OKAY SO FOR CONTEXT.

fma mobile released in august of last year. it was STUNNINGLY!!!!! popular in japan when it first released and still is, and a lot of the fullmetal alchemist fanbase still played it (even overseas, hence why i made a semi-translated guide when it first came out)-- only for square enix (the company who made it) to randomly shut it down LESS THAN TWO YEARS??? INTO??? ITS LIFESPAN???

technically it shuts down march 29th of next year, but it's still not even going to make it to two years... kind of sad but extremely weird. to my knowledge they didn't even complete the full story, and the stuff they hadn't finished is turning into an audio drama and being released, so...???

(also fma mobile had a persona collab at the start of its life and it's technically another victim of the persona collab curse haha)

we’re probably not getting anything monumental with bkdk until the first week of august. That’s been the trend for the past couple years with katsuki sacrificing himself for deku in the first week of august and then apologizing to deku the following year in the first week of august. Assuming this trend continues we shouldn’t get our hopes up for a reunion or anything special anytime soon sadly. But on the plus side, if hori decides to still follow this trend, we’ll probably get something just as special and shocking as chapters 285 and 322 which I see as something to look forward to.

I’m sorry for rambling, I just thought about it and felt like I had to put my thoughts somewhere lmao. The only reason why I even noticed this tho is cuz my birthdays in the first week of august💀

😭😭 August is bkdk month and Aug 9th is bkdk day in Japan too that’s probably why !! I’M SAD ABOUT WAITING THAT LONG and still hopeful something will happen sooner, but I think it’ll be worth it either way (still rooting for something this month as well since it’s pride 🥺)
