SCREAMBOX has revealed the new films that are joining the horror streaming service in May, including Night of the Demons, Project Wolf Hunting, The Barn Part II, The Ancestral, and Creepypasta.
From renowned director Le-Van Kiet (Furie, The Princess), SCREAMBOX Original The Ancestral will stream on May 2. The box office-topping Vietnamese film offers a haunting twist on sleep paralysis and trauma.
Hyper-violent South Korean film Project Wolf Hunting streams exclusively on SCREAMBOX on May 15. Written and directed by Kim Hong-Sun (The Chase), the award-winning film has drawn comparisons to The Raid, Con Air, Resident Evil, and Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan.
Viral horror stories come to life in Creepypasta exclusively on SCREAMBOX on May 23. The horror anthology finds a young man desperately searching for clues to escape an abandoned house.
The Barn Part II joins its predecessor on SCREAMBOX on May 26. The throwback slasher features genre icons Doug Bradley (Hellraiser), Linnea Quigley (The Return of the Living Dead), Ari Lehman (Friday the 13th), Lloyd Kaufman (The Toxic Avenger), and horror host Joe Bob Briggs.

Meatcleaver Massacre has been released on Blu-ray via Scream Factory. Limited to 1,500, it’s available for $26.98 exclusively from Shout Factory.
The 1977 supernatural slasher marks the only effort from director Evan Lee (his only credit). Keith Burns and Ray Atherton wrote the script. Larry Justin, Bob Mead, Robert Clark, and James Habif star, with Christopher Lee as the host.
The disc includes both the original 77-minute cut, known as The Hollywood Meatcleaver Massacre, and the 85-minute theatrical version, which features the Christopher Lee intro and intro. The only special feature is the trailer.

A professor of the occult experiences a shocking tragedy when the "destroyers" – a group of murderous students who fail to believe his tales of the dark forces – brutally attack him and his family and leave them to die.
