- Daryl loves to spend time alone, but you’re one of the very few people he accepts to be alone with

Since Rick seems to be open minded, he probably likes many different types of songs and is willing to listen to new ones. Considering his age, he probably likes the classics of the 80's and 90's, such as Pink Floyd, The Eagles, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, etc. In the series I remember seeing him listening to classic country music, so he must love those too. I think he would enjoy almost anything as long as he doesn't find the song too annoying or too loud. He loves reading novels and he draws, so Rick seems to have a special bond with art, which possibly makes him very open hearted about music in general.

As for hobbies, Rick seems to enjoy reading novels, specially when he's alone, relaxing. Maybe he even hides that soft side from most people or keeps it very reserved. Definitely, he's a reader, he's also smart above average. He can draw (he drew Michonne on a phone and was painting something when Negan was behind bars). I bet Rick also can play the guitar a bit but I think he just wasn't feeling in the mood during the series. In the apocalyptic world, he seems to enjoy organizing and managing things, planning and improving the place he lives, growing crops and having contact with nature seems to do him well too. Despite being an introvert, he seems to love spending time with loved ones and also simply...date and spend sweet moments with his crush. In the episode "Say Yes", Rick and Michonne go out on a mission together, just them, and they live their little honeymoon. Rick seemed to be enjoying every second of it, never wanting it to end. It's one of my favorite episodes. And as a nature lover, I could see Rick just sitting on the shore to listen to the waves and appreciate the stars to relax.

Rick is the teenage father of his twin toddlers, Carl and Judith. Trying to balance school, work, sports, and fatherhood. Mix that with a backstabbing childhood friend and a flighty ex girlfriend and it’s nothing but trouble. So when Daryl, the proclaimed “ freak “ of the school, swoops in to save the day one night by comping his grocery store purchase, it begins an unlikely friendship. One that transforms into something more as the both of them gain new perspective, new family, and new experiences.

This is going to be Lori and Shane bashing so if you don’t like that then this one probably isn’t for you lol !

Michonne had finally earned the trust of the group and found her spot where she fit in. She spent a lot of her time out on supply runs with Daryl and Carol and sometimes Rick. Everytime someone mentioned supplies, she was always first to volunteer her services.

"I know a place up the road that's been abandoned for a while now. I heard that there was a supply of food and water underground if the walkers can be cleared out. There's a swarm of them. But I think if we put together a plan we should be able to take those walkers out and get the supplies. We'd need to attract all of the walkers to one end of the property and start mowing them down one by one if possible. What do you think?"

Not listening to his son Carl back at the gas station about recruiting Siddiq and being less moved by hatred and more by compassion (which lead to Carl going back to recruit Siddiq, where Carl got bitten, resulting in his death).

Not solving the emotional conflict with Lori before she died. Rick thought he would have more time to make amends and approach his wife Lori again (she was sleeping with his best friend and got pregnant). He never stopped loving her, despite their arguments, despite being so emotionally distant for a while.

two phobias your character has:

1- Potentially developed a fear of confined spaces (claustrophobia) with large crowds (enochlophobia), due to the tight and dangerous situations he often encountered (Prison reckon, being kidnapped by Jadis, being stuck in a tank). Rick doesn't panic- he can stay calm if he's exposed to the phobia, but he would rather not- at the prison, he would rather sleep outside or in more open indoor areas with windows etc. Isolated crowds in the open or isolated confined spaces are less stressful, I think that what gets Rick is when both are combined.

2- He seems to have a fear of heights (needs to be very high height) specially if it's a place he can potentially fall from. When Michonne climbs a very high tree, he keeps asking her so many times if she's okay, and keeps pacing under the tree as if she were doing something very dangerous- to someone who kills zombies every day, Rick seemed to be overreacting a bit. Rick doesn't seem to have any problem climbing things that aren't too high, like fences, or things he can feel safe while climbing (the top of a building, or something he has firm structures to grab). If he had to face high heights, he would though. Rick normally won't let his phobias stop him from acting.

He muttered his positive answer and made sure they were in private.

Rick was convinced it was some sort of demand from Vega. He had been noticing the way she looked at him sometimes, he wasn't stupid. He thought she wouldn't ask that from him since the first days he spent at her camp she hadn't. But if that's what she wanted, it would be wiser to just comply. It was a small cost compared to what he would lose if he confronted her. His logic was always ahead of his emotions, which seemed to process with some delay since they were so powerful. Logically it was easy to solve that request, but emotionally, maybe it would hit him like a brick afterwards.

RP PET PEEVES?: biggest pet peeve is BIG assumptions about my characters that clearly show they haven’t read important details on my bio page. I understand not reading my entire bios, some are long, but I have bullet points of things I feel are need to know. (Obvi doesn’t apply when I don’t have things done on the bio page but idk idk, I can just tell when someone is assuming/hasn’t looked at my blog at all) Other things that bother me? drama, ooc posts that are really frequent non-rp related to the point of I can’t tell it’s a rp blog and constantly negative, guilt tripping, pushing plots that I’m not into

EXPERIENCE / HOW MANY YEARS?: this is a big read on myself, but y'all are my besties so I'll admit that in high school I did Glee roleplay on facebook, so technically I've been doing rp for about 15 years. I got on tumblr rp shortly thereafter, I'd say. my first rp blog on here was Arthur Pendragon and I still write him from time to time. :') This blog is also about 7 years old and I’ve been writing some of these characters for that long!

FLUFF, ANGST, OR SMUT?: all three! I love a good balance of fluff and angst. my muses deserve to be happy, but I also love delving into their issues. smut probably comes in last, because (aside from a few of my muses who are slutssss), it has to be developed a little bit and even so, I don't like to only have smut on here.

PLOTS OR MEMES?: Both. I love memes for both fun and for things getting in depth. Sometimes things do go more easily with a little discussion, and anyone who has tried to plot with me probably knows I'm not great at it ... lol. but I do try, because clarification makes things easier, especially with deeper subjects and ships.

LONG OR SHORT REPLIES?: I get carried away so easily and I do tend to fill in extra background thoughts and all that. Not opposed to any length as long as there is something to go off of.

TIME TO WRITE?: first thing in the morning, after getting ready for work/morning routine and having some coffee, I write for about an hour and lemme tell you, it's magical. In stark contrast to that, as soon as the sun goes down, if I concentrate for like an hour, gold! I also love to write when it's rainy/gloomy, and I have a little coffee treat.

ARE YOU LIKE YOUR MUSE(S)?: I tend to write characters that I relate to in some way most of the time. Some are very similar, some I don’t think there’s much but internal stuff.
