In trying to get one mod to work, I broke something else, and spent hours fixing things and working on setting up this outfit, and then realized I hadn't finished reinstalling Gshade, and just fought with myself to stay up and snag a few basic shots because I haven't done any posing in a long time and wanted to have something to show for all that effort, so... Miya without Gshade! This is just an in-game filter + windows photo editor filter...and a base game pose? I think? I think I have some combo of Viera and Au Ra emotes on her, though.

LRFP: SEEKING VENUES & COMMUNITIES

Hello again folks!

Having finished my move and fully returned from my hiatus, I now find myself in search of some RP. But I am looking for something fairly specific.

While I have had no problem finding regency-themed and upscale venues and RP communities for Mercer's brother, Sebastian, I am finding it difficult to locate the opposite for Mercer within Ishgard. While I am happy to hear about dive bars and gambling dens outside of Ishgard, I am really looking to find a few corners of the Ishgard RP community that are centered around the experiences of common folk and Brume rats. While I love the upper crust as much as the next guy, Mercer is my main man, and I really want to find him places to be where he isn't viewed as inherently less by the nature of the theming of the group. A reclusive and selective estate, House Madaras has made a name for itself over the last century with its incredible leniency when it comes to illicit research. Vast on-site archives, bountiful resources and plenty of 'willing' subjects to play with means that not much is truly out of bounds within the House. It is a haven of willful ignorance where the morally ambiguous may thrive. A place of learning where few things are taboo and fewer still are deemed off-limits....

~Inspired by the world of Bloodborne and the Antivan Crows of Dragon Age~

House Madaras and its underbelly, the Serpent's Warren, is set up as a place for characters of more dubious alignments and persuasions to play; assassins, murderers, manipulative socialites, eccentric mages and so on! A place where very few things are off limits, and the darker things encouraged. We welcome people to play deviously, to use each others characters like pieces on a board and utilize the setting to its fullest.

As a heavy, 21+ RP group our intent is to give writers a well-crafted setting to explore the darker & maturer themes of FFXIV RP. We keep our setting grounded; we don't deal in over-powered characters here. But we do deal in consequences. We are a small and selective group with a zero policy for drama. Given the nature of our themes, we are quite strict and place great importance on communication and consent.

This character was in prision for around five years over a "fallacious, asinine" charge (According to her). Those years were spent in a "correction facility" for more promising researchers in Sharlayan.

Her grandmother (and late father) are Sharlayan natives. Her grandmother is a former forum member, desperately clinging to her glory in the past.

This character is based in Ul'dah, but due to her conditional release, she is often found travelling to fuel her own research on aetherial constructs.

This character was formerly involved in the criminal underground, often hiring people to do her dirty work. While she claims she "no longer involves herself in such activities", she very much does, and generally bounces off other criminals quite well.

This character used to be heavily involved in high society, and while her time spent in prision a correctional facility heavily put a damper on that, she certainly will try to get back to 'her old life'.

Fellow researchers on aetherial phenomena are welcome, especially if their research pertrains to more... Divisive forms of magic.

If something is important or related to a contract he has he uses his notes to always follow through but socially there is a good chance he won’t have a clue who you are if you didn’t make a strong enough impression. “Hmm do you need a hand?” - Have your own idea for a scenario? I would love to brainstorm together.

What I’m Looking For –––

- Any and all connections. I made myself finally hit max level on monk, and celebrated with the new crafted set, and some pics! The poses are just base monk abilities... with the tail maneuvered a little for a more dynamic shot! Canonically, Jak can be considered both a monk, and a DRK - though I don't think I consider her to have a soul crystal for monk. It's just a combat style - though I've considered having her look deeper into the monk arts as they pertain to chi... and learning to, effectively, chi-block casters in a fight.

This time I wanted to try on a pair of ears (Wheel) I got to try for Jak that has several options, and forgot this version comes with a tail. I'll probably stick with Miya's normal ones (Da Poo), but this set of ears and tail wouldn't be bad for her Miqo guise, all the same...

Also, a slightly tweaked version of one of my favorite glams for her - with new boots, since Peets Reclawed has so many options! (Once more with no Gshade because this time the damn thing needed to update and I didn't realize. Android photo editor to the rescue!)
