The Weight of a Vow. Vows are mostly heard in marriage or on the day of their wedding. What God thinks about vows? The verses that follows, shows that God does not take it lightly. I, myself is guilty of the commonly overlooked sin, sin of broken vows -- promising to God and failing to live up to the vow. It is wise to honor God by keeping one's word to Him and to others (Matthew 25:40). So, I pray, for me not to quickly make vows to God, to be serious about fulfilling vows made, and will regard broken vows as sins to be confessed and to be repented.

五月是比较忙，所以没有抽出时间安心写作，没有更好得约束自己，自己应该对自己说声对不起。

上帝没有给我很多peace（不受俗世纷扰的祥和），却不断要求我加入到很多事件当中，对此我并没有什么怨言，在我的意念里那是一种召唤，我本身也想通过和逆境的对抗可以更好地磨练自己。    中国人所经历的意识形态的变迁，是个很大的课题，我没有文化大家一览众山小的眼界，只能另辟蹊径谈谈科学育人的体会，做等身大的解析和呼求。中国教育里从小有孔孟，诸子百家，我们学习《诗经》，历史，四大名著…耳濡目染，这些硕果累累的思想成果，文化瑰宝，伴随我们的成长，烫上了作为中国人独有的思想烙印。    最近刚刚接触到“躺平，摆烂”这样的字眼，有老师问那要怎么翻译成英文，因为是最近的流行语。我倒是很好奇，中国人遭遇了什么可以那么自由地敞开心扉，将这样的精神礼物献给了这个社会。我的那个时代还是“为中华之崛起而读书”励志型的遣词造句，我当时就感受到，人与人的差异，虽然不至于完全宿命论，但是还是觉得“随遇而安“踏着自然的韵律和节奏行进算是还好的想法。 看着中国的发展，没有人觉得这个社会给了我们更多机会，更多接触到各种文化思想的机会？因为有更多的信息源，更多的渠道去获取几十年前只能通过手抄，笔记才能获取的知识。Isaiah11-2，Galatians5:22-23，真福八端叙述了圣神的礼物，人类的精神果实，上帝的应允和祝福。每一场弥撒神父说的基本都是描述希望，光明，和警示。    中国人的学习的资料当中，正面的东西应该比较多。以前订阅的至多就是像《杂文报》比较激进一点，揭露社会的黑暗和腐朽并且进行抨击的。基督教的世界里倒是有过很多异端，比如，诺斯替主义，阿里乌主义，幻影派等等，教会也是通过不断这些对异端的驳斥逐步完善教理发展起来的。其中主要想谈论的是“诺斯替主义”被认为是认识到了天国里的资产阶级和无产阶级。    我自己试着对自己也做了分类 “较低的属灵阶级凭借信仰而生活，而受到光的或完美的高级属灵阶级则依赖灵知生活。另外还有第三个在灵性上没有优势的团体，他们在任何情况下都不能具有诺斯。某种反覆无常的神将他们创造出来，甚至在最优秀的古鲁的指导下，他们也没有能力去”看到“诺斯。”（《基督教会史》〉    对于天国，这样的思想其实是谬误，需要抨击和驳斥。 世俗的世界是阶级社会，虽然教育上来说，中国从来不承认自己是国家资本主义社会，但历史上对于恶性竞争，和过度剥削，一度资本家和工人的对抗这也不是没有过。改革开放那么多年以来，建设有中国特色的社会主义，到底有多少程度上把握住了和资本主义的差异？这个每个人的境遇不同，得出的结论也不尽相同。    加尔文主义告诉我们上帝至高无上的主权，但是没有告诉我们我们如同“受洗时，基督进入到耶稣里面，耶稣受难的时候基督又从耶稣里面退出来，所以死的不是基督“这样的理论。实际到底是谁的灵在里面做功？大多数都希冀人和人在交往时，是以心传心，对方是真实无误的完整的个人，虽然现在也可以和机器人互动，模仿人类的各种活动。但是人类的主体还是以自然人为本，不希望交流是由第三方编辑过的对话文本找了半人做传递情报的工具，进而达到了文本的战略目的。像这种人与人属灵的格差实在是要不得。我们有多少talents，Matthew25:14-30，这个是上帝的馈赠，虽然不进则退，虽然有重新分配的举措，但是上帝给的是原本属于他自己的东西，如果一样努力上帝的基调总还是公平公正的。世俗世界，大多数时候是不公平的，劳使关系如果还能更为适合彼此的需求，那么需要更多的交涉和对话，争取更大的人身自由和利益。    更重要的是灵魂的自由，在百家争鸣，百花齐放的各教各派中找寻自己的信仰，形成属于自己的价值观，世界观和道德观。上帝是人也是神，他不是资本家不是奴隶主，更不会阻挠人心智的成长。我说的上帝是真神，只做善功。所以在诸多不公的异端世界，请当权者留给国民这最根本的权利吧。 Sent from my iPhone

In the parable of the ten bridesmaids, according to the gospel of Matthew chapter 25, ten virgins are awaiting the arrival of the bridegroom. Among them, the five virgins who were prepared for his arrival are rewarded, while the five who were not prepared are disowned and left outside. 

The 10 bridesmaids parable is not the only parable in Matthew 25 which contains also the parable of the talents and the parable of the sheep and goats. Although some people argue about the application of the parable of the ten virgins, most Christians from different beliefs and denominations agree it is about the day of judgment and about salvation.   Read the full article

His words speak about the deep connection between oppressed peoples everywhere as powerfully today as they did when Steinbeck wrote them in 1936. As a Christian they remind me of God's "preferential option for the poor" revealed in liberation theology and of Jesus' words in Matthew 25 that whenever we feed the hungry, or welcome the stranger, we are also feeding and welcoming Him. Tom is right that the souls of the poor are connected, but from a Christian perspective not because they are all simply one - but rather that Christ is present in each of them.
