Seven Important Reasons To Hire An Immigration Lawyer
People who are dealing with immigration concerns frequently have a variety of difficulties to overcome. It is advisable to consider hiring an immigration attorney to handle the numerous concerns and sectors involved with coming to the United States since the terminology used in immigration documents can be challenging to understand and because immigration rules are frequently complex.
Here are seven situations where using the knowledge and skills of the best immigration lawyer in Tel Aviv can help you with your immigration issues may lead to greater success.
Tumblr media
Obtaining A Nonimmigrant Visa -
Noncitizens can enter a country on a nonimmigrant visa for a limited time and for a defined reason. There are various kinds of nonimmigrant visas; therefore, it's crucial for anyone looking to apply to understand which kind of visa will be most useful in their particular circumstance.
Additionally, applying for the right kind of visa is crucial when one wants a family to travel with them to a foreign nation because not all nonimmigrant visas permit spouses and dependent children to accompany the primary visa holder. An immigration lawyer can assist you in applying for the nonimmigrant visa type that best fits your unique circumstances because they are knowledgeable about the numerous nonimmigrant visa kinds.
Avoid Mistakes -
One of the most crucial steps in the visa application process is submitting the proper papers. It can be simple to mistakenly file the wrong form due to how similar many of the forms appear, especially to someone who has never dealt with these kinds of documents before, which will put you back at the beginning of the process.
On the other hand, if you have an immigration attorney on your side, they will have expertise in filing documentation for situations much like yours and will be aware of the proper forms to submit at what time. In addition to ensuring that your case proceeds ahead rather than backwards, doing this will assist you in avoiding wasting time filling out the lengthy documents.
They Can Discuss Your Options With You -
Regardless of the circumstances, you have choices. Having said that, if you're attempting to handle your problem alone, you might not be aware of your options, or if you are, you might not be sure how to move forward.
When you have an immigration attorney on your side, they will be able to lay out all of your options for you and assist you in navigating the process of taking whichever course you decide to take. Your immigration lawyer will have the knowledge to keep you informed at every stage of the process rather than letting you proceed blindly. Most immigration matters are also delicate and urgent, and your attorney will be able to guide you through the process as fast and stress-free as possible.
Family Based Immigration -
Family members are a common source of green cards for many people. Not all familial ties, nevertheless, are acceptable for green card acceptance. Some family visa categories have a cap on the number of visas that can be issued annually, while others have no such restriction.
Although confusing to the average person, terms like "Adjustment of Status," "Consular Processing," and "Conditional Permanent Residence" are crucial to comprehend when making a green card application.
You can be sure that you are following the best path to the quickest approval for your family-based immigration needs by working with an immigration attorney.
Getting Naturalized And Citizenship -
You must fulfil certain eligibility conditions to choose to change your permanent resident status or green card to that of a citizen of the United States. The right to vote, immunity from deportation, and eligibility for positions requiring U.S. citizenship are just a few advantages of becoming a citizen.
An experienced immigration lawyer will assist you with the application process and test preparation as they support you through the citizenship procedure.
Obtaining Asylum -
Due to threats based on race, religion, political views, or participation in a particular social group, many immigrants worry about being deported back to their native country. When you are given refuge in the United States, you are shielded from prosecution by your home nation by the American government. A knowledgeable immigration lawyer specializing in asylum cases can ensure you take advantage of all possible asylum-seeking opportunities.
An immigration lawyer can also help you plead your case in front of an immigration court if your asylum claim is rejected.
Employment-Based Immigration -
Permanent residency in the U.S. may be possible for non-residents on employment-based immigration visas. Many people obtain permanent residency by working in the United States.
Given the variety of employment-based immigrant visas available, it's crucial to hire an experienced immigration lawyer who can advise you on your options and assist you in submitting a complete and accurate application for the visa that best suits your needs.
Conclusion -
When navigating the complex landscape of immigration issues, having a seasoned and knowledgeable legal team by your side is crucial. Wildes & Weinberg PC, with its experienced lawyers in Tel Aviv, stands as a steadfast partner ready to guide you through every step of the process. With their commitment to excellence and proven track record, you can trust this law firm in Tel Aviv to provide the expert assistance you need to resolve your immigration matters successfully.

In June 2019, three Israeli computer engineers arrived at a New Jersey building used by the F.B.I. They unpacked dozens of computer servers, arranging them on tall racks in an isolated room. As they set up the equipment, the engineers made a series of calls to their bosses in Herzliya, a Tel Aviv suburb, at the headquarters for NSO Group, the world’s most notorious maker of spyware. Then, with their equipment in place, they began testing.
The F.B.I. had bought a version of Pegasus, NSO’s premier spying tool. For nearly a decade, the Israeli firm had been selling its surveillance software on a subscription basis to law-enforcement and intelligence agencies around the world, promising that it could do what no one else — not a private company, not even a state intelligence service — could do: consistently and reliably crack the encrypted communications of any iPhone or Android smartphone.
Since NSO had introduced Pegasus to the global market in 2011, it had helped Mexican authorities capture Joaquín Guzmán Loera, the drug lord known as El Chapo. European investigators have quietly used Pegasus to thwart terrorist plots, fight organized crime and, in one case, take down a global child-abuse ring, identifying dozens of suspects in more than 40 countries. In a broader sense, NSO’s products seemed to solve one of the biggest problems facing law-enforcement and intelligence agencies in the 21st century: that criminals and terrorists had better technology for encrypting their communications than investigators had to decrypt them. The criminal world had gone dark even as it was increasingly going global.
But by the time the company’s engineers walked through the door of the New Jersey facility in 2019, the many abuses of Pegasus had also been well documented. Mexico deployed the software not just against gangsters but also against journalists and political dissidents. The United Arab Emirates used the software to hack the phone of a civil rights activist whom the government threw in jail. Saudi Arabia used it against women’s rights activists and, according to a lawsuit filed by a Saudi dissident, to spy on communications with Jamal Khashoggi, a columnist for The Washington Post, whom Saudi operatives killed and dismembered in Istanbul in 2018.

Israel now uses mass facial recognition in the Gaza Strip - Technology Org
Israel has discreetly initiated a widespread facial recognition program in the Gaza Strip, compiling a database of Palestinians without their awareness or authorization.

As revealed by The New York Times, this initiative, developed after the October 7th incidents, utilizes technology from Google Photos along with a specialized tool from the Tel Aviv-based firm Corsight to detect individuals associated with Hamas.
The facial recognition program was established jointly with Israel’s military campaign in Gaza. Following the October 7th events, operatives from Israel’s Unit 8200, the primary intelligence unit of the Israeli Defense Forces, identified potential targets by scrutinizing security camera footage and content uploaded to social media by opposition groups. Additionally, soldiers solicited information from Palestinian detainees to identify individuals affiliated with the adversary.
Company Corsight, renowned for its technology’s capability to accurately recognize individuals with less than half of their face visible, utilized these images to develop a facial recognition tool for Israeli personnel operating in Gaza.
In order to expand the database and pinpoint potential targets, the Israeli military installed facial recognition cameras at checkpoints along major routes used by Palestinians to travel southward.
Soldiers recounted to the Times that Corsight’s technology sometimes yielded inaccurate results, especially when dealing with low-quality footage or obscured facial features. In certain instances, Corsight’s tool erroneously identified individuals as being linked to adversary groups.
In October, several hospitals in Israel began employing Corsight’s technology for patient identification, as reported by Forbes. Since then, Corsight’s technology demonstrated the capability to identify individuals “whose features had been impacted by physical trauma, and find a match amongst photos submitted by concerned family members.”
Corsight primarily targets governmental, law enforcement, and military applications. In 2020, the company, just one year old at the time, claimed its technology could identify faces even when masked. Two years later, Corsight purportedly embarked on developing a tool capable of constructing a person’s facial model based on their DNA. Last year, Corsight collaborated with the metropolitan police in Bogotá, Colombia, to locate suspects involved in murder and theft cases within the public transit system.

☠️ … can they be even more open, right in the world’s face, about their intentions? — Classless, white, supremacist settlers!! — it wasn’t a lie when I first saw the construction plans over Gaza’s destruction!!
By: LaillaB, founder “Reclaim the Narrative”, from LinkedIn …
“Cashing in on Genocide': Israeli Firms Pitch Beachfront Real Estate in Levelled Gaza.
"A house on the beach is not a dream," reads an advertisement from a company notorious for building in the occupied West Bank.
Palestinians and activists worldwide condemned the proposal by an Israeli real estate developer specialising in the construction of illegal settlements to build beachfront homes for Jewish colonists over the bombed-out ruins of Gaza.
"A house on the beach is not a dream," read an advertisement published by Harey Zahav — notorious for building settlements in the illegally occupied West Bank — that drew international attention following the ‘Practical Preparation for Gaza Settlement Conference’ in Tel Aviv in December.
The ad depicts an artist's rendering of luxury homes superimposed over an actual photograph of a Gaza neighbourhood destroyed by Israeli attacks — which have killed nearly 30,000 native Palestinians while displacing over 85% of the strip's 2.3 million since early October.
Critics noted that Israeli Intelligence Minister Gila Gamliel had drafted a plan to forcibly expel Gazans into Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, and that a separate proposal by the right-wing think tank Misgav Institute for National Security & Zionist Strategy declared that "there is currently a unique and rare opportunity to evacuate the entire Gaza Strip."
Such plans have been compared with the Nakba ethnic cleansing of more than 750,000 Arabs and massacred over 14,000 — by deadly violence and forced displacement — from Palestine during the catastrophic establishment of the European colony in 1948.
"An Israeli real estate firm is already cashing in on genocide, churning out blueprints to build Israeli homes in Gaza on land leveled by bombs," prominent pro Palestine activist Sarah Wilkinson said on social media.
Harey Zahav's proposal comes amid statements by Israeli political and military leaders that critics say incite or advocate genocide of Palestinians.
**The besieged enclave is considered OCCUPIED under international law.**
’Harey Zahav is an Israeli real estate firm with a history of building illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank, unveiled a plan for the homes in Gaza. Just as the Israeli government was crystal clear in its plans to commit genocide, the Israeli government’s post-genocide colonisation strategy is explicit and blatant — and a war crime. We can stop this. Don’t look away.’ 💯 … ☠️

Dangerous development Israel is preparing to send ships to Egypt and introduce fifth generation aircraft into the war
Updates on the Al-Aqsa Flood operation presented in this episode of Samri Channel. Starting with the Bahraini Parliament, which announced that the Israeli ambassador had left the Kingdom, in exchange for the return of its ambassador from Israel, in addition to the cessation of economic relations with it. Bahrain, therefore, becomes the first country to establish relations with Israel within the framework of the Abraham Accords, and to take a decision of this kind. The Council declared that "the continuation of war and military operations, and the continuing Israeli escalation in light of the lack of respect for international humanitarian law, prompts the Council to demand more decisions and measures that preserve the lives and lives of innocent people and civilians in Gaza and all Palestinian areas."
Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ahmed bin Salman Al-Musallam, according to the statement, expressed his “pride and pride in the keenness and interest given by the King of the country, King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, to support the Palestinian cause, and his firm and unwavering position, and the right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.” Eastern Province, in accordance with international resolutions. Bahrain concluded a peace agreement and diplomatic relations with Israel, in September 2020, and appointed its first ambassador to Tel Aviv, in August 2021, who is Khaled Yousef Al-Jalahma, while Israel appointed its ambassador to Manama, in December 2021, who is Aitan Naei.
On the other hand, US President Joe Biden said that he supports a “pause” in the war between Hamas and Israel, to allow “prisoners” to leave the Gaza Strip. The statement comes despite the United States' refusal, since the beginning of events on October 7, to call for a ceasefire, as it repeatedly stressed Israel's right to defend itself, and believed that stopping the war was in the interest of the Hamas movement. On the other hand, the White House announced that it will develop a strategy to combat Islamophobia, explaining that this strategy will be developed in coordination with the communities concerned.
US President Joe Biden announced on Wednesday, in response to a man who interrupted him during an election rally, that he supports a “pause” in the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas, in order to allow “prisoners” to leave the Gaza Strip. While Biden was speaking at a campaign fundraising event, a man interrupted the Democratic president, saying: “As a rabbi, I ask you to call for an immediate ceasefire.”
The 80-year-old president, who is seeking a second term in elections scheduled for next year, responded: “I think we need a pause. The pause means allowing time to extract the prisoners.” In response to a question about Biden’s statement, the White House said that what the president meant by the word “prisoners” were the hostages held by Hamas in the Gaza Strip. In defending his position during this war, Biden said: “I was the one who convinced Bibi (Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu) to call for a ceasefire to get the prisoners out. I was the one who spoke to (Egyptian President Abdel Fattah) Sisi to convince him to open the door” of the Rafah crossing, which It connects the southern sector to Egypt. Commenting on this aspect of the US President’s statement, the White House said that Biden meant the two American hostages who were recently released by the Hamas movement.
In another context, the Israeli ambassador to Germany, Ron Prosor, said today (Thursday) that Israel has asked foreign countries to send floating hospitals as a possible means of providing treatment for wounded Palestinians who are allowed to leave the war-torn Gaza Strip for Egypt, according to what the agency reported. «Reuters». In an interview with the Israeli public broadcaster, Radio Kan, Prosor said that such a request had been submitted by Germany and other countries. He described the scenario explained by Radio Kan, regarding the boarding of these wounded on board such floating ships in the Egyptian port of Al-Arish, as accurate. Egypt is preparing to receive 7,000 foreigners scheduled to be evacuated from the Gaza Strip through the Rafah border crossing, according to what the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a statement, today.
Finally, Robert Jordan, the former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia, spoke in an interview with CNN anchor Becky Anderson about the possible reason for the visit of the Saudi Defense Minister, Prince Khalid bin Salman, to Washington amid the tense conditions in the region and the war waged by Israel in the Gaza Strip. Jordan said that the position of Saudi Arabia, which condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli ground operation in Gaza and the strike on the Jabalia camp, is not surprising, noting that “the Saudis consider themselves custodians of the two most sacred places for Sunni Muslims. They have a broader responsibility because of that. I think they will find that it is "It is almost impossible to encourage a massive Israeli invasion under these circumstances." The former US ambassador to Saudi Arabia continued by saying: “I will tell you that I think they are secretly terrified by what Hamas did, they are not friends of Hamas. And I think that if you look at it, Hamas is actually trying to undermine a number of Gulf regimes through what it did. So I think “Secretly, we will see the Saudis more cooperative, but their public statements are different.”

So many things happening at once 10.2.2023
I feel that my letters are so disorganized but that is the way it is. Every day something changes. The government proposes a law or there is a threat to pass a law...as has happened with Shas demanding that any woman for example holding a Torah scroll be arrested and the next moment it is shot down. Attached the PDF and I suggest women especially  read it. Every time there is a new threat to our freedom and I feel that the net of darkness if closing on us and we are striking out wildly to keep our balance.
We were out on a shift. I had had a very bad night with my leg and woke up really dopey. Last night I went to the demonstration here in Jerusalem which was quiet but in Tel Aviv two women who held signs with a small Palestinian flag on it were told that they would be arrested even though there is no law against it. More and more soldiers and police and even security guards are acting as if they  now have all the power in their might to stop anyone acting in a way of which THEY do not approve. If I  did not have to walk with the sticks I would dafke make such a sign. Today, also coming back from a shift a thoroughly nasty piece of work stopped Kamal, our Arab driver, as we were going through a checkpoint. Kamal says the creep knows him and that he has a blue ID but he always delays him and tries to make problems. So today he stopped in, peered into the car and very rudely said to Kamal...."Who are they?" I wanted to say to him did we look like terrorists but it would only have caused him to make Kamal more problems when he goes through and when he is not with us. Anat shot back at him Machsomwatch and he evidently realized who he was dealing with and let us through. He evidently hoped that Kamal was taking Palestinian women through and that he could delay him by demanding their documents
Last week I went to a documentary...."Two Kids a day" and you can actually see it on this link. Look at the beginning....see how small some of the children are whom they are arresting. And how they handle them. And go to the end to hear what some people say. That by breaking youths, they break the villages. You really need to watch this.
 https://www.gumfilms.com/projects/two-kids-day
Has your news told you that El Al pilots refused to fly the unroyal family to France?  And do you know how many big firms are leaving Israel?
Have you any idea how many companies are withdrawing from Israel.
Have you any idea of how many Israelis who have money are thinking of opening accounts overseas.
Netanyahu said to call global credit rating firms amid concern over judicial shakeup
Premier reportedly appeals directly to international ranking companies, banks to convince them government proposals won't damage economy, don't justify downgrade
https://www.timesofisrael.com/netanyahu-said-to-call-global-credit-rating-firms-amid-concern-over-judicial-shakeup/
And a three day march is moving towards Jerusalem. I will join them at the Knesset (or is it the High Court). There is so much going on. I think there is an expression catch the leopand by the tail and that is what Netanyahu has done. There is also to be an enormous strike throughout Israel on Monday next. Many employers are giving their workers the day off but better that they should simply close down.
IDF vets start 3-day march to Jerusalem to protest judicial overhaul plans
Dozens of ex-Armored Corps generals pen letter warning legislation will harm military draft, 'willingness of reserves to mobilize'
https://www.timesofisrael.com/idf-vets-hold-3-day-march-to-jerusalem-to-protest-judicial-overhaul-plans/
I am also sending you an article by Robyn  of the Bereaved Palestinian and Israeli families. More and more doors are being closed to anyone considered not a "loyal" citizen. Yesterday after a demonstration in Jerusalem in which reserve soldiers took part after a three day march to Jerusalem. As soon as there is something on the agenda of which the right does not agree everyone and every organization bends the knee to them. Last night people coming from the demonstration were stopped at the train station because of the anti-government shirts they were wearing. I do not know how this ended but it is not the first time. I have suggested that a whole group of us go to the train station with our various shirts on and see what will happen.

Rami Beracha believes, even in the Coronavirus Economic, there are plenty of investment opportunities.
Be patient when deciding on the dream you want to pursue. It is essential to ensure that it's the right choice to meet your requirements. This is among the most important steps to succeed in any venture. You must be genuinely committed to the idea and believe it will be successful. You believe in the idea behind the idea. This is more crucial than the venture you choose. Once you've started your journey, you should not be afraid to adjust your plans when you get there. Better to fix and change things at the beginning rather instead of wasting time and money. רמי ברכה Rami Beracha's suggestions to students studying at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya is based on his own life experience. Rami was a teenager who chose to pursue a degree in Law. He wasn't sure he wanted to study law, but he continued his studies and obtained an MBA in New York. After that, he worked in an international law firm. Through his experience at the Wall Street firm, he discovered that he was more passionate about business, more so than law. He quit his job in order to travel to France to pursue an MBA. https://jerusalem.mynet.co.il/good_to_know/article/H1A1soP2w After completing her studies in 1996, Beracha was employed by the Venture Capital Fund Pitango. Pitango is Israel's biggest venture capital company. Pitango is an investment fund that invests startups in the early stages, and in high-tech core areas. It has more than 200 investments and has 85 exits. Rami became managing partner of Pitango in the year 2000. He was instrumental in negotiating several deals that led to successful exits for Fortune 500 companies such as Broadcom as well as Marvel, Cisco, and Apple over the next 18 years. Rami Beracha Then he didn't stop there. Globes awarded Beracha with the "Esteemed Partner Award" in 2011, recognizing his role as an influential investor. Rami founded Sosa in 2014, a brand-new initiative. Sosa's innovation centers are situated in New York and Tel Aviv. They support startups in high-tech by working with international entrepreneurs. Sosa was recently chosen to build and manage the Cyber Center in New York City. Rami Beracha Newest Investment Dreams Among Covid19 Rami Beracha believes there are always opportunities. While the last couple of years have been challenging financially since the inception of the coronavirus, he still believes that there are many more. He suggests looking for new companies that could have significant digital disruptions that could be "Covid Long". Beracha is working on a few new projects. Business partners from Beracha's group have recently launched an investment fund based in London. Beracha has been instrumental in helping establish Israel as a hub for innovation in high-tech is now looking to expand his reach. As per Beracha's business plan the fund's new statement reads: "We know technology, however, we invest in mission driven people". They are looking for companies that are passionate and assist blockchain's efforts to secure a place at the forefront innovative concepts. https://ramiberacha.co.il/ Beracha is also planning to start an Middle Eastern venture capital funds. Beracha believes now is the ideal time to invest on the Arab market, following the signing of the Abraham Accords by Israel and the United Arab Emirates. Dubai, a super-modern and affluent city, is the perfect place to start.
