"Ever heard of a mimic octopus?" Torr questioned from where she sat at the counter, a medium sized black tome in her right hand. Light blue eyes peered up from the page she was on to stare at the blonde who'd been here for a little over ten minutes now and watching at the fish continued to transform the rest of its body. "That little guy--or girl--in the case is a mimic fish or a mirror fish which is also a popular name for it. Seeing as it's a magical species, it can take the form of any being that it sees like what it's doing with you now. That's also the reason why the container is a bit bigger than human-sized."

Gaze flickering down towards the tank that held the fish, it was now human size and baring quite a bit of human anatomy.

"Oh--oh wow. ...Forgot to mention that--"

Hanno:

He has always been exclusively attracted to women. Has never shown any particular interest with men or others. (Heterosexual).

Cateline:

While her primary attraction is towards men, Cateline has also been interested into women as well. At first thinking she was only attracted to one gender until she arrived at her old highschool... And watching magical girl animes. (Bisexual).

6. would your muse kiss on the first date?

Cateline and Hanno:

Both of them woudn't do so, having the same idea that kissing right on the first date would be way too soon, they would rather want to spend more time with whomever they are dating with first before taking such a step.

9. is your muse monogamous or polyamorous? would they be interested in a polyamorous relationship?

Cateline and Hanno:

Both of them are monogamous, and neither of them wishes or are interested to be on a polyamorous relationship. As they both can get jealous and/or saddened if their respective partners are involved romantically with someone else. 😔

16. what are your muse's love language(s)?

Hanno:

Hanno's all about Words of Affirmation as his love language. As he greatly appreciates when others can recognise his efforts when working or going out of his way to help them on something, as well on encouraging him when it's about certain desicions that he makes.

Cateline:

Surprisingly, her love language is about Act of Services. Feeling cherised when someone goes out of their way to help her with certain chores or reminds her of activities that she missed, lessening her workload as she often times, gets distracted with her own thoughts and working on her paintings.

My muse smells like....

Plants: Pine trees; Pokemon-world Berry trees

Nature-y things: moist dirt; the dry scent of Chesto and Rawst Berries; moisture before a storm (if she's having a good day); the warm scent of a low-burning campfire (again, on a good day -- it can and WILL increase in potency as her mood fluctuates)

Baked goods: French toast; peanut butter cookies; snickerdoodles; banana bread

For fancy occasions: Not usually a scent wearer, but might show up smelling like old books

Dangerous scents: The thick smoke of a forest fire; the absence of water; the sharp tang of metal; something burning (something other than wood....); the electric crackle of ozone; the clear scent of cold ice and condensed oxygen ready to burn

Oh, absolutely. Kairi is normally a very honest person, sometimes to her own detriment. But if it means she can get what she needs or keep her loved ones safe, she will lie through a smile on her face and you will be none the wiser.

anemone : how does your muse view the world ; as a cruel & unforgiving place , a land full of wonders , or something in - between ? where does that world view come from (what experiences , life lessons , etc .) ?

Kairi thinks the world is run by selfish people who are hungry for power, but there's still a lot of good to be seen in it. The loves the nature, the fauna, and she knows there's good people out there. But she's been a victim of people who abuse their power all her life, and she's always fantasized about them getting what they deserve. That's why she follows Mack, not only as a partner but as an employee; she wants to be by his side when he brings the Kingdom to its knees.

sage : what is your muse’s legacy ?what do they want to be remembered for & what might they actually be remembered for ?

Kairi assumes she'll be remembered as the daughter of a brilliant scientist who cured a rare, deadly heart disease--which is half right. Her father will get the recognition he deserved while he was alive. In exchange for that, and her freedom, her name was wiped from all records of her work put towards completing his research and making the cure possible. She never wanted fame for it, anyway--she just wanted to live past 30, and give people like her and her late father a chance at the same. What i would like to say she'll be remembered for instead, however, is how kind of a person she became despite her past, and all the work she put into making the people around her a little more safe and comfortable in their lives.

tulip : how does your muse view people in general ?

Kairi truly wants to believe that there is good in everyone, and she approaches new faces with that attitude in mind. She wants to give everyone the benefit of the doubt...but admittedly, she can be really judgemental upon first impressions. She's apprehensive about opening up, and she's slow to put her trust in anyone. She's been burned for it before.
