Dark Elf Black Guard for Warhammer: The Old World slowly getting there just need to built up 1 or two more glaze layers and highlights. (And touch it up of course) for the honour of the rightful Phoenix King! For the Witch King! The traitor even kingdoms of Ulthuan will feel the cruelest kiss of our steel!
In the 'finish up all the things half-done' for the end of the year - Gaunt Summoner of Tzeentch!
I'm so pleased with this guy; was a bit apprehensive at first about messing up the detail on the gribbly bits, but it went so well. Plus the feathers I'm really pleased with, and since I have both Magnus and a Lord of Change to tackle in the new year, feather practice = important.
I had a lot of fun kitbashing and painting this fella. I feel I should be more upset about putting the paint on too thick or the little bit of chipping, but I don't care? I'm just happy to have done a little thing.
Painted up a mutant hound for Fallout Wasteland Warfare :3
There were some issues with the priming stage, but I decided to make them scars & battle damage. I still need to paint the base but otherwise this guy is done & he's one of the best mini's I've painted :D
Little hobby update :) I'm getting close to being done with my intercessors (minus basing) and I put together this predator tank with the beginnings of some kitbashing to make it look more like it's from the space wolves.
I've transitioned to nearly 90% digital games, so over the past couple years I've really neglected painting and terrain building. I recently had a shuffle in living situation, and I now have room for a dedicated workspace. This piece is a friend's miniature they needed help basing, this which I was excited to help with
First lil guy my partner has ever painted! It's a little hard to get photos of him with my phone's camera since he's so little. They got the eyes and the teeth perfect first try :D
Wandering back into Tumblr; let's see if I can post images.
Been a bit woefully low on the writing front, but have fallen hard in love with miniature painting. Current project: Beach-themed Admech... because it started as an Admiralty Blues reference and then escalated.
Latest: Skitarii Marshall, ended up being more grapes than wisteria, but I'll take it!
