I just want this done 😭

When I was 15, I started RPing with my friends over AIM. Usually we'd only stick with a particular story or set of characters (always original work; I wasn't much into fanfiction back then, though I'd started a few that never went far lol) for a session or two and then move on, but I had this one friend - we'll call her T - who had one character with a really rich, interesting backstory. We stuck with him and the boy I'd created to pair with him and just kept developing this story over several months.

My character, Zephan, ended up getting sidelined by another, much more interesting character who got added later, Kieran. And the first incarnation of what would eventually become the Crossroads series was born.

This is a really long rant, so I'll be nice and put the rest under a cut.

I have no fucking idea why T wrote with me, tbh. She was in her 20s. I was 15 and really annoying, and really bad at writing. 😂 I look back over that early material (and my ooc ramblings) and I want to die. Or reach back through time and slap that kid lmao. But anyway, for some reason this grown-ass lady put up with me, and my barf-inducing fawning over her character, and out of all that truly fucking awful writing, a pretty great idea came about.

I wasn't going to get into this, but then I realized context kind of matter lmao so here's a (hopefully) quick rundown on Crossroads 1.0:

Zephan is a bi cutie who meets a really hot guy, they hit it off right away (no insta-love, so at least I had that going for me lol) and start dating. They both have secret traumatic pasts neither is ready to reveal to the other, but of course, they come back to bite them in their respective asses. Zephan starts acting really strange; not moody so much as literally his entire personality changes. Eventually he learns that when he was a baby, he was possessed by this dying creature who needed a body - Kieran. And part of Zephan's trauma is actually linked to a monster from Kieran's past tracking him down. Kieran was weakened by the shit that almost killed him, so once he was safe in a new body, he kinda just went to sleep for 20 years. But then he started waking up and taking control of the body, which Zeph's not too happy about. They fight for dominance, hurting Zephan's bf in the process (emotionally lol not physically), and bf fucks off to a scary place from his past while Zephan and Kieran go to Kieran's home world to try to sort some shit out. It doesn't work. Eventually, they do figure something out with the help of one of Zeph's best friends, Leyna, who happens to be a super powerful witch. She splits them and gives Kieran a new body, he goes home to face his monsters, Zeph tries to find his bf... the whole thing was left unresolved because T and I drifted apart and I haven't spoken to her in like 17 years lol

in the meantime, I met a new bud. We'll call this one A. Me and A? IRL insta-love, yo! Not the romantic kind, but definitely BFFs from the second she first spoke to me. It's been a roller coaster since then lol. She's still very much in my life (is my unofficial sister) but our friendship has been nothing but drama the whole damn time. Not all of it was rl drama, though! A became my new RP partner! and guys, back in the day? This girl had some good ideas!

I can't remember anymore who was responsible for what. We spent years talking about this story... and not doing much else with it tbh. I got a little writing done here and there, but was hampered by all the rl fights and her flaking constantly, and when the drama got bad enough that we "stopped being friends" (every few weeks in high school lmao and a few times in our 20s), I had to go back and rewrite everything to get her contributions out of there.

It wasn't called Crossroads yet, btw. Until around 2012-ish, it was just this one story line - Achlais (T's suggested name for Kieran's world. I later learned that it's apparently Gaelic for "armpit" and was like "fuck that" XD but I loved the sound of it. so my friend - we'll call this one S - did some digging and found this really cool Greek deity Achlys and we were both like "yeah, that works." So...yeah. story was just Achlais/Achlys)

Achlais centered around Kieran and his struggles. Zephan became a footnote in this much more interesting character's journey. See, Kieran was born of trauma; he's a rape baby and the first thing he saw in the world was his mother being killed for having him. Never mind the fact that the man who killed her was his father and her rapist. Always blame the women, amirite? The cool thing is, though, daddy fucked himself over big time. Kieran was his first child, and by the very strict laws of their world (not Achlais; Kieran was born on a different world, called Takaldor, and then banished to Achlais) is the only legitimate heir to the throne. Oh, yeah. Daddy's King of Takalador. And mom? Mom's human, but she's also a Queen of another world in her own right. So enter leetle Kieran, heir to two thrones and shipped off to a third world and left to die. His body does, but his soul's too strong, so he body-hops for a while. Finds stillborn babies (no soul to fight him) and takes their bodies. Kieran gets to live, parents get to raise their child instead of mourning them. They never know their kiddo is actually just the vessel for a half-demon magical parasite lol.

It's in his last host body before Zephan that Kieran gets his name (mom was killed before naming him; he eventually found a host with a name he liked and kept it)... and also the bulk of his trauma. woo lol. He's kidnapped by the main villain, Kanaye (I was obsessed with A and K names in my teens. this story was rife with them until I painstakingly went through and changed as many as I could over the past few years), kept as a slave, bad things happen to him that I won't go into detail on because I forgot to put a trigger warning in the beginning. 😅 But just... really, really bad, traumatic shit. And even though his mind is fully grown at this point, his host body is a child (5ish when kidnapped, 7ish when Very Bad Stuff starts, 15 or so when he escapes. ...oh yeah, spoiler alert XD Kieran escapes). I had this policy that I still sometimes have trouble shaking off: I was never satisfied with my writing until it made me cringe (from ick factor, not from lack of quality lol. unfortunately, I have a very strong stomach and my tolerance for ick only grew as my writing got more icky lmao so... yeah. that snowballed.)

While in captivity/slavery, Kieran meets a girl also enslaved to Kanaye, named Amara (see? A and K names 🙄) and falls in love with her. He escapes, joins a gang (don't ask 😂 I'm trying to keep this as bare-bones as possible because there are a lot more stories than just this one in Crossroads), eventually when he thinks he's strong enough to take on this crazy demon wizard, he goes back to rescue Amara. he fails completely, Amara is mortally wounded, Kieran's host is killed, and Amara uses the last of her strength (she's magical af and that's why Kanaye kept her around) to push his soul to Earth. The whole thing with Zephan happens, just with a different bf who opens up this whole awesome subplot having to do with one of Achlais's moons. Anyway, when Kieran gets his own body back, he goes back to Achlais (where his enemy has literally taken over the world) and leads a war against Kanaye. Then he stands against his father to avenge his mother, and eventually becomes King of Takalador. unfortunately, it's a super ultra over-the-top racist world so they hate him for being half human, and there's like civil war and shit. fun stuff. Also, his mother is brought back from the dead lmao. There was stuff with different types of dragons, a whole slew of fantasy species and magic and y'all I have been building this world since I was 14 (yes, before the RP that kicked off the main plot. I had the world before I had characters or plot)

I would love nothing more than to go into excruciating detail about the worlds and their canon history and that awesome moon subplot and everything, but... I mean, look how long this already is, and I haven't even touched on the other stories yet lmao

The first non-Achlais/Achlys story to get linked to it was A's and my amazing (if I do say so myself lol) retelling of the war between the Biblical Heaven and Hell. It's told from the perspective of the First Fallen, and reframes the entire thing. Adonai (God, if you didn't know his name) is a psychotic fuckwit, there's an oft-repeated saying that no man is made more in His image than his Catholic priests, and Lucifer and his followers didn't fight for the throne or because they hated humans or whatever. that was all propaganda. They fought for their freedom, and they won. As part of the treaty that finally ended the bloodshed, they were given Hell but with the caveat that they have to torture the souls of evildoers. Kay, fine. They got a level for that lol. They finally have a home! They're safe from Adonai!

Until he breaks the treaty himself, determined to have his favorite pet back, and kidnaps Lucifer. His eldest daughter (a general who helped lead the first war) invades Heaven to get him back and a second war breaks out. The rescue attempt is ultimately successful, but Luci's just about fucking had it. There are all these rumors that Adonai can be killed, but because he created all things, kill him and reality unravels. Lucifer gives zero fucks. He's willing to put it to the test. Turns out is exaggerated... but pretty much true. The reality he created - Heaven and Hell - does depend on him being there and, y'know, alive lol. and so it all collapses when Luci kills him. The few survivors become refugees and they end up on - you guessed it! - Achlys!

There's also this whole other realm we created with our own made up Gods and Goddesses, that also comes into play and has its own story arc, but we'll get back to that. Just remember that the main Godly place is called Valdell.

Next we have the one I'm struggling with most rn, DJ's story. DJ is the oldest OC of mine in the entire Crossroads series. I made him up when I was 13/14. Originally, he was supposed to sort of blend into the background; he was just the bestie of the one I'd intended to focus on, Kali. but Kali's kind of a fuckhead and DJ was much more fun lol. They're both still in play, and still besties, but DJ is the main and Kali's just kinda there XD

Oh, DJ Gallagher, how I love thee, let me count the ways... On the surface, his story doesn't seem at all connected to the rest of the Crossroads universe (unless you're eagle-eyed and notice little Easter eggs here and there). There's no magic, it takes place entirely on Earth (in my hometown in the 90s, specifically lol)... doesn't seem to have much to do with this epic fantasy adventure. but oh, it does. DJ's got quite the future ahead of him... or did, when A was supposed to be writing this with me.

You know what? DJ's getting his own post. He deserves the attention lol. Just know that I love this boy, and his story is the part of this series giving me the most grief right now in my attempts to rewrite yet again to get all of A's crap out of the way.

Claddagh - Rebecca's story that I posted a bunch of snippets from a few days ago - is the next road added to Crossroads. What's her connection to all this? Well, in addition to her meeting Lucifer and his daughter/General Haliel, you learn that she is actually Rachel's (Kieran's mom) little sister. She's also the final piece of the puzzle at the end, in the one book that ties all of these stories together. Thankfully, despite many attempts to get her to, A never even tried to look like she was helping with this one. S was, back when we were friends, but she ghosted me in 2015, so I wrote her character out, replaced her with Fiona, and got a much better plot out of the deal, so that worked out lol. Thanks for being a bitch, S!

There are smaller parts, as well (Claddagh's planned to be a pretty long series, and so was Achlys when A was involved) - Dying Breed, in which Johanna's mother is abducted and skeptical, cynical Jo is forced to see a world of magic that her mom had been trying to show her (and protect her from) all her life; Annwn, where we're shown that Jo's mom actually knew a boy from DJ's story, Ice, and begs him to take on this insane quest that only gets crazier once he's actually on it; and the Winter trilogy, which genuinely started out as a joke, but my friends liked what I had, so I decided to keep it. That one's... it's different. XD it's a "reverse harem" story that gets pretty squicky. I'm not entirely sure how much of my original plan to keep. A never had a hand in any of this (though a mutual friend of ours, L, was briefly trying to help me with Dying Breed before she had to bow out) but just because it didn't come from our 2 AM spazz sessions doesn't mean all the ideas are good lol.

And then there's Heart and Seoul, which is actually a really long fanfic we wrote 11 years ago. We never finished it (almost, though) but it got popular for a while, so we decided to convert it to an original and, due to references mainly in DJ's story, it became connected to Crossroads. I was actually very happy to cut that lol. It's A's baby so I feel a little bad for saying this, but... I never loved that story as much as she did. It was fun for a while, but I'm so over it.

Valdell had its own trilogy planned, at first, too, but it was kind of just more of the same tired crap that one comes to expect from A - mpreg for the hell of it and a "doomed" romance. meh. On their own, they're not bad story elements if done right, but when it's literally every goddamn story she comes up with, it gets old real quick.

So that was Crossroads 2.0 - it went through many stages and rewrites, but that's the basic gist. We had this whole interconnected Whedonverse concept, and an MCU Phase 1, 2, 3 thing going on (Phase 2 was kicked off by one of the Valdell Gods getting fed up with all the mortals' bumbling and erasing all of existence except his home and the other Gods. his wife flipped shit until he remade it. DJ was brought back as a girl. wife was like "fucking really? are you kidding me?" so he rolled his eyes and fixed it, and DJ got a Phase 3. also, Lucifer got 3 phases because of some shit with the whole killing Addie thing and a boy named Cole...)

It got...complicated, to say the least. Convoluted is probably more accurate. So when I made the decision to cut A out once and for all instead of spending my life in limbo waiting for her to suddenly become reliable, I cut like... that whole MCU concept. I also cut out a lot of what happened in Achlys, and around 20 planned books got cut down to 5. and the whole struggle with DJ... character arcs that I loved are gone, that whole awesome subplot I mentioned in Achlys? gone. which means I have to rewrite shit all the way back to the first book, because it was an underlying mystery that persisted through the whole series!

A lot of stuff, I cut because it was just bad. Whether it came from her brain or mine, or this weird hive mind thing we have going on when we're overtired, doesn't matter. It was bad. Some stuff was great, but I cut it because it was either her idea initially (she used to be so creative before she dug herself a little rut and decided it was comfy and dis is home nao) or tied into her ideas and characters too tightly. I couldn't cut her Achlys characters, for instance, without cutting that mystery subplot even though the mystery was 100% my idea, because we'd worked together on building the shit necessary for it to exist, and solving it for the reader hinged on A's characters in the Zephan chunk of the story. and none of that is there anymore. Zephan's not a part of this at all. That whole story line is gone.

Unfortunately, erasing the Zeph part also erases Leyna and her brother Lucian, and Lucian appears in DJ's story and that was a clever little tie-in before, but now it's just... a random boy who appears for one scene and is mentioned once or twice, and that's it.

So it's been a struggle, to say the least. I don't know if I should stick to my guns and keep this new, much shorter Crossroads 3.0, or rework it one more time to keep these elements I loved...somehow. ugh.

Yeshua resist the evil tempter

The Bible study Saturday, but on a Friday because I have a busy schedule this week!!!! Praise God on high !!!!!!!!

Book of Matthew 4:1-11 a. Yeshua Jesus Christ is led up by the Spirit a1. Yeshua Jesus Christ 40 days and 40 nights b1. The tempter comes to Yeshua Jesus Christ c. Angels come tend and minister to Yeshua Jesus Christ

(a) The Old Testament Bible and the The study Bible states "was led up of the Spirit". But then the Old Testament states "tempted of the devil". While the Study Bible states "tempted by the devil" Some may say while a word is just a word, but us a Christians know that words are powerful. Words sometimes have hidden meaning and are mysterious. If we take a look at "was led up of the Spirit" with the Spiritual realm view; many have said the Yeshua's physical body remained here on earth, but it was his spirit that was transported to the spiritual realm where he was tempted by the devil. If this is in fact the case, this confirms possible attacks the evil ones and tempter makes on us in our sleeping life as well. There are thousands of studies conducted by many psychologist who confirm; just how powerful our subconscious mind is. These Psychologist also confirm, persons are able to receive information during our sleeping life, which is why our brain is like our heart forever active. In fact, other studies have been conducted by the military finding the results of a person not sleeping and or dreaming; can actually drive a person insane. Therefore Science is basically making it legitimate to none believer's the high possibility that Yeshua was transported into the spirt realm and tempted by the devil. The spiritual realm exist. And the spiritual word is just as or more important for our survival as our physical world; health, mind, body, and soul. (a1) Yeshua fasting for 40 days and 40 nights brings up so many questions for me. Main question being: Was Yeshua's earthly body at rest here on earth doing a spiritual fast in his sleep because Yeshua spirit was fighting being tempted by the devil? For those who haven't fasted other than for medical testing; let me tell you !!!!! Fasting is amazing. I have been learning about fasting and I can honestly speak from experience. Each time I have fasted I have grown in my walk with God and also have faced several battles by the tempter and the tempters evil workers. The experiences, honestly have increased with every progression of my faith and Bible learning and spiritual warfare learning. Some have showed psychical pain the next morning or when I woke up. I choose to take these attacks as signs I am moving in the right direction with my love of God and relationship with God; others wise the evil ones would have no reason to attack me.

The number 40 is mention more than 100 times in the Bible.The study Bible link explains the number 40 is a testing period. Which if this is true means God knew the devil was coming to test Yeshua and allowed the testing.(https://www.biblestudy.org/bibleref/meaning-of-numbers-in-bible/40.html). It is after passing this successful test; Yeshua begins his ministry. WOW!!!! Now I have heard it said several times in church that God does not test us. I have also heard it said that the devil can only attack us if we have sinned in some way shape of form; to open open up the door to be tested by the devil. Now, I am not suggesting that somehow Yeshua opened a door way from sinning to allow the devil to test him, but I am putting to rest the idea that God does not allow us to be tested. Furthermore, this in my opinion opens up the argument of the multiple dimensions, that may exist in the spiritual realm. How so, well why would God allow Yeshua to be tested if there were not multiple outcomes? Thank God Yeshua passed the test, but think of others who have not passed testing/tempting by the devil? I can see for myself that if I had passed certain test earlier in life, many of situations might not have happened. Which is unfortunate for my case in some ways, but I am thankful we serve a graceful God that will bless us with other changes to come to him and give ourselves and lives over to him. I believe this is way I am so very determine the pass 4 or 5 years to get the testing right or at least get the highest possible score on the test. Reading these verse I believe we a being shown there is the earthly realm, physical realm, and spiritual. There are other realms, but for the purpose of keeping focus I will only mention these.

Moving on: (b1) Again we are shown the number 3. # times the devils tempts Yeshua and 3 times Yeshua passed the test by being, saying, and believing in the word of God. AMAZING!!!!!! as a reminder 3 in the Bible is important (https://www.biblestudy.org/bibleref/meaning-of-numbers-in-bible/3.html). I am honestly amazed how everything really does have a meaning!!!! God is so wonderful he even gave numbers meanings and importance and as signs of communication for us. So watch the numbers that appear around us often friends, most likely we are being given messages from God.

(c) After the devil trying to tempt Yeshua the Old Testament Bible states "the Angels came and ministered into him". The Study Bible states "the Angels came and waited on him." Now keeping with the Spiritual World belief, when it is said the Angels came and ministered to Yeshua; I am like Yes!!!! (https://www.thefreedictionary.com/ministered)(https://www.biblestudytools.com/dictionary/minister/). By both definitions the Angels not only tending to Yeshua's physical needs from fasting, by in the desert realm, but also ministered to Yeshua. So the Angels came to Yeshua to teach him in more depth the word and ways of God. WHHHHAAATTTTT???!!!! I know Amazing... You mean we can be tempted, fast, pass the test, and also be minister by Angels the word of God and ways of God!!!???? YES!!!! This is why fasting is so very important. Not just for health reason of are physical body, but our spiritual body. Friends, I urge others to learn how fast; of course based of their medical conditions and needs. Fasting in my opinion is a great disciplinary tool that strengthens our relationship with God and readies our bodies to receive God word and learnings. BTW, several Spiritual sources always suggest repenting while or before fasting. (No I am not a doctor... so consult one first before fasting)

God, I today I pray we too resist the tempting of the devil and evil ones. I pray, we come to you Lord for all our needs. I pray, we be humble and repent for our wrong doings in mind, body, and words. God, thank you for showing us how your ways are always for us and never against us. Although you may allow us to be tested, it's because you have faith in our love for you to pass those test. God, as your children we strive to pass each and every test set before us. We strive to ave a glorious relationship with you Lord. We aim and take care towards this relationship each and every day, in every way. That you God for sending your Angels to tend and minister to us as they did for your begotten son Yeshua. We praise you all the day long. We sing to you sweet songs of love and celebration of our living God. in Yeshua's great name. Seal with the blood of Christ. Amen.

Prayer from January 30, 2019

God today, I would like us to thank you for all the miracles that you have allowed into our lives and the more miracles that are to come. The living God our provider, our redeemer, our savior; wonderful, amazing, and righteous suffered for our shake. Thank you God for allowing us to be blessing to others as John the Baptist must have been to Yeshua. Thank you God for showing us through our Lord and savior ,Yeshua Jesus Christ the importance of laws, rules, and orders that you have set before us. Thank you God for providing through the actions of Yeshua and John the Baptist examples of how we are to suffer unto perform perfect obedience to your Laws. Thank you God for allowing us to seek righteousness as Yeshua and John the Baptist did. Lord, I pray that we be so humble to seek, travel, prepare, and receive righteous for others just as Yeshua was. And in seeking /receiving this righteousness with a humble heart; I pray that God you be well please with us. Thank you God for letting it be witnessed your miracles and glory; not only in us, but with us, by everyone we meet and everywhere we go; through your beloved son Jesus. I pray this all in the great mighty name of Yeshua Jesus Christ; cover us in his blood now and forever. Amen.

I'm not perfect without you

It's sad that I care for so many people I've met in my lifetime and forgave some over and over because I knew where the path led too. And no matter how many times some of you have hurt me I found a way to forgive. Sometimes we need that one piece of missing information to completely change our opinion on things. It's not everyone's fault for growing into the number 666 because it's all around us. We've grown into deception and misunderstanding. It's not false information it's just that you were misinformed by the people you thought you can trust. I tried so hard to make so many friends in school, just to have my whole hometown turn their back on me and ridicule me. Of course they have no idea how dangerous that was and I had to cut them off altogether for their own safety. To be so misinformed that you're incompetent of your actions behind a computer screen. And not aware of the lifestyle I was living and the capabilities of the people who cared for me so deeply that violence against social media users made sense. Fuck no I don't condone violence, but remember that God made it possible for such events to be triggered in our hearts and minds. We must learn what true love is from the actions of others and understand that any act of violence in my name or cause is something I don't want to be a part of. We are all together, it's not just me in this alone anymore guys. And btw my family has a special family crest emblem. My uncle has it. Look up the family crest and you'll see a big horse head with red paint behind it. Also my Fellowship has it's headquarters right here in Carlsbad? My great grandfather's and families home town is here in Carlsbad. Hmmmm???

It really is all a coincidence. Anyways I like how I hear a voice from the sky get so happy to tell me a certain someone was thinking about me right when she woke up. Then 20 minutes later maybe it was 30 she texted me to let me know we are gonna have fun hanging out all day again. Maybe kick it for the 3 days I'm in her town. After that I probably won't see her again :/ Ya never know though, it isn't the first time I bet we've both said something like that. And how are people going to try and act on impulse by causing harm and violence towards me when they haven't met me? Would they want the same done to them? I'm helping so many people so sorry that your beliefs got you and others fucking no where but a prison cell or casket. Like wtf people, this is a new philosophy on how to behave. Did I say that properly? Lol it's called Aetherism. The opposite of being Athiest but they are accepted and fitted into my way of living your life. And it makes all religion, spirituality, tool book whatever correct.

Go ahead and try to make it your own after I type this, of course there's a trap in everything I say so anyone using it the wrong way is easily considered misinformed without realization of their own foolishness. So please don't waste people's illusion of spacetime. It's your reality though person reading this. Who the fuck am I to tell YOU what book leads to the right path? No one understands your struggle and questions burning to be answered. The thing is though we need these books to find our own unique path to be United. Some people have a hard time imagining things and need these stories of a great hero or amazing ability to never give up so they can get looking for answers on how to better their moral and values. It's about building purpose in life that you accept as your reality, and multiple religions might be needed for this. OR if your reality is so fucking baller your name is on a gold star then don't choose any religion and atheism was your path right? Just remember that there are a lot of things we can bring with us in death. Loyalty, Determination, leadership, honesty, integrity, Assertiveness, Rationality, Connection, communication, Empathy, love, Creativity, and so many other things can be unlocked once you realize you ain't shit even with a bunch of shit. And if you are shit well then wtf how do we stop being shit? By being your own unique shit different from all the others in a class and league of it's own. Did I lose a lot of you? Be yourself that is no one else except the person who can say wow I've been through so much with so many people and no matter what happened it's ok cause I made it here today. And I'm blessed to be human and still have my eternity in the afterlife to make whatever other changes I want to my personality and beliefs.

Yes if you think about it then you will realize you can think your way out of the 2D realm of darkness, consciousness, and conversation. Some of my Spirits come from the Etheric Plane of this Hell to help us by their horrible cognitive tests. The first is shame and paranoia, getting used to being comfortable something or someone is following you. Like perhaps a Spirit??

They'll make fun of you in the shower, pissing, any little button that can put you down will be said by them. So how do you make it go away? It's fucking amazing how women do it, and yea it's sexy for the few times I've seen it.

You females already know how to respond to such comments made by uncleansed spirits with your bat shit crazy mind games you do. They are all of low consciousness and mainly drive, fear, shame, rejection manifestations of frequency into our Universe. A simple "hey nice try bud, but I'm too busy being myself to have you try and control me" actually works on some. Sounds fucking gay and lame to say but that thing will keep trying to bring you down. Just remind it that you are way too busy being human and loving it for you to consider such an entity. Even if you don't mean the words, just constantly saying them so something will leave you alone is a key to making it more of a reality. The Law of Attraction.

P.s. also any religious book that isn't even written yet is correct if it helps someone in the future find moral or a better understanding. As long as it's that truth that drives us to do good for others having a hard then things aren't that bad for us. A fucking picture drawn 200 years in the future will be considered truth or Wisdom if it honestly helps ya find such precious gems. One day your value might be waged on all of this, some of us can see your wickedness in your Aura ya know.

P.s.s wow I looked online and our real family crest isn't on the internet. Wtf guys? The wooden Emblem my uncle has is way different than the online shit. Fuck the internet for taking this away from me. I'll post pictures of all the symbols on the emblem.

NOTE: I originally published this post back in 2010 and the response was amazing! I recently took some time to update it and thought I would republish it with updated info and questions. I hope you enjoy it!

Recognizing A Blog-Owner VS. A Blogger

Interestingly enough, there are also 2 types of bloggers. Those that own blogs and those that are truly “bloggers”.

The first category, those that own blogs, write occasionally so they can write an occasional rant, share a tip here or there, and maybe post some photos of a conference that they are attending.

And then there are the hardcore, zealous, addicted bloggers who are consistently irritating their fellow employees with statements like “oooh…that’s a great blog topic” and “have you checked out my latest article?”.

Yeah…you know them. THEY CAN’T STOP BLOGGING!

They are always working on new posts. They surround themselves with every gadget, book, and resource they can leverage to improve their content, enhance their writing skills, and even make more money.

They worry about terms like:

monetizing content for a blog

coming up with new ideas for blog posts

researching their audience to find the best time to blog

increasing RPM for each blog post

optimizing paragraph length for SEO

finding the right title to capture reader attention

getting ranked quickly in Google and other search engines

There’s nothing wrong with either type.

They’re just different and they probably have significantly different goals. The occasional blogger likes to have a place for a creative outlet where they can share their experiences.

The hardcore blogger often wants to make money, be perceived as a thought leader, find ways to attract new customers, or maybe just hit some very targeted number like “average daily visitors” or “email subscribers”.

The question is, which type of blogger are you and which type of blogger do you want to be?

Identifying Your Blogger Type

In the spirit of Jeff Foxworthy’s famous (or maybe infamous) style of “You Might Be A Redneck…”, I thought I would put together a list that might help you determine where you lie in the realm of blogging addition.

My Star Vs S3 Finale Reactionary Thoughts

Suffered from major Dad bod-itis Ah he's still yummy. Eclipsa played Star like a fiddle. She intervened WITHOUT the wand (check the purple blast in the midst of the fight) She didn't have a super detailed planned. She's more a fly by the seat of your pants Xanatos Speed Chess master. Helps when the competition thinks they are playing checkers and you've likely put (or have a standing) gag order on the living repository/speaker of the secrets of the royal family. Hell chances are SHE was behind the return of Glossaryk Those sequences in the magic world helped us learn things. Not least some world's "wellsprings of magic" have been sealed (Earth?) DAMNIT MOON we JUST got the damn realm clean and you had to go and super re-corrupt it. Given her handprints on the well its possible she STILL isn't uncorrupted after all that bathing in pure magic and stuff. Now we know how the unicorns as sources of magic work. Birthed by pure imagination and magic stuff they wander or get tossed in the wellsprings and.. well THAT. Also the "first one" has matured and gotten more...well weird. Okay this is my read.

Eclipsa breaks out. She has no wand so her powers are at an all time low. She had little to no idea WHAT THE HELL is going on, likely with ASE spell she can peak and check some things out but she doesn't know where to look for everything (she DID somehow get from prison dimension straight to Mewni castle) and little context is had.

In the interim she stirs up the pot, likely connecting with families new to power (Pigeons) and the disgruntled or craycray possibly even the high commission (then erases memories when that would be inconvenient) Then she turns herself over after charming Star and making SURE to social fu ("Hello, Moon how'd that spell work out for you?") any encounter Star would be present or likely get back to her on. (look she has a single focus BE FREE AND BACK IN POWER) While "in prison" she sneaks about the castle OR gets messages out (feeding the birds and sending messages via Rich’s family)

Its not a total act, girlfriends is kinda loopy and prefers to be spontaneous and, as she said, she has self control issues Anyway she knows dirty laundry (seriously I doubt the royal line of Mewni is, ya know, private information. She can count and put shit together) and likely has, as mentioned, good skill at "psychologically hurting teenagers and they deserved it" She got the perfect read on the phase and nature of Star and Moon's relationship. Moms and daughters and queens and princesses are ALWAYS like this /. She needs info on what happened she wants to be reunited with her husband AND her baby girl. For that she needs to get the High Commission to confess. she ALSO needs to clear her name and *legitimately* reclaim the throne. Meteora is exihibit A why going in hot wouldn't have EVER worked, if she wants to be Queen again. She'd fight every freaking step, be opposed unto the last if/when she got it, and then destroy the place. Nope the real sign of victory . . . TAKE IT GUL DUKAT That. I'm not sure she knew Meteora was Heinous. but regardless that's the wild card. She adjusts her plans further so she can get to her baby girl. Likely Rich was trying to shelter/corral her to the Pigeon castle for his "Sword hand dance" meme partner. But Heinous is HELLA unstable after centuries of brainwashing. She goes on a rampage. Eclipsa is not "ragey" but she loves a good troll and repays a grudge. Moon is built about being the perfect queen? She first turns that against her and then takes it away. Its why she tried to coo down Meteora the way she did. "Nasty ol' Queen"

*Aside*

(that or the timeline of events is very VERY off, Eclipsa, her Hubby, and Meteora weren't taken down by Shastacan but by Festivia when she reached Majority. Either that's Festivia's spell OR Eclipsa CAN, as mentioned, cast without a wand and did that to Meteora in the first place. THAT'S why Shastacan called that baby Heinous. He'd seen it as a soul sucking monster) *end*

Anyway Eclipsa now has to move. She gets back to Mewni castle (somehow AHEAD of Meteora who is acting way more...sane and cognizant even by Divide) then when Meteora comes in she figures "dear I won't be a queen of the ashes balloons. She coaches that fight, either deliberately telling Meteora what to say or, as she does, set her up with just the right words^ BTW its possible she "hurt them psychologically" by using the de-aging spell to make her victims teens and then hit them with a memory eraser. Hmm her sigil changed from the eye to a ringed planet. Maybe just as spoke on reddit a “Sailor Saturn happy ending? As I mentioned in a prior Post Eclipsa is the classy grand dame of dark magical girl power and takes from Sailor Pluto The sigil is possible sign of character growth.. or when Eclipsa intervened with Moon she intentionally put all her corruption in her?

Ugh just thought of this... likely her sigil was changed to match the monster one in her portrait because duuuuh, historical revisionist demonization. ^Seriously when and how and WHY would Meteora know Marco OR Tom was Star's boyfriend if she hadn't been informed by Eclipsa? Moreover that end fight AND intervention... just doesn't make sense if it isn't, partially, a play if not a plan. Think being on the field in a game. Eclipsa is running quarterback with the rare conversion and scrimmage. Even if every is idiots there are alot of them and they see her as an enemy BTW I thought Eclipsa was cleared in her trial why did Star have her locked up? Was assaulting her mom THAT big a deal? Hmmph rather quick abandonment of Mina is cookoo plotline OFF SCREEN. Talon is well characterized as something other than just the bro-rival. Can I just give it a thumbs up Hekapoo being loose isn't held against her. Then again this has to be a very libertine show with the implication of possible triad endgame more than the Kon-Cassie-Tim thing that ran in Teen Titans. I like that Tom still has some growing to do but he's not.. ya know, a total heartless jerk. I also like this finale used ALL the things set up And yes they ARE committing to Marco's time in the Hekapoo space being a thing for/with him now. Likely meaning we’re done with his Earth life, for good. This is deliberately going out the way to make Star and Marco equals, something I feel was missing for most of S3. So sad despite multiple MULTIPLE backups Star's rescue plan didn't work. She divided herself and so ended up conquered, invited and begged her conqueror to save her and that they needed her to be saved. Masterclass Eclipsa showing Aizen AND Light Yagami - who couldn't stand the idea of the world not knowing they were under his judgement - how the plan is SUPPOSED to be played. Re: Glossaryck being a dick He's suffering a Hal 9000 or similar fritz. He is divided to serve two masters. Or more likely he's always serving the previous queen their prior edicts and so on acting as the ground rules her must obey...? No doesn't work with "into the wand" where Queen Moon has a directive and then Star just demands he break it. Basically Eclipsa did something where he couldn't reveal a list of things but one of the things OFF the list was "Globgor"

That or he was testing them to see which one passed the trial of wit and wisdom to see who would ascend. Eclipsa being clever, sincere...ish, and dynamic along with POWERFULY (and practiced and sure in her power btw folks aside from speed and practice and minimalism her spells don’t do more effect to Meteora than Butterfly’ed Star.

Seeing as Eclipsa never winged up even with a Dip down? Its likely the Festivia-Butterflies are part monster
