This is an image from a modelling session I had earlier in the year when my hair was blue. It was created by a student named Rhiannon at the Queensland College of Art.

So the latest life drawings that maintain the slow breath of the Book of Lamentations are two recent separate studies of @thequeenofheartbreak for #liverpoolindependentartschool while we were pretending to be impressionists. The first one I quite like and we prerecorded the session at night - oddly it has the feel of a nighttime drawing. The second one is badly rushed and the face is ill-observed but I quite like the blue shadows - that has more of a daytime feel. It’s very odd considering they were both actually drawn from the same recording. The third page is a moment of reverence for the Old Gods - these were once omnipotent universal deities but have since disappeared after savage cuts to their funding from central government. Those who’s cults survived a decade of ideological Tory austerity finally evaporated due to Brexit and the bungled handling of the pandemic. I say re-nationalise the Old Gods! ✊✊The last page is a small monoprint sketch of a lararium.
