Celebrating the FSA anniversary by drawing 4 different Fours from different Links Meet AUs. I’m a day late because I didn’t know that March 18 was the anniversary. I was planning on drawing these guys for a while, several months ago, I just forgot to. Fun fact, the day before the 18th, quite literally the day before, the 17th, I thought, “I should finally draw these guys the day before the FSA anniversary so I can post them on time.” Like. Wtf. So I’ll be making a calendar eventually so I know when all the anniversaries are.

Anyways, some thoughts on the guys:

Four from @linked-maze - His hair is so scruffy, I love it. He’s so optimistic and happy.

Four from @heroesspirit - I didn’t color it in here, but I love his ombré hair, the orange fading into a yellow looks so pretty.

Four from @linkbetweenlinksau This is just devolving into me gushing over the hair. Anyways I love the hair and the little hair tie thingy is SO good. Also love the eyes.

Forge from @echoes-of-courage - I didn’t have to space to draw the multicolored sash :( One of my favorite aspects of his design honestly. I’m glad I was able to draw the ponytail, I love ponytails.

i doodled a fi for the four sword and i am now attached 💜💙💚❤️

I imagine she splits whenever Link does and is more capable of reading/understanding emotions than Fi. The Minish, who likely created her in the first place, are very in tune with the happiness of human beings. She has a deep understanding in the elements of the world and is quite happy to share surrounding information.

I spent a whole afternoon redrawing a page from the Zelda Four Sword Adventures manga with a friend!

What a challenge, I drew all that traditionally and my nibs were doing a very crappy work- I had to make so many corrections—

I prefer the original french dialogues so I re-translated them in english!

you ever think about how vaati's mental state actively corrodes with each game he's in. how between tmc and fs, games that are literally right next to each other on the timeline and likely no more than a handful of generations apart, his mind has already crumbled enough to make him forget his original goal, leaving him to cling to the corrupted fragments of his former ambition. how by four swords adventures, he's so far gone he doesn't even utter a single line of dialogue. do you ever wonder what he's like by the time botw/totk roll around. if I pull the four sword will a mindless beast emerge, destroying anything in its path in a blind rage, or will even that have dissipated across the eons and all that ushers forth is a weak, sputtering wheeze, not even strong enough to move an autumn leaf, until that too fades moments later as it is subsumed into a stiff breeze blowing through the sanctuary. will the people of hyrule question whether he ever existed at all, dismissing the legends of his once-mighty gales as mere myth, condemning the mage who tasted the power of the gods to being completely and utterly forgotten.
