"how are you?" well did you know that in sea of monsters percy keeps a picture of annabeth on him at all times when she's away for the school year and that she emailed him these pictures from her trip to california with her dad and this kid probably looked through the pictures so much and one day he chose to pick his favorite and download it and (ask sally how to) print it and cut it out and stuck this little picture of annabeth chase in his probably busted up school binder so that sometimes he could take it out and look at it and remember that she exists and is his friend and-

andrew and neil love each other so beautifully, never facing away from each other and their demons, learning to trust when it’s probably one of the hardest thing for both of them.

the way neil trusts andrew to hold all of his secrets secure and not shy away from every ugly truth neil has to reveal. the way andrew trust neil to stop when he needs him to, to shield andrew from the rest of the world when it gets too much. the way andrew trusts neil to watch over his family. the way they are both broken by so many things but so whole for each other. the way they are learning to be tender with each other when they never knew tenderness in their lives. the way neil’s first intention was to let andrew protect him and fight for him and in the end it’s neil who would give up anything to make sure andrew is safe. the way andrew pretends so hard he doesn’t care about anything but he cares for neil so deeply and so intensely it makes him angry with neil because he’s breaking andrews walls. the way everyone called andrew an uncontrollable monster but it was neil who told andrew “i want to see you lose control” perfectly knowing how composed andrew actually is and how much he holds back. the way neil was trying so hard to stay unnoticed and forgotten but was the center of andrews attention since the very beginning. they way neither of them thought they’d have this and get to love and be loved. i just. i just love them so much.

people dont talk enough about how heartbreaking the marlon betrayal mustve been for clem too,,

this dude saves the life of her and her kid. takes them in has them patched up gives them their first hot meal in who knows how long. gives them a safe place to stay. possibly permanently. confides in her that hes trying to be a good leader but feels like and fears that hes failing. asks her to help him take care of the rest of the group. helps her get over her fear of dogs by asking her to trust him. and things go well. she feels safe. like this place could really finally be the home shes been looking for

but as soon as she finds out what happened to the twins. that marlon planned on giving up her and aj too. she immediately becomes a liability to him and he attempts to kill her for it. locks her in the basement to die by walker. then tries to turn the group against her so he can shoot her instead when the first method fails. and he nearly succeeds

then a majority of the group turn against clem the minute aj kills marlon. ignoring marlons mistakes but condemning aj for his. like clem wasnt betrayed by marlon in the exact same way he betrayed the twins. like she literally wasnt almost killed twice? and how long had he been considering giving her up? was it always some contingency he planned? did he truly want to keep them around and things only changed when he feared the raiders had returned? she'll never know

On April 9, 2020 Cannibal Ferox was released on Blu-ray in Indonesia.
