Ok but idea how theyre gonna go into s5 and introduce how wukong and macaque know each other
So we all know wukong‘s mountain is kind of destroyed so I’m guessing like everybody goes there to help like clean up yada yada yada but in doing so MK and mei stumble onto like a secret tunnel and when they go down there, they find macaque Old house and they find like maybe old scripts and plays you know because he’s a theater nerd and we get flashbacks!

the one thing i want in season 5 is for nezha to get an episode to himself.
he has been a (very literal) punching bag throughout the last seasons (every episode he appears in, he gets his ass kicked one way or another) and someone needs to address it
and whether it's him having some sort of spiral about it or just him finally getting the therapy and help he needs (they all need it, but this man has gone unappreciated for too long), we need an angsty nezha-centric episode
probably something relating to the whole azure lion celestial realm takeover and either his inability to protect the jade emperor or the power he's containing getting too much for him
the closest we've gotten to him getting to suffer is the peng feather stabby situation, him struggling to stand during the entirety of that fight, and then him being bandaged and out of commission in the special
but lmk can do better
and also cmon ao3 authors step it up there have been no good nezha-centric fics at all, let alone angst, recently, fill in that hole (i say, hypocritically)

I remembered something that I saw in Overly Sarcastics' explanation of JTTW. When Wukong went and crossed his name out of the "Book of Life and Death," which also is canon in the show. He didn't just cross out his name. He crossed out every monkey he could find. I wonder if he crossed out MK without knowing.. since we don't know his birth name, and neither does Wukong. So it's a possibility. Would also explain why the underworld is so angry with them(or at least why one the diyu kings is)
One monkey significant to the universe escaping death is a pain(Wukong), 2 is bother(Macaque), but 3? That I feel might be pushing past the traitorous(?) Diyu kings patience. Giving them probable cause to align with whatever villain is in charge of this whole ordeal because yeah, no, I don't think a Diyu King is the main villain.

You know what I am worried about LMK S5,when one if va sean schemmel said it going to be "mcu level heartbreak"
I worry that they won't be able to pull it off and it feels rushed,or the season doesn't live up to the hype and hype themselves for failure.
Like if they are really going that way for s5,I hope it doesn't make feel like I can't breath while watching it,like some episodes in s4.
They have to balance for s5 so it doesn't overwhelmed us,s4 did leave in a hopeful note for mk so...I hope mk doesn't have a shit arc next season

So me and my friend have been talking and taking guesses of when Season 5 of LEGO Monkie Kid will come out, and we sort of think it will come out on May.
Of course, this is all assumption based on what information we have so far, but let me tell you WHY this month specifically.
1. The 1st season of LMK came out on May 2020, and the 5th season of LMK is happen to be an ANNIVERSARY. Normally people celebrate anniversaries on the same month when they have done some sort of occasion, like the day of your wedding, big events, institutions, etc. If so then, this might be a good explanation that the season might come out on May.
2. The LEGO sets always comes out a month after the show starts, from what we have heard, there are rumors that new LEGO sets might arrive in summer 2024, if that’s the case, then it makes another sense that the show might come out on May.
AGAIN, this is all assumption based on the facts that we have.
NOTHING IS CERTAIN, so please make sure of that. If there is any misinformation please do correct me.

Ok i just love the idea of past macaque writing wukong love letters and and using the monkeys to pass them to wukong but you know wukong cant read so he just says thank you cuz he thinks there from the monkeys and keeps them all cuz he just see scribbles and he loves his babys 😂 (i feel like macaque knows this and thats why he does it to “shy” to do it in person) only when MK finds them does he find out they’re from macaque
