This child in front of him wasn't any sort of Yo-kai Hinozall had seen before... did he leave a rift to another universe open again? That being said, he knew almost immediately the kid wasn't from his world. He had not only lived long enough to know what his own world contained, but could also detect the strange boy's aura was foreign to begin with.
"Oh! An Otherworlder! What brings a kid like you to a place like this?"

There are some things he's never been able to fix. His powerlessness, technically, isn't fixed. And he did hate his 'monstrous' features at first, and at some point in the past tried to undo his own work... but, nothing. You'd think 'working backwards' would be work enough, but it turns out it's a lot more complicated than that.
"You'll have to elaborate. There's some things I can't exactly 'fix,' for a lack of better words. If you want less limbs or features, I'm not confident I can do that. I can change arms to flippers, though, or fuse your legs into a lizard's tail. Or I can add features." Don't have enough spider limbs? He can add ten more if Pokey wants! The possibilities are almost endless.

Lucas is suddenly grabbed by the back of his neck and forced to the ground by his attacker's entire weight.
A sharp gasp as his neck is grabbed, paralysing him for the length of time he's grabbed, then cries out when he's thrown to the ground, a hard sound as his back connects with the ground.
The boy cries out from the shooting pain, turning onto his side to combat the throbbing waves of pain, curling up into a ball. Lucas isn't sure what he's done wrong, or who it is, but he assumes someone wants to harm him. Bad.
Lucas' PSI activates, ready for its summoner to make an attack. The boy whispers, asking who it is, why they are doing this.
