I try to remember to wear gloves but alas. This year we grew Serranos! Tasty little guys but mistakes were made.#Dont process peppers with cuts on your hands. Or rub your eyes. Actually: please jut wear gloves while handling peppers.#I can eat those puppies raw no problem but I am miserable when it gets into my eyes.
