changing your name when you're trans is kinda the expected action, which it's awesome that's it's so normalized and accepted and everything, but honestly shoutout to all those who decide to keep their name, even as they transition or figure out more about their gender identity. to those who, regardless of their name's typical connotations that may or may not align with their gender presentation, end up sticking with it anyways. to those who take their name and make it completely 100% their own, everything else be damned. I see you, I feel you, and I hope you're having a wonderful day <3
