1880 - Oliver House, Toledo, Ohio --- The Greek Revival Style Oliver House, located at 27 Broadway Street in Toledo, Ohio has quite the history as it still stands and operates today. --- Isaiah Rogers was the architect who designed the building, which was built by the William Oliver family who owned the land, as Oliver was one of Toledo's earliest real estate investors. --- The Oliver House overlooks the "Middlegrounds," and early site of railroad, immigration, and commercial activity.
