Week 7s of the 💕#tinyweeklycarve 💕This week I turned 31! 🎂 This year me and my sister went on a little spa day 🧖🏼‍♀️ which was amazing and it included getting our nails done. I never put on much makeup but I’m obsessed with nail polish! 💅 it makes me feel prrrrrretty and also relaxes when I get them done. I think its good to sometimes do things completely different from your every day routine or in my case, feel the pressure to be creative every spare minute I have. 🦋 So next to spending time with Percy, I like to get my nails done. Today’s another post of some of the missing december bag content I couldn’t share before. This was included as a tiny #gift for saint Nicolas day. Because the december bag included an #adventcalendar in which was a table #calendar for 2022 included, this little gift featured some bonus #handmade #stamps for #planning and #organization . 🎨Materials and methods (includes non-paid advertisements) - packaging - I used a #diecut for the little #rudolph and the antlers (I got this die from Amazon when I remember it correctly). With a hole puncher, I punched some holes into red paper and used the circles for the nose. I folded the lines of the diecut as indicated and glued the additional pieces on. With a white acrylic #molotow #marker I drew in the eyes and used the #uniballsigno white gel pen to add the highlight on the nose. I added also the brows and the mouth with a black pen. If you want to recreate this, I would recommend using good white markers and pens to cover up the colored paper down below. On the top, I closed #rudolphtherednosedreindeer with a string. - tiny card - I folded a small, yellow and squared note paper into quarters and divided it in half to achieve a tiny little #card . I wrote a message in and added a washi-tape stripe with stanta head on top. - the stamps - I used kind of a foam pad and cuttend out three different shapes: With a hole puncher some circles, with my hands a heart as well as a ! or i . Silhouette animation and look how beautiful the interplay between the background and the foreground is. They have a lot of fun with transitions and the use of lighting and shadows in the later part of the sequence is really striking and add to the idea of hiding.

It was done in the spirit of that 60s era, like Saul Bass, (for 1958’s ”Vertigo” and 1959’s ”Anatomy of a Murder.) And fun fact they they pressed hundreds of ministamps of each character’s body parts onto paper, cut them out ”South Park”-style, and scanned them to move along a computer-animated backdrop. I meant to put this up a couple day’s ago and got distracted! I got this mini double ended squishy sticky stamper from @wish. It’s actually pretty nice! The only thing I don’t like about it, is that’s it’s so small and squishy and sticky that the head pulls out sometimes and it’s tough getting it back in. But I really like it!
