＼味も焼き加減も最高な鉄板焼きを堪能／ 毎週お肉を食べていますが、たまには、鉄板焼きを食べに行こうかと探してたら、秋葉原に発見✨ 黒毛和牛と旬の魚が食べられる 『黒毛和牛お試しコース』を注文。 前菜は、スズキのカルパッチョ 彩り豊かなミニトマトが美味しく、 野菜の下からスズキのカルパッチョが出てきました。 生臭くなく、野菜と一緒に味わうと甘ささえ感じてしまう。 お次は、宮城県産、真鯛の鉄板焼き 季節によってお魚は変わるそうですが、 真鯛はふわふわの柔らかさでした。 付け合わせは、エリンギとヤングコーン トマトソースにケッパーが入っているのですが、 これまた美味しくて驚きでした。 ケッパーが苦手な私が完食するとは… いよいよメインのお肉登場！ 宮城県産の和牛で、ランイチ ランプとイチボの重なった部分だそうです。 お肉の絶妙な焼き加減って難しいのはわかりますが、 ここ最近失敗が多いので、ミディアムレア寄りのレアで お願いしました。 形が長方形でない時点、どうやって均一に火を入れるのか、 見守っていました。 付け合わせに自家製ガーリックの醤油漬け、 塩と薬味ポン酢、わさび、醤油でいただきます。 肉厚の部分を重点的に焼いて、厚みの薄い方は、 火を入れる加減をしながら焼き上げてくれました。 食べやすい大きさにカットして、 お肉の脂身が程よく美味しくて、 口の中に頬張ると肉汁と脂身が合わさって、 絶妙な美味しさに仕上がっています。 鉄板焼きは、カウンター席に限りますね。 手元が見える分、焼いている過程も見ているだけで、 生唾を飲んで、今か今かと焼きあがるのを 見守っていました。 脂身はあるのに、脂っこくなく、 アッサリとした味わいで美味しかったです。 香の物は、稲荷きゅうり大根で、 赤だしの熱々な味噌汁、そして 締めは、シンプルにガーリックライス 最後にデザート登場 レモンソルベ、ティラミス、グレープフルーツジュレの 3種がのった贅沢な盛り合わせ 鉄板焼き＝　肉のイメージが強かったですが、 魚も食べられてふわふわの美味しさを存分に堪能 秋葉原と言う場所柄、 ディナータイムは意外と穴場かもしれません。 鉄板焼き Le Meurice 東京都千代田区神田佐久間町1-15 8階 JR線秋葉原駅中央改札口から徒歩2分 DartsUpが入っている建物です。 #LeMeurice #鉄板焼きLeMeurice #食べ歩き #鉄板焼き #秋葉原グルメ #東京グルメ #鉄板焼きディナー #ディナー #秋葉原ディナー #akihabara #teppanyaki #wagyu #和牛 #肉スタグラム #genic_food #藤本祐子グルメ写真 #フードアナリストyuko #フードアナリスト #グルメディア #yummy #followｍe https://www.instagram.com/p/CeOP-cnpTTd/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
