it was a bit colder this morning. but it was always cold in belobog, so obviously, it'd be chilly. at least you had gepard next to you, mornings were always better with him there.

you move closer to your lover, wrapping your arms around his chest as you nuzzle into his neck. he was comfortable to cuddle with, that was one of the things you loved about him anyway. not to mention it also made up for the times he was gone.

since your partner was the captain of the silvermain guards, he was often away. whether it be during patrols, or to catch criminals in general. you didn't mind that much, since you were also busy during the day. the two of you had your alone time in the morning or at night too.

just the two of you. and that was the way you two liked it. the two of you, cuddling in front of a fireplace. simply enjoying each others presence.

He does not! Though we have briefly discussed a time loop AU where he does, where the loop resets when Sam dies or Dream dies.

In JMAH ,, he just has to ,,, move on. He's back at the beginning--alone in his base thinking over the last year, down a life and many months that he'll never get back, and Dream is free.

There's some measure of regret--things that he could've done better, been more careful about tommy and quackity, dealing with that more swiftly before they could interfere. There's a lot of anger--he had made things better! For everyone! He's the only one that knew about how badly that first timeline had gone, and he'd done so much to fix it, and now they've ruined everything again and for what! There's still some more woe-is-meisms--he's suffered so much, silently, without complaint, and now everything is ruined again. All his efforts laid to waste.

And...most complicated of all, there's a measure of satisfaction. He did change things. Dream was better behaved. Maybe his task was doomed from the beginning...but he did make things better in the end, didn't he? He did his best.

oh, i don't know when this happened. i have no idea, because i wasn't here, but sharks and sugar passed 10k hits. was this today? last week? i have no idea, i don't keep track.

i know this comes as a surprise to those who see me talk about all the other fics more often (looking at you demon lovin!!!), but sharks and sugar is my favorite au i've ever written.

and i'm just... hiding in my blankets now. ten thousand hits. my link has been clicked 10k times. holy fuck. this isn't a fic or an au that has sex to sell it (and as someone who writes a lot of it, i can tell you with absolute certainty that sex sells. a lot. and well.) and it's rated T instead, and people still wanted to give it a try.

this au... has taken over my life. quite literally. kitty is so full of Meisms. and ten thousand people decided to give it a read. so many people have said so many good things about it.

i don't know how to explain this without sounding redundant-- every au i have takes me so much to write. i know people who can slam out so many more words than me in such a short amount of time that i get frustrated with my pacing. but every au is so precious to me.

(sharks and sugar is so important to me, though. kitty's entire arc is the one closest to me. demon lovin marinette gets close. very close, especially now that i'm out of a long-term relationship, but kitty is still the closest.)

I swear as much as I love Mo'nique. I enjoyed her comedy specials. I enjoyed her movies. I love her spirit. I was never as bold, as ferocious, as fierce as she is but that was something that I greatly admired. Plus she was a big girl so hey. However, there is some issues that need to be brought forth. I'm guessing it has to be transiting south node is in Libra and her natal south node is in Libra that I cannot stand that pick-meism, that patriarchal handmaiden archetype that she stands on. It was already terrible enough to hear about speak about her husband raising her. I enjoyed her on the Shay Shay club but she killing me about how she goes about with her husband. Like for real for real it is killing me. No one is against black love but we are against sticking with the old standards of time when the old did not benefit us, more specifically as women. On the Shea Shea club he kept talking about with healing and with truth but I don't feel like she was necessarily true to herself. Nothing wrong with being proud of the man you're marrying (in her case at least). There is a problem for when it looks seemingly that you're using your partnership/relationship with your husband as a crutch. She spoke on the ever so popular yet very real trauma such as "little girl wounds" but to me I still see it. They've just been transferred now to her husband. It was once her father but it is not her husband that she's very reliant on and to me that's a sad sight to see. Because if someone can make you, then they can break you. Hopefully he would never try to do that but I just have a hard time dealing with that. It may have a lot to do with me being the polar opposite of the lunar nodal placements. For me, I am an Aries South Node/Libra North Node, it's not easy for me to allow someone in and be as reliant and as trustworthy as she appears to be. It's almost like there's a certain naivety still there. But upon her journey within this lifetime hopefully it does well for her. In a way it makes me hopeful due to that Venus trining Neptune in my chart@ 0° but reality always going to make her presence known( and it's like f*** no lol).

i personally don’t like Bella because of both her pick meism and also because she reminds me of Ariana grande and I have a deep distaste for her, it runs deep in my soul so… and larri was annoying, too loud and joking too much. always with the “let’s get out of here” and you know that’s where gets me - why accept the collab if you’re going to be that obnoxious for one straight hour? it’s alright if you’re a skeptic and all but what do you expect of a place that inspired a horror movie franchise? flowers and chocolates and a welcome hug? come on, man. be serious for a second. and the whole melodrama heaven is real and it’s good and we’re okay? i HAVE to pass on that one, I’m sorry (not to say it’s not real by the way). let’s be logic here for a second (or as logical as discussing paranormal activity goes): do any of us really think that Abigail has ever seen or touched what Catholic Church describes as heaven? the old lady is stuck to a wooden, ancient house acting as its protector for years and years now and sometimes apparently she still thinks she’s in the 1800s and that the house looks the same? …yeah, she ain’t seeing no heaven. for the first hour of the video, I’ll give it a 2/10, one point for the effort and another because i’m in a good mood. to me, it was a waste of one perfectly good hour that could’ve been a perfectly good investigation had they not, well, wasted it. very hard to sit through it all and I skipped so much just bc i was bored. for the last 30-ish minutes, I’ll give it a 7/10. great pacing, thrilling times in those woods, the married couple bickering, Estes method with Colby is always an event on itself so I’m glad he was the one that went under first and sam’s turn was also very interesting and not half as bad as I thought it would be. guess he’s becoming more open and whatnot so who knows. last half should’ve been the whole hour tbh

See, I don't know Bella at all so I don't know what she's like outside of this video - but as far as the video goes, I'd say she doesn't even Crack the top 10 of most annoying guests. Moat boring guests who didn't really do anything, sure. But, I don't know. She was fine, I guess.

Larri was too much. The flirting with Colby was funny, sure, mostly cause Colby accepts all flirts with this hilarious sort of pleased air about him, and he had a fee good lines - but overall, there was way too much joking and I kind of get tired of it all after a while. It's very reminiscent of the 2019 era of haunting, which does NOT hold up well, if you ask me.

Anyway, after they had their turn with the Merry Knockers, they really got serious and the vibes changed for the better, so I can respect and appreciate that.

And see, what I got out of their whole afterlife discussion with Abigail was more broad than being able to be specifically applied to one religion in general. It gelt more like she was saying, "hey, things are good after death. nothing sucks and everyone is happy," and, while super vague, to me that almost comes across more as a message that everyone gets their happy ending - no matter what your happy ending may be.

I guess Abigail's happy ending is to be perma-glued to her house for all eternity, so congrats to her, I think? 🤣

Anywho, I agree with you. The first half was entirely skipable; the second half is where the video got really interesting to me. The boys are just so much more in tune with each when they can be alone together, and I feel like everything works so much more.
