Rise of the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers - Bulk & Skull
Co-founders of the Power Rangers Fan Club and proud owners of a ClikClak account with a whopping 78 followers (and counting!), R4ngerN3T, meet Farkas "Bulk" Bulkmeier and Eugene "Skull" Skullovitch!
Bulk is on the football team with Jason and Zack, and has always wanted to be a superhero since he was a kid. He's a bit abrasive and hard to get along with at first. He's also very loud and outspoken, not afraid to put those he thinks deserve it in their face. Though underneath his obnoxious tough guy exterior is a passionate and driven young man who is determined to uncover the identities of the Power Rangers with the help of his boyfriend, Skull.
Skull's a little more mellow than Bulk, but only barely. He's not the brightest, mostly down to his problems staying focused on schoolwork, and relies on Bulk to help him out with studying (which is about as successful as it sounds). Though the one thing that immediately gets him excited and fixated is a new Ranger sighting, to which he'll pull out his phone and start bugging anyone and everyone with questions about it.
Together they started a ClikClak account to start documenting their search for the Power Rangers' identities, mostly to go viral when they eventually succeed (maybe, but probably not). They keep the page active with blurry photos, conspiracy theories about the Rangers and the monsters they fight, and dubious interviews from people around town. Despite some... precarious sources and stories, it's surprisingly good journalism.

Spoiler Warning for MMPR x TMNT 2023 comic
So we know that the turtles all got their own custom ranger forms and weapons in the comics. In the comics, the turtles found the morphers in dimension X.
So the idea:
What if instead of Leo being in the prison dungeon for a few minutes, he was stuck in it for 2-5 months before Micky opened the portal because time flows differently in the prison dimension.
What if Leo found the five morphers and kept them while surviving in the prison dimension before Micky opened the portal and he was finally free.
Leo would then recover for about another month or two before any of them started messing with the morphers he brought with him.
Sometime after they had successfully morphed and gotten somewhat used to their new powers, other Power Rangers from different dimensions would come by and either help and teach them how to use their new powers or would ask them for help in times of dire need (Like with Lord Drakkon)
Leo = Blue
Raph = Red
Micky = Orange
Donnie = Purple
April = Yellow
Casey or Casey Jr = Pink

episode 12 and 13 have aired internationally, so here a run down of stuff i’ve heard and my thoughts
THERE ARE SPOILERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
this is going to be messy and probably a bit ranty/negative, but whatever?
general plot things
first i’ll start off with the fact it’s looking like dino fury seems to be pulling a beast morphers in the “mindless fanservice” way. well.. okay maybe that’s just my “why the fuck do we have to shove mmpr into everything” brain, but zedd and scrozzle have returned, scrozzle, mucus, and slyther all working under him (apparently). commander shaw also came back, which is cool i guess. there is a character that is the “son of lokar,” idk if that’s a comic thing or just new lore, or mmpr shit. and it’s said zedd and the cast will be traveling to rafkon (which rafkon might be related to eltar?)
episode 12 : ultimate mystery
there is no episode description as far as i know. it is an amelia focus episode, it has to do with her parents (i think..). there isn’t much to go off of, but stan and some other buzzblast employee go ghost hunting (?) and are caught by this “son of lokar” character, but saved by the ranger. towards the end of (the episode i presume) amelia is holding files that say “mom and dad.” no revelation comes from this as far as i know. there’s a new megazord.. maybe? commander shaw is in this episode and the BM rangers make an in-suit cameo (not sure if it’s new or stock footage, but probably stock)

episode 13 : love hate
as with episode 13 last season it is a romance episode so let me hurl for a second (...) okay, sorry for being dramatic. from the tweets i read, ollie is controlled by zedd for a bit, and fights the other rangers. the out of suit subplot has something to do with ollie and amelia (the cold open pan in shot thing looks like amelia hosting some talk show about love?), and eventually ends with one of them (i think amelia?) confessing their love for the other. it’s a valentines themed episode which i guess means season 2 part one took place in one month (?) probably not, but i find it strange (though ninja super steels love stings was valetines and like episode 14, so maybe im just annoying). on a “production note?” this might’ve been adapted from episode 40 of ryusoulger, at the very least the “son of eltar” character suit comes from the minosaur of that episode, so there’s that.

about those rumors that were going around before season 2 officially aired, as outlandish as they seemed then (and now too, like im not saying now they’re more likely to happen), but maybe there was something to those.. you can find them here
there’s a discussion board on rangerboards, maybe it’ll make more sense
and overall, not going to lie, im just kind of underwhelmed with these two episodes (from what i know about them).

Action Comics Annual - Wondering how the PKJ will be remembered once Aaron's get into gear. I'm surprised how quickly the Dawn of DC era got kee-boshed here only after ten issues. It was nice to have the Superfam in one book.
Alan Scott - The Spectre's here - that'll be fun.
Amazons Attack - I saw a spoiler here that makes me laugh in a certain, spiteful way and I will not elaborate.
Avengers Inc. - Again, bummed this is ending next issue because I feel there's more here.
Cyborg - Always nice to get a look at Vic when he's not just a member of a team.
Detective Comics - Ram V. is writing Selina again - gimme gimme gimme!
Ghost Rider - What an odd time to get into Ghost Rider. Not going to bother with new one sorry. Was just here for the story.
Green Arrow - Ollie getting caught up with what's been happening in the current DC is funny, but kinda distracting. Here's hoping that this is an ongoing now it means it has more to do.
Immortal X-Men - I've never cared for Mother Righteous. And the art in this issue is not for me.
JSA - The Harris cover better not be the best thing about this issue.
MMPR - One of the things I've noticed in this series is so many writers have their own interpretation of how they remembered Mighty Morphin. From Higgins to Parrot to now Flores it feels odd. Like I feel that should be taken into consideration more.
X-Force - The team is fighting sentinels on the cover - cool.
The AC #1061 ad in many of these issues is so distracting.
