Grace Fulton returns as Mary Bromley in Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023).

This time out Fulton gets to play Mary Marvel as well (rather stupidly referred to in the script and promotional material as “Superhero Mary”).  Actress Michelle Borth played Mary Marvel in the first film, Shazam! (2019).

I just don't understand something: why didn't Michelle Borth stay in "Shazam! Fury of The Gods" as Mary Marvel? I mean the age gap between the Super Hero versions of themselves and themselves, even as actors, is pretty big, Grace Caroline Currey is only 26, so why suddenly replace Michelle Borth as Mary Marvel? Grace could still play the oldest while not in Super Hero persona and have Michelle playing Mary Marvel. It also doesn't make sense to me that she's the only one from the siblings who stays the same when changing into Super Hero...unless that is Canon in the Comics for some reason but I have never read the comics so apologies if that's the case and I didn't know 👉🏼👈🏼
