One thing I am absolutely never normal about is the psychology of characters in media I am also not normal about and how it's portrayed, what mental conditions they may have based on the symptoms they exhibit, etc, especially if it's impactful to their character and the story. I find it very intriguing to them, not just as characters, but as people.

With that said, I just got into RDR2 (five years late, I know) and man... Dutch Van der Linde I am going to grab you by the collar and toss you onto my inspection table and microscope, you are a whole ass STUDY!!!

“You guys are disgusting,” Susie scoffed, staring at them.

They’d hit a late night burger place after Midge’s show. The place was packed despite the late hours, and they’d huddled around a small table with only two chairs. Susie had taken one and Lenny the other, Midge sitting on his lap.

“You love it,” laughed Midge, feeding Lenny a fry.

“I hate it and you know it. And I don’t know why you put up with her,” Susie replied, staring at Lenny, who shrugged, a wide smile on his face.

“Mostly, I enjoy annoying you,” he told her, taking a bite of Midge’s burger.

“See, Susie, that’s why it pays to be friendly. You could be sitting on Lenny’s lap too.”

She shook her head, looking dejected. It wasn’t that she didn’t like hanging out with them, but they were still in their honeymoon phase and it was disgusting to see. Lenny noticed Susie’s expression and put his soda straw in Midge’s milkshake, and they drank from it together. Susie made a gagging noise.

“You know that’s basically like sharing spit, right?”

Midge looked at Lenny with a sickeningly sweet look.

“I’d share anything with you.”

Lenny pecked her on the lips.

“But only when Susie’s looking.”

“Yup, when we get home it’s back to a six feet distance.”

They laughed and Susie sighed.

“I need to give myself a raise just for dealing with you two…”
