did you come from? Another rat scraping its way from the catacombs?” He stepped closer and closer with every question. “Hm? Answer me.”
You felt a hesitation, all you wanted to do was take him into your arms. You just wanted to be home again, safe and sound. “I-it’s me. It’s really me, Moon. I-im so scared. I don’t know what’s going on, please help me.” You pleaded, breaking down into violent sobs. Hot tears could be felt streaming down your metallic face and without thinking you lunged forward to wrap your arms around the animatronic.
His demeanor shifted, a brief period of confusion sweeping his mind before he wriggled out of your grip. “It’s impossible. There’s no way, she… you.. died. I felt you die.” His voice cracked as he bent down to look into your teary eyes.
“(Y/n)? Is it really… you?”
