2024.01.22 59歳の誕生日を迎えました。
父親が46歳、母親が59歳で亡くなっているため、いよいよ親よりも長生きすることになります。
59歳の誕生日には、日本年金機構より、ねんきん定期便が届きます。マイナポータルからねんきんネットで、年金の納付状況と予定支給金額は分かっているので、これと言って真新しいことは何もないのですが、こうして通知を受けると、嫌でも老後の生活を考えなくてはなりません。
現在は３つの財布を持っています。つまり
1.給与所得＝介護福祉士として近所の特別養護老人ホームからの給料
2.事業所得＝不動産オーナーとしての賃貸収入
3.金融所得＝株式とREITによる資産運営
最近は老後のお金に関していろいろ勉強していますが、自分なりの考えは
65歳以上単身世帯の場合、年金収入のみ年間所得155万円以下の住民税非課税世帯にして、金融資産を取り崩して生活していくのが最もお得
という結論に至りました。
まぁ来月確定申告のため担当税理士に会うので、確認はしてみますが…
そのため今後は
1.新NISA1800万円
今月からeMAXIS Slim 全世界株式（オール・カントリー）通称オルカンで毎月30万円ずつ積立投資し、65歳までに1800万円の枠を埋める。
2.不動産の売却
5年以内に賃貸店舗物件の不動産を売却して現金化する。
3.年金の調整
自分が大学生の頃はまだ、20歳以上の年金納付が義務化されていなかったため、大学生の間は年金未納期間となっています。そこで60歳以降、仕事を続けて厚生年金を支払い続けるのか、国民年金の任意加入で納付するのかを考えなければなりません。
いわゆる年金の壁と言われる年間所得155万円以下に抑えるには月額13万円を超えてはいけないので、そこを調整しなければなりません。
自分は2050年で85歳になります。介護福祉士をやっているので、認知症高齢者になった自分の姿も容易に想像がつきます。認知症になる前に自宅不動産も売却しなくてはいけないので、それが一番心配です。
これからの日本は急激に人口減少を迎え、社会保障はもちろん様々な社会インフラも維持できなくなるでしょう。2050年頃、看取りを迎える、自分のようなバブル世代は一番幸せな世代なのではないでしょうか。

Y'know, the US DoD is well known to have technology years or even decades advanced from what the general public is allowed to know about. Also, DARPA (the R&D branch of the DoD) has shown a high level of willingness to collect and analyze data about people on a mass scale without any concerns for privacy or consent. So, to say that your smart devices are probably constantly recording you and analyzing everything you do is actually not only a fair assumption, but also kinda the least bad thing you could reasonably assume given that knowledge. And I know having said that, some people (including most of my family who didn't like that I spent my morning explaining this to them) will say I'm a paranoid conspiracy theorist and dismiss my ideas completely, but like, why? The DoD is one of the most highly funded entities in the world, with very few checks and balances, and is essentially a black box. All we know about them is from their past, and their past shows every indication that they want absolute knowledge about anyone and everyone in real time. Anyway, have a wonderful day!

2024-04-01 / 遠方より元同僚来たる
前職の同僚さんがベイエリアに出張に来るということで声をかけてくれたので、自分の職場近くでランチに行ってきた。こういう機会に声をかけてくれるのはありがたいことです。
彼はスタートアップに転身してそこでCTOをやっているのだけれど、今回の出張の目的であるパートナーシップのことなど色々と話を聞いていると、ダイナミックで楽しそうだなぁと思った。自分もそろそろ、新しい一歩を踏み出すべくアンテナを高くしてかないとなぁ。
そういえば先日、Nvidiaの本社脇を車で通りかかった際にふと「あ、GTCがあったっけ」と思い出したのでキーノートを観ていた。
GPUの製造とソフトウェアツール群の開発以外にも色々とやっていることは知っていたけれど正直ちゃんと調べたことはなかったが、実際色々とやっていて面白い企業だなと思った。だいぶ推している Omniverse だけど、所謂Sim2Realでの課題（シミュレータで訓練した機械学習モデルを実世界に適用したら期待通りのパフォーマンスが出ない）は問���にならないのだろうか��DigitalTwin上でのシミュレーションをまず行い、そのあとに物理がくるという話。ある程度までの複雑さに収まるドメインなら十分に役に立つのだろうなとは思うが、キーノートの後半ではロボティクスでの適用についても多々触れられていて、やっぱりSim2Realの課題という点が気になった。実世界での適用時にはそこでファインチューニングを少しやってあげるのかな、それとも自分の認識を大きく超える精度に既に世界は到達しているのか。

あと1年で還暦になるため最近は老後資金についての情報を収集中。
65歳ではなく64歳11ヶ月で退職すると失業給付金の基本手当がお得になることや、65歳以上は年間所得155万円で抑えて住民税非課税世帯にすること、国民年金を任意加入して満額支給にする方法などいろいろ勉強になる。
資産寿命シュミレーターで
・60歳で退職
・資産3600万円
・4％運用
・毎月15万円、年間180万円取り崩し
で試算すると、100歳までは資産は持ちそうである。
現行NISAはJ-REITで運用しているので新NISA1800万円枠はとりあえず、eMAXIS Slim 全世界株式（オール・カントリー）で運用予定。

・自己流タイピングからの卒業、正しい指で日本語で60WPM以上
上記目標を四半期ごとに振り返る
次は3/31
個人のインプット、メンター探しがおそらく2023年最重要事項。
社内は期待できないので外で信頼できる人を見つけるのが目標。
次点で健康(運動含)、2022年末にコロナ罹患して痛感した。
BMI21以下かつ口腔内を一度キレイにすること。
